Create Your Own 18 inch Pizza ($14.95). Ended up being $19.45 since we added garlic and pepperoni.

Flavorful, HUGE pizza. I didn't realize just how big the slices would be until I picked up the pizza. This amazing pizza has lasted over a week since we are full after eating a slice or two. I definitely recommend checking them out. Online ordering and pick-up is quick and easy. We have ordered their Buffalo Chicken Pizza (added bacon, garlic, and tomatoes) and Create Your Own Pizza (added garlic and pepperoni). Their pizzas are reasonably priced at $20.95 and $14.95 respectively for their 18 inch special and create your own pizzas. The flavor of the pizzas was on point. If you asked for garlic you definitely got garlic. We actually regretted adding garlic to the Buffalo Chicken pizza since it covered the Buffalo flavor. Luckily we love garlic. For the create your own pizza, I requested the sauce on the side. They made the pizza exactly as asked. I loved how thin the pizza was and the overwhelming garlic flavor. We would certainly order from here again!

I'm from New York so I'm quite picky about pizza. Overall, I find the pizza in North Carolina is decent enough compared to other west coast states we have lived in. We have our usual Apex spots that we frequent, but I was getting sick of one of the other places as the crust is a bit too thick for my personal taste. So, I was on the hunt for a thinner crust pie. We received coupons from Big Sergio's in our mailbox, the $19.99 deal for a 16 inch cheese and ten wings is what sucked us in. I can't comment on the delivery service from here as we almost pick up our food to save $. The pizza from here blows my taste buds away, it is so good! The crust is certainly more along the lines of what a New York pizza is. The flavor of the sauce is absolutely delicious. I appreciate just the perfect balance of cheese and greasiness. I'm sure we will be back here again soon! Just thinking of this pizza makes my mouth water.

Fantastic pizza joint located in Apex. They have varieties of different choices ranging from pizza, pastas, subs, calzones, strombolis to even gyros. All for affordable prices. We got the 14 inch meat lovers pizza for 16.95 and the lamb gyro and buffalo chicken roll for 7.50 each. All tasted delicious. What I was most shocked at was the size of the chicken roll. It was absolutely gigantic - about a foot in length and like about 10 inches in circumference. Inside it was filled with grilled chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, and tons of mozzarella cheese. The outer crust was baked to golden perfection and finished off with butter, herbs, parmasean, and garlic - so delectable. For the price and size of it, it was certainly a steal. That thing could feed two people alone. Needless to say, there was plenty of leftovers to take home. The staff was real nice and friendly. Overall, a fabulous pizza joint that I would certainly come back to again. The affordable pricing and value for what you get makes it totally worth it.

Chix Philly with mushrooms & green pepper...

Great Chix Philly sub for me and my husband got a sausage calzone. We always have great service and food at Sergios on Ten Ten Rd. Their pizza is also very good.

It has taken me way too long to try Big Sergio's. This pizza was great! We placed our order online for delivery and it was delivered within the provided timeframe. We tried a house salad with ranch dressing, classic pizza and cannoli. I can't wait to return to indoor soccer and to order a pizza for after the game to enjoy with beer.

Absolutely SOLID Brooklyn-style Grandma Pie. We literally get one weekly, Sergio's may as well sell us a subscription at this point. The consistency and ingredients are unrivaled, and the lighter Neapolitan crust is a game changing twist to the typically heavier square pie. This pie can go toe to toe with the best pies in Brooklyn or Prime's Grandma in LA. Final rating: 5/5

Customized Cheese, Pepperoni, Mushroom, Onions, and Sausage Pizza.

