We found Bigby coffee in St. Bernard, OH, on our way to CVG airport. It looks like a lil hole in the wall, in an old parking but it's nice inside. We ordered 2 large latte's & 2 sandwiches for about $23. Everything tasted great, not overpowering & was prepared pretty quick. You know you found a good coffee shop when you pull up to 3 cop sun's parked in parking spots & they're sitting inside bantering with the staff. It was definitely a down home feeling. Were from CA so probably won't be back anytime soon, but if we're every traveling through, we'll stop in. read more

Super friendly and super comfortable, I had a good 90 minutes here waiting for the sun to rise so that I could begin my day in Cincinnati. This place was awesome. I had a private booth in the corner with power outlets, the wifi worked well and the coffee was delicious. This was exactly the five star experience I needed this morning! I came in to Biggby Coffee today & ordered a few sandwiches with a coworker. We got back in our truck & noticed we were missing one so I went back inside to let them know. Both of the workers were sure they made it. We were all confused. They made the sandwich & apologized. Come to find out it slipped out of the bag on the floor of our work truck. We feel horrible! Last year I moved a block away from this location and it quickly became my favorite coffee stop and study spot. The drinks and food are far better than Starbucks and reasonably priced. Coffee Shop in St. Bernard! This Biggby's location has only been open a week or so. It has a bright and completely new interior with about 25 places to sit, from a few sofa chairs to a high top for 6 people. They have the traditional range of brewed coffees and some bagels and bagel sandwiches. I love coffee places to sit and chill or so work and this location is great for both. read more

I gave them a one star not a five star not sure why it says I gave them a five star and I gave them a one star for the reason that my son and I were told we weren't allowed to be in there no more because one of the employees had a problem with one of our family members which I'm not sure why it was taken out on us or how it's got anything to do with us. We went in there every day on a daily basis and spend money in that place to be told that we're not allowed in there no more for no reason. and when my son went in there to ask for the owners number, they called the cops on him. My son feels like he's being punished when he shouldn't feel that way at all when he didn't do nothing wrong. read more

On Sunday, February 18 2024, at approximately 1:20 I visited the Biggby in St. Bernard. While ordering and waiting on my food I witnessed a trainee on the register just trying to learn his new job by asking questions to make sure the orders that were being placed were correct. There were 3 ladies also working with him, one older lady who I would assume is the manager and 2 younger ladies. The manger plus the one young lady who had dirty blonde hair we're absolutely disrespectful to the trainee, making huffing and puffing noises, rolling their eyes, and making smart remarks that I couldn't really hear all the way. The only one who was decently nice and seemed like she had some respect was the other younger lady who had dark brown/ black hair. She was willing to help answer his questions when a customer asked how something tasted and he genuinely did not know because he hadn't tried it he said. I overall was really annoyed while waiting on my food because how else is he supposed to learn his job if he doesn't ask. and certainly he doesn't need smart remarks by people who are supposed to help train him. I'm not sure of his name, but to the guy at the register.. thank you for trying your best at making my order and other customers orders correct. you're doing a great job learning! I hope the disrespect you receive by the other workers you work with doesn't make you not want to try new things in the future. read more
