Some coworkers turned me onto this place if you just said give me some money and your trust I'm gonna go pick us up some food I told them I like everything. I trust him completely to come back with lunch so with that I got an excellent pork chop sandwich that was fraud Amber and I got two pork chops in between two pieces of white bread as well as some hot sauce it was simple but very delicious, just the right amount of spices and breading. I'll have to order some take-out again because it was seriously delicious, and I noticed some other dishes that people got, and it looked amazing.

Big Walt's offers pizza, wings, burgers, pork chops, and more. The business is a small, stop and go shop. There aren't any tables inside, but there are benches to sit at while your food is prepared. Parking outside is very limited. I grabbed a personal supreme pizza and 5 lemon pepper wings. Both were full of flavor! I'll definitely be back.

I normally don't place my order over the phone.. Because I know how busy it can get. This was Monday.. It was my dialysis day, and all I know.. I'm ready to smash 12 plates of food when I'm done with dialysis.. So, I thought I'd try to call in.. Told em I was off the dialysis machine at so and so time.. He was like.. Your food will be ready at so and so time.. I WAS ACTUALLY LATE (Pit stop) I arrive.. The food was ready, hot, made perfect. I get home.. I start tearing into the food.. I couldn't stop.. The burger was flavored to perfection! Juicy and THICKKKKKK.. Those wings.. No comment.. There's nothing that can be said about the wings.. Any word used would dummy them down!! You just HAVE to taste them yourself.. Let the silence in the room, be the voice.. Older review Cool little spot, that's ducked off near 34th and Keystone. The wings are amazing! The pizza is super tasty!. The catfish was OK - nothing super major about it. I'd wondered if it was a pre breaded frozen type of filet. One of the biggest thing I love about Big Walt's.. The portion size is good, the price is super AF

Love me some Big Walt's!! You can't even say you're from Indy if you've never had it LOL. Definitely hole in the wall locations, be prepared. But service is always good, food is hot and cooked to order, and I've never had a bad meal. Burgers, wings, pork chops, fish are all legit!!!

I would say this is a strictly carry-out operation here. There are two park benches but no tables. You order your food at the window, and that's where it comes out of also. The Big Walt is a big double pattied burger served on toasted bread that my friends are still raving about. Consensus on the Big Walt is Excellent, Delicious, a Bargain, Messy and Just Yumm... from what I have been told. Personally I went for the pizza, loaded and it was great. Crispy, yummy, lots of toppings. I would eat it again in a heartbeat. Also sampled the buffalo wings and they were finger-licking good... and messy. Come here and get your food

The bartenders were friendly and attentive. I ordered my first cocktail and then decided to order an appetizer as I waited on my friend to join me. The bartender suggested the baked brie. Guess it was a special menu item. I love baked brie so I took him up on his suggestion. My pink cocktail was gorgeous. It came with an ice cube with the restaurants logo etched on it. I always think that is such a nice touch. The baked brie was delicious. The chef who I guess created the baked brie came out to say hi. I ending up ordering a second cocktail. It was their version of a margarita and was my favorite cocktail. It was so good. If you want a potato or creamed spinach, you have to pay extra for it. The wine was a stingy pour. The orange chocolate tart was a very low effort dessert for them. I swear I had this same rice crispy treat with chocolate frosting at Cub Scout meetings in the 1970's. Service was excellent, so three stars for that. The atmosphere was fine at first, but the noise level increased as the night wore on. Sitting outside may have been quieter. I have had much better meals for far less money. OK is not good enough to justify these prices.

The crepe was stuffed with berries in it! I really enjoyed it and the creme anglaise was yummy. Knife and fork burger - sooo good! You definitely needed a knife and fork. It was serviced with fries and was very filling. I loved the bordelaise with it and dipped my fries in it. My favorite part of all was our server. I honestly didn't know what to expect other than I knew it was healthy food options. Parking is tough. I had to park a bit away during lunch time because their little section is pretty small and it was packed, so I parked over by Whole Foods and walked over. Not a big deal just something to be aware of, and if you are lucky enough to find a spot near them, it's tight getting in and out so just a side note. Upon walking in it was a pretty long line but again it was lunch time (around noon), so no issues. You order at and then get a number and find a place to sit. They have options to sit inside and out. We decided to sit outside since it was a nice day. The food came pretty quickly which was nice since it was lunch time. I ordered a kale salad which was amazing. My lunch partner had a wrap and she said it was really good. You can tell they are using really top notch ingredients which is good. Pricing is pretty typical for these type of places.

Called at 6 and got a reservation for 8, for 5 of us on a Saturday night. This is kind of an anomaly for any restaurants off Mass Ave. We were seated right away and started with drinks and apps. We got "Disco Boys" and "I'm too pretty for this" cocktails which were tasty - kudos for the fun cocktail names. Calamari, Artisan, and Charcuterie came shortly after. There's a few different options of cheeses and meats, it's sort of a choose your own adventure situation. All were good, especially the calamari. A lot of restaurants tend to overcook it and the calamari gets rubbery, not the case here. Our entrees came out next and I made sure to try a bite of everyone's LOL. The standout of all the entrees was definitely the "Duck, duck" which was, obviously, duck. The runner up would definitely have to be the chicken cacciatore. Overall, really great ambiance, food, and service. I would highly recommend Union 50 if you're looking for something fancy, but not too fancy. If you're a Cunningham member, don't forget to give your phone # to the server to look up your account. Will definitely be back soon!

To start, we ordered the Korean Fried Mushrooms with baechu kimchi, gochujang honey, daikon radish, furikake, and scallions. These were great but unfortunately had to save room for the other items and could not finish. Then got the Center Cut Ribeye which came with cajun spiced spaetzle, summer squash, remoulade sauce, pink peppercorn ricotta, scallions, sweetie drops, and chimichurri. The steak was cooked to a rare/medium rare consistency that was delicious and we loved the tiny peppers. We paired it with a nice red wine the bartender recommended and it was a lovely experience. Lastly we ended the night with the strawberry dacquoise and espresso. The dessert came with strawberry mousse, pistachio cake, strawberry glaze, white chocolate bark with pistachio & pink peppercorn, and frosted mint. It was a refreshing summertime dessert perfect to end the day. I definitely recommend the steak dish and heard the airline chicken and Chilean sea bass were good too.
