I've been coming here for years, but my recent visit was by far the worst. It's obvious the business is struggling, and the quality has dropped across the board. I ordered the corned beef hash--nothing like it used to be. My eggs with mushrooms and jalapeños came with pickled jalapeños instead of fresh. The kids' pancakes were three oversized, awful tasting discs that tasted nothing like the fluffy ones they used to serve. Even the cappuccino was disappointing--they're now using KIMBO, which is a very low-quality, watery espresso. The manager walked around without checking on tables or guest satisfaction, looking like she'd just rolled out of bed--overall a very unprofessional presence. She also had her breast on display which is just trashy for any kind of day work outside of prostitution. The only bright spot was the host, Rosa. She was warm, attentive, and welcoming to every guest who walked in or out. She's the sole reason this isn't a zero star review. read more

This is a nice spot for brunch. It's not too loud here and there is seating both indoors and outside. The portions are shareable. The service is good and drinks are strong. I would suggest getting here as early as possible if you go on the weekend. read more

If you're hung over , this is your place ! The food comes in huge portions, and the menu is so extensive, you can literally find anything you feel like eating ! So many great choices. I ordered the Carnegie deli Reuben but subbed turkey and my husband ordered it as is. The problem with both of our sandwiches is that the meat was extremely dry . It was so dry that dumping thousand Island dressing all over it, did not even help ‍! Very disappointing, as it's owned by Miles Prime who owns 1 of our favorite restaurants with great quality food! ( prime 112.) The sandwiches are served with chips and neither of us felt like that do we upgraded to onion rings and the shoe string fries. Unfortunately, neither of these had any flavor at all to them . I can't believe onion rings didn't don't have any flavor , but they didn't. The fries were a miss , also, as they were not skinny shoe string fries as advertised! They were thinner than big steak fries or potato wedges, but they were not shoe string fries. Our server was great! The ambiance is what you would expect from a deli. Today was particularly fun , as it was Myles birthday and all of the employees were singing to him when he came in to get a sandwich. This shows what a good person and obviously a great employer he is to be treated so well by his employees! I prefer fine dining , so I'll stick to his more ups ale restaurants, but if you like deli food and big portions, great choices , etc. Give their breakfast items or other sandwiches a try. Starting my review with saying the portion sizes are HUGE ! My family recommended this place as they are locals to the area. We came in as a large group (walk in ) of 9 and were able to get seated immediately. My lychee martini was amazing and the chicken and waffles was enough for two people. There's a paid parking lot right next to the restaurant for $25/car. All in all, I had a great experience here and would recommend to others / come back next time I'm In town. read more

Their Outdoor Dining has quite a bit of Tables and Inside Includes a Bar along with a Sizable Dining Room. The Interior is quite Exciting when First Arriving with Lines of Waffle Markers Behind the Bar, Dessert Display Case, and Glorious Coffee Machines Galore! Our Server Greeted Us with a Upbeat Attitude and was Attentive the Whole Visit! They Serve Breakfast Only Until 11am and then Lunch Afterwards. Breakfast Menu is Large and In-Charge as well as how your Dish Comes Out! My Goodness! Most Plates should be Share Plates due to how much Food is Presented but we had No Idea Until we saw In-Person! !Up to Order! First off they have a Full Bar so a Spicy Tito's Bloody Mary was In the Works for us! It came with a Sexy Piece of Bacon and Pickle with a Lime Wedge! We Highly Enjoyed as it was Both Delicious and Appetizing! For Breakfast the Carolina Pulled Pork Omelet was for the Husband and I could not resist the Breakfast Quesadilla with the Substitution of Chicken Apple Sausage! Both came with "Home Fries" AKA Roasted Potatoes that could quite possibly be the Best we have had! The problem with Breakfast was a Miss Step of Onions being in the Pulled Pork Omelet as we asked for No Onion on Anything. Not the Biggest Deal but was a Disappointment that not only did the Pulled Pork have Onions (which our Server did Mention) but Omelet came with Raw Onion Inside. The Outcome of the Quesadilla was Delicious even after Bringing Home the Leftovers! The Hubs Enjoyed his Carolina Pulled Pork but ate just the Majority of the Pulled Pork rather the the Full Omelet. A result for the three of us, we decided on an order of the Giant Big Pink Pancakes with side of sausage, a vegetable omelette with side of home fries, toast, and strawberries & banana. Boy were we still unprepared for how much food came in the order. The pancakes were almost too big for the container and were still somewhat fluffy with little flavor. Sausages were cooked well since they still had a snap when biting in. Home fries were well salted but lacked a varied crunch to them as it was either soft or soggy. The omelette was a disappointment as it was huge but tasted like nothing. Was like eating plain tofu almost. Strawberries were fresh and cut in-half unlike the banana which was still whole, but understandable as they do brown quickly. Overall, they definitely chose quantity over quality based on our items. Staff seemed somewhat friendly but definitely overwhelmed. As a result, I am not sure how willing I would be to try other items from their menu. To be determined I suppose. read more

