Subbed out a fruit bowl for the potatoes and toast and added a couple more eggs and a sausage patty to round out. Really good coffee that the server kept topped up for me. Very impressed for a small diner with the food prep, the atmosphere, and the Service. Everything all in with tip was about $40. There's a few places like this in cottage Grove, but I definitely recommend you give this one a try.

The chicken wasn't seasoned very well. There was a huge amount of sweet potato cubes with it. I like sweet potatoes but it was just too much and overpowered the dish. The temperature of my food wasn't hot but just warm...was it sitting around on the pass too long? I didn't like that but I didn't go to the trouble of sending it back. "Best BBQ Joint in Town!" Walking into this small town BBQ joint was a delightful experience from start to finish. The spacious and clean environment immediately caught my eye, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The easy-to-read menus and open prep area allowed me to see the care and dedication that goes into their food. By far, this is the best BBQ in the area for miles around! The flavors were outstanding, and I couldn't get enough. The customer service was exceptional - welcoming and attentive. I find myself coming back every time I'm in town because I just can't resist! Barbecue 2 days in a row why I think so. Pretty darn good BBQ to choose from here. I'd like that the sauce is sweet and a little tangy. The decor inside of it here is kind of old western and that also is kind of need to look at while you eat.
