Absolutely one of the top restaurants in Destin area I've ever been to. From the appetizer to the dessert, every dish was perfectly prepared and served. Additionally kudos to great servers who made our time enjoyable. Clean upscale vibe was plus.

LOBSTER SPRING ROLL

Family vacation has begun after the drive from South Carolina ... my first time in Destin .... The ambiance in here is amazing as soon as you walk in ... well lit and decorated ... also we were greeted with a smile upon entering ... the hostess did ask what were we celebrating which was good because it was mom and dads birthday and their anniversary is in a few days. But on to the good stuff ... for my appetizer I tried the Crab Beignets and for my entree ..... it was a toss up between the Lamb and Seafood pasta so I flipped a coin... and I can't go against the coin seafood pasta it is ...: The crab beignets were nothing short of amazing and the apple slaw was the perfect contrast to the seafood .... As a bonus my wife shared a the lobster spring roll ... and we 2/2 ... who would have thought lobster , wasabi and peanut butter would pair so perfectly ... As for the seafood paste .... AMAZING .... The flavors .. the pasta .... The perfectly seasoned shrimp , the crawfish had the right amount of crunch. I beyond impressed. Also kudos to the staff ... keeping the water filled working as team to even the manager doing her check. No one at the table had complaints.... Def @ 12 outta 10 ..

My girlfriend and I went here to celebrate my birthday. Staff was great and accommodating and the overall ambiance was very chill and easy going. We called ahead of time and staff were able to accommodate us. The food was also great, streak was cooked perfectly. I would definitely come back if I were in the area.

Tuna carpaccio was delicious

We love this place and have been going here for years! The drinks are delicious, food is amazing and they have the best bartenders.

GROUPER ALMANDINE

Wonderful fine dining experience. Every item was thoughtfully executed. We enjoyed the grouper entree and the shrimp and grits. Loved the crab beignets and the chocolate cake as well. Great find for a date night or any special occasion.

COWBOY RIBEYE split in half to share

Bijoux is such a great find in the Miramar area. We had a party of 18 for a bday and they hosted us w grace. They gave us multiple servers to ensure every request was granted and timely. The restaurant is tucked away but beautiful inside and the staff is extremely accommodating. Obviously there were several dishes tried but they were gone before a pic could be snapped. The Brussel Caesar was amazing and a must try. I split the ribeye and it was a huge portion and cooked perfectly. Would love to go back on my next visit.

ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST

Start to finish; amazing experience. We're locals, but have yet to have visited Bijoux. Made reservations for 5, right on time, doors opened and we were greeted and sat immediately. Waitress was amazing. We were one of the first tables sat, it was so quiet and the ambiance was very welcoming and comfortable. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. I got the chicken (I don't like seafood or steak) it was probably the best I've ever had. My boyfriend got the ribeye, he loved it. We absolutely nothing negative to say. We will definitely be back!

Pineapple Cobbler
Davida B.

We went for dinner on a Saturday in 3/2025. The service was honestly perfect. Could not have asked for a more respectful and helpful staff. I had their pineapple cobbler. If you're a bit of a cobbler snob like me, I'd skip this particular dessert. If not, go for it! The lobster spring roll and jambalaya were very good. The dining area is beautifully decorated - white table clothes kinda place. The parking lot is shared with several other businesses but I had no problem parking close. They do have outside seating. I saw a stage, so maybe live music at times? It was a lovely evening.

COWBOY RIBEYE

I made a reservation in advance on Open Table. We probably could have walked in since it's the off season but didn't want to miss out! We started with a draft beer and the Godfather Martini. The soup de jour was lobster bisque and it was to die for! I had the market vegetable entree which was noodles, Julianne veggies, cherry tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, and tempura broccolini. My husband ordered the cowboy ribeye, which is what Bijoux is known for. None of the desserts were standing out to us, so I ordered the Bijoux Coffee. Our waitress was very professional and they had bussers and food runners assisting her. We were well taken care of and enjoyed the meal! Only thing to note is that it was freezing in the restaurant! We had to keep our coats on the whole time.

Stopped in last night with friends for steak night, and once again this place delivered! The food was outstanding as always--huge shoutout to the incredible Flounder special that blew us away. We usually post up at the bar, and the bartenders are legitimately some of the best around--fun, attentive, and always make us feel at home. Already looking forward to the next visit!

Filet

Such a great night! We were celebrating a dear friend's birthday and it couldn't have gone any better! The staff were friendly and attentive. everything we ordered was fantastic. The filet cooked and seasoned perfectly, the blackened Brie ... to die for! The halibut special delicious! The crab beignets, lobster rolls and burrata equally as tasty! The cocktails and wine fantastic!!! Great evening! We will be back!

Godfather Martini

This is our first time to this location, apparently moved from Baytowne Wharf in 2014. This location is Sooo much easier to access! I so clearly remembered the goat cheese ice cream dessert and it is still on the menu with apple bourbon bread pudding. (The ice cream is that amazing!) We ate there last night and the whole experience was great...food, service, ambience. Definately fine dining. Our friend who we had previously dined here with in the past was a martini conisouer so we had to have their Godfather martini with blue cheese olives. Not meaning to sound snooty and children are welcomed here but this is fine dining, so consider the activity level of your children, if they don't sit quietly, I'd suggest Fuddpuckers.