First Off When Walking In This Marvelous Establishment We Was Greeted By Everyone. They Let me pick where we wanted to be seated. We picked what we wanted off the menu and are server was extremely fast and helpful. The Setting was amazing in there, surrounded by tvs and clean tables and floors. From the cups to the spoons. We were here last month for brunch with my boyfriend and we were excited because everything from Big Pink is usually really good and big! We knew we could handle an appetizer and entrees here so we just went directly for the entrees. My boyfriend ordered the BBQ Chicken Wrap, which comes with mashed potatoes, grilled onions, chicken, arugula, and BBQ sauce. The wrap included Big Pink's famous potato chips, they are freshly made there and delicious! I was craving pasta so ordered the Fettucini Alfredo and it was easy for 3 people! The pasta was a little overcooked but the creamy sauce was really good. Even with the wrap, my boyfriend was only able to eat one piece and take the other one to go. Everything here is mostly good and huge! Service was ok, there was a moment when our server disappeared but luckily we got someone else to help us with the check. It was my birthday and the whole experience was absolutely a masterclass in how to be ineffectual and how to put on full display horrible customer service. We came in to dine at Pinks on Saturday 5-24-25 at around 545pm, we were seated, the restaurant was not extremely busy but after being seated no one came over to our table until 605 (20 minutes) we finally asked the host and he found our server. Our server was the only female working at the time so this should make her very easy to identify. Our server arrived and seened as someone very nonchalant in her mannerisms. What stood out: 1. Never really acknowledged us. 2. Most certainly did not ask us would we like drinks,appetizers, etc. 3. When asking questions about the menu, she displayed an attitude as if we were burdening her. We waited on our orders (A pink Mac burger and double smash burger.) It was at 620 we noticed people who were seated after us getting their food. During this time our server NEVER checked on us! We also noticed her not being attentive to other seated customers, with the host being asked by two separate tables as to where she was. Finally at 625 she came to our table and told us our food would be out shortly. We saw her go back to her podium and punch in numbers, and she saw us looking, she then came to the table again, and stated that the burgers take longer to cook, so please be patient. So to be clear, you are telling me in a restaurant that's not overly busy that it takes over 30 minutes to fulfill burger orders but all other customers who came in directly after us were served their orders? I've been here before so I've seen better service and I know better. We then asked for a manager, at which she stated "I'm the manager" I told her I need the night manager not her, she said she would go get them. It never happened. We left, and I have to be honest, this was the absolute WORSE EXPERIENCE ENCOUNTERED. Poor customer service is the demise of any business. Do better. read more

I was surprised by the $7 regular coffee and $9 latte. I tried the breakfast pizza this time, thinking it would be more breakfast than pizza. It's basically a regular pizza with 3 eggs on top. It wasn't the best pizza but wasn't the worst I guess. Just not really what you think when you hear breakfast pizza. Service was a bit slow, even for a day that wasn't particularly busy.