In a area where the 'New York' style pizza is over saturated, you need to set yourself apart from the rest, and especially if you are charging premium price for your product. Tonight we tried Big Sergio's Pizza for the first time, and it will probably unfortunately be the last. We were excited because of the excellent reviews and pictures that we saw here on yelp. Unfortunately we were sorely disappointed. We had it delivered to our house, however that should not make a difference if you are offering it as a service. We ordered a cheese pizza, a customized pep, cheese, mushroom, onion, and sausage pizza, medium sauced wings, and 2 liter of Sunkist. To be frank, the Sunkist was the best part of our meal... Both pizzas were bland, and cardboard like which had us wondering if there was any sauce on them at all. The ingredients were decent but nowhere near worth the $2 per topping that they are charging for them. The wings lacked sauce, were over cooked / dry, and the quality of chicken meat was also lacking for the price. We have lived in the Triangle for over 9 years, and this is probably hands down the worst pizza/wings that we have ever had here. Especially for almost $50... I hope that they make the proper changes in improving the products that they are putting out as I will always root for the 'Mom and Pop' shops over the chains. Good luck!

The Sicilian pizza is fantastic. It's a big hit with the kids. Every time I've gotten pizza from here, it has been perfect.

Very delicious! No complaints here! If you care, it is quite greasy but what do you expect from pizza anyways??

I knew it was a local fine dining restaurant, but just making reservations was an interesting experience. (Call and leave a message, there's no open table. There's a form to fill out. What?" As soon a we arrived we realized a reservation wasn't necessary as we were the only guests there for 30 minutes or so. My wife and I ordered: Glass of Wine, Ravioli, a Roman Pizza, a side of green beans, and a desert of tiramisu. The food was quick as we were the only ones there for a while as other guests came in. But as other recent reviews indicate, the menu options are pretty small, but the pricing and ambiance doesn't meld. I expected more redesign of the dining area that was used by the former restaurant; but that wasn't the case. It was a bit small dining room. I'll go back for an appetizer or glass of wine due a gift, but the pricing is too high for the food and the portion size that you get.

We booked an outdoor igloo for what was supposed to be a special night out with friends, and…read moreinstead got a cold, confusing, overpriced dinner that honestly felt like a parody of a "premium experience." First -- the ordering rules were never explained. Four adults sat down and each ordered an entrée, only to be told that apparently we were only supposed to share one entrée and one pasta for the entire table. How exactly are four people -- especially with dietary restrictions -- supposed to eat that? It made no sense, and the confusion led to us ordering extra just so everyone could actually eat. The igloo itself was freezing. There was one tiny heater doing its best, but only the person sitting directly in front of it was comfortable (YAY ME!). The rest of our party spent the night cold and distracted instead of enjoying dinner. It would get a little warm and then a server would unzip the dang igloo and leave the flap open and we were back to freaking COLD. Food timing was chaotic -- two meals came out, and the other two arrived about 20 minutes later. One guest who is lactose intolerant was hungry while waiting and asked for more bread, only to be told no. That's not hospitality -- that's just frustrating. Like... you can't bring the cold hungry man some bread? I'll PAY for the tiny pieces of crust but good Lord, just poor hospitality. Then the bill arrived: about $437 when we expected closer to $330, largely because of the unclear ordering situation. They SHOULD have 1. explained the "deal" better 2. automatically taken something off of the bill due to the additional meals being 20 full minutes behind the other people at the table. 3. Brought bread when asked ffs. They did take one of the "additional" meals off, so to be fair... when pushed... they did fight back, make a bit of a scene and ultimately took some off the tab. It was never about the $$ by the way... but paying over $400 for a sub par meal in Holly Springs in a cold igloo will be a good story I suppose. And the biggest disappointment of all -- the food simply wasn't good. At all. For the price and the hype, the quality just wasn't there. The lasagna was bad. Risotto pretty good honestly but not great. We are easygoing people who go out often, tip well, and genuinely want to support local restaurants. But this felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and not worth the risk -- especially when we've since heard similar feedback from friends. It's a shame, because the concept could be fun with better communication, warmer setups, and much better food. Unfortunately, we won't be back. We left colder than when we arrived and not happy with the food at all. Just no... go elsewhere.