Family made our 36 th anniversary dinner the very best!!!
Bene' H.

5 stars is not enough . Our server was fabulous!! The lobster was "other worldly" as well as the broccolini and hollandaise sauce. Our 36 th anniversary was a night to never be forgotten.

Are reservations needed during the week? Is there a dress code?

You don't have to but especially if it's a group I would. Dress is resort attire.

Most of us ordered the Tuesday special, which included a three-course meal with your choice of salad, either the tomahawk or New York strip paired with filet mignon, plus two sides. We chose the mac & cheese and brussels sprouts, and both were absolutely amazing! For dessert, we enjoyed the crème brûlée and carrot cake, which were the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. What really impressed us was how organized and attentive the servers were, especially with such a large group. They handled everything smoothly and even split the check three ways without any issues. This was easily the best meal we've had while vacationing in Destin, Florida. We will definitely be back!

Our waitress Marissa was friendly, very professional, attentive and a virtual font of information. My glass was never in danger of being empty. The manager checked on us multiple times and the chef Amanda came over and became fast friends with my wife. Her bubbly personality explained why the food tasted so good. She truly cooks with love and you can taste it. Everything was fantastic but the star is the Wagyu served with a hot stone to sear it. I paired it with the oysters and it was the perfect combination. The steak was rich and decadent and the oysters with the vinaigrette helped cut the fattiness of the meat. It's a must try. Highly recommend going here. My personal favorites on the menu are the chicken & mango salad (lunch - offered without chicken at dinner as the Bungalow salad) and the Parmesan-crusted sanibel chicken (dinner). But really everything we have had there is good! Note to parents of picky eaters- the kids chicken tenders are not what you would typically expect. They're battered in cornbread with chives like a hush puppy tempura. My daughter likes them, but I could see some picky eaters being a little put off my the green flecks and the breading. Everything else on the kids menu is pretty much what you'd expect!

My family and I have been coming to Tommy Bahama's every…read moreyear while on vacation, and it has always been one of the places we make a point to visit multiple times during our trip. We are typically there at least three out of the seven days we stay in town. Unfortunately, after our experience on Mother's Day, we do not plan on returning. We arrived around 4:30 p.m. with a party of nine, hoping to enjoy some of the happy hour menu and pricing. We were kept waiting in the front until exactly 5:00 p.m., even though it was obvious that tables on the back deck were already available. Once seated, our server was polite and did a good job taking care of us. During conversation, we mentioned the long wait, and he explained that it is apparently "protocol" to delay seating larger parties until after 5:00 so they do not receive happy hour pricing. If that is truly company policy, I find it extremely disappointing and dishonest. We felt manipulated instead of welcomed. The food quality was also far below what we have experienced in past years. The crusted snapper that was recommended to us was terrible and had to be sent back. My grandson's burger was also very poor quality and honestly unpleasant. The only dishes our table generally agreed were decent were the squash casserole bowl and the chicken parmesan. Another disappointment was learning that bread is no longer served. For families with children, that was always something simple that helped while waiting on meals. Between the removal of those small touches, the higher prices, and the noticeable decline in food quality, the restaurant no longer feels worth returning to. I'm not writing this to get anyone in trouble. I'm writing because this restaurant used to be one of the highlights of our vacation every year, and it is frustrating to see the experience decline this much. Chris Tomlinson

Seagar's is easily the most surprising restaurant in the panhandle. It's not surprising because it's a an unusual food. In some ways, it should not be something that causes much of an emotion, after all, it's a steakhouse and that is a category of establishments that isn't exactly uncommon in America. Located in the Hilton, a property that up until 2025, was another run down Hilton in the big portfolio of run down properties. Then, renovations came and the hotel sprung back a bit to life once again. Seagar's is nestled away from the hectic Hilton restaurants filled with screaming kids and frantic families. It's right by the conference center and while that's a short walk through the lobby, it feels miles away from the rest of the hotel. Sinatra songs on the piano, elegant classic design and beautifully dressed staff welcome guests to enjoy a meal of classic American opulence. The unique element of Seagar's is the table side manner in which several dishes are crafted. Table-side Caesar salad is phenomenal. The lobster is amazing. The Filet Diane tableside is a remarkable dish, very delicate and filled with mushroom flavors that carefully complement to quality of the meat without overpowering. With the volume of dishes prepared at the table, our incredible server Ryan effectively became the chef and was a true pleasure to chat with. A wonderful and entertaining gentleman who knows his stuff, from fine wines to the incredible food. Thus, Seagar's is a surprise. It's a surprise because one would not expect to find such a great steakhouse in this part of Florida, particularly not hidden in Hilton. This experience rivals the best steakhouses of New York and Chicago with above and beyond service, fun presentation, perfectly prepared classics and a touch of romance in the overall atmosphere. Ps. Wine list is very reasonably priced relative to retail, so don't feel bad getting a top quality bottle.
