We went and I was going to buy a car but then my fiancé said let's wait, we were looking at numbers but didn't get any further than that. My fiancé told me to wait so we pulled out. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE A CAR HERE. I've had a nightmare of an experience with Bill Dodge. I bought a used vehicle from them in November. They put a brand new inspection sticker on it the day I bought it, and assured me that it was safe and had been throughly checked over. When I went to pick the car up, the gas tank was empty. I had to go back inside and ask them to fill the tank so I could get home. When I left the lot I immediately noticed that there was a noise coming from the steering. I took the car a few days later to a local mechanic to get looked at, and they identified that the whole steering rack was broken, and needed to be replaced. They had me get in contact with Bill Dodge, as they had illegally placed an inspection sticker on an obviously unsafe car. I was given the run-around by scheduling, ignored, and sent to voicemail boxes that are not checked. I finally got in contact with my Salesperson, who helped get me scheduled to have it fixed over 2 weeks later. Meanwhile, I was unable to drive the car. When I dropped the car off they assured me that it would be done that day, and that I wouldn't need a loaner, and when closing time rolled around I called to check, as I had heard nothing from Matt (the service manger) all day. He told me the car would not be done, and that he's probably have it finished the next day, which left me scrambling for a way to get to work. When I picked my vehicle up, I found that they had not taken the time to put up the windshield wiper blades correctly, and they were broken from being pulled up from the outside of the car. I had to replace those. I also found that my car was making a new rattling noise. When I reached back out to Matt, I was dismissed again, although he did state that they may have not properly secured the subframe of the vehicle. I am beyond frustrated at the complete negligence, incompetence, and rudeness I have experienced throughout this whole process. I will not be taking the car back to be fixed, as I am not sure that they are capable of doing so. I do not think that I am alone in my experiences, as when I went to buy the car, there was a brand new truck that was sitting out front missing a wheel, as the service team improperly affixed it to the vehicle, and the new owner lost the wheel down the road. Edit: They are claiming in their reply that Matt is working to fix the issue, and he is not. He only offered to pick the vehicle up if it is local, and only after I posted my review. Bought a used truck on a Saturday that was over 20k. Discovered that the evap canister was plugged the very first time putting gas in it. I called that Monday to try and get it fixed and they gave me the run around. Transferred me to wrong departments, no one could answer questions regarding the dealership warranty and refused to give me a loaner even though they were gunna keep my truck over night. Left a voicemail for service manager Matt Taiani and he never returned my call. I hadn't even put 300 miles on the truck and dealership stated since it wasn't an MSI item it didn't fall under the dealership warranty. So they sold me a vehicle that can't even be filled with gas properly. After sales experience was one of the worst I've had and I recommended you have your mechanic thoroughly check out vehicles before buying, as the dealership will do everything they can to avoid helping after the sale. The one star is for Brian the finance guy. He was the only positive out of the whole experience. update: the dealership commented on my google review stating Matt has tried to call and left a voicemail. only thing is I have no missed calls or voicemails from them. at this point I'd rather just wash my hands of this terrible experience then deal with anyone from this dealership again. read more

I am thoroughly disgusted in the lack of due diligence this dealership provides prior to their customers attempting to purchase a vehicle. This is not only the first, but the SECOND time I had all intention of purchasing a vehicle from them, only to find out once I got there that it sold. I had spoken to someone ALL week, literally every day via email or text, regarding this specific vehicle. Made an appointment to meet with someone, even spoke to the person I had been speaking to all week, the morning OF my 4:00 appointment and not once did anyone think it would be smart to check and make sure the vehicle didn't sell. I do not live close and had to bring my child along with me, only to show up, wait for my appointment and then be told "oh sorry, it sold yesterday." Again, this is not the first time which is why I'm writing this review. I just received a shoulder shrug and a "sorry about that" as I was leaving. Never will I ever do business with this dealership ever again. They clearly don't care about the time their customers take out of their day for this process, but they're also not professional enough to do their jobs correctly. read more

I will never buy from Bill Dodge again! NEVER and would stay clear from buying from them! I have purchased two trucks from them 2500 ram, this last one being December 2021 F350 6.7L power stroke diesel (1 year ago) since then I have brought it back MULTIPLE times advising them it had a really bad "bouncing" to it when going 50mph. They did something to it to "fix it" at sale and sure it was mitigated for 3 months but came back! I sent it in many many many times since for the bounce and my brand new tires were wearing and i had to go through a new set at $1600 and have been told "there is not weight in the bed", "it's the big tires" (which is what was on there I did not modify ANYTHING), "that's how a big lifted truck drives" "rotate your tires more" .... This is not my first truck nor how a 'lifted truck drives'! I have also gone to tire warehouse to get my tires rotated many times!!! Finally fed up with ALL of it I took it to a private mechanic (now a year in) and they found that bill dodge replaced ONE tie rod end .... ONE (bottom easiest and cheapest one to replace seen in pic) and also the other tie rods have ceased and one would only move in one direction (hence the horrible uneven wear on my tires) I am BEYOND angry and have now put 2500 into this truck that I should have never had to deal with in the first place as it was under warranty and they NEVER FIXED IT to begin with! This is also only one of my issues with them! There were many many other terrible issues I've had with service! The ONLY positive I've had is the sales manager she was great to me when service left me stranded one day promising my truck was done and it never was! I got there (got a ride there 1.5 Hr away) and in fact, it was not done and they advised they would call if it wouldn't be finished and they never did! She is the only good thing at the business! I was in tears stranded and she helped me! Feel free to review the picture from a private mechanic and advise HOW there is nothing wrong with this? Update: I'd also like to add that bill dodge ILLEGALLY placed an inspection sticker on my truck! Per the mechanic and the Ford dealership I brought it too, the tires that THEY PUT ON REQUIRE A FENDER FLARE for that truck to pass inspection! It is and I have been riding around with a truck that is not legal to drive.....let's just add on to the shadiness and lovely fun Bill Dodge has done! Buying is the easy part with them, after that they don't care and do illegal work! Another update3.27.23: we have been dealing with issue after issue with the LEMON!!!! I literally have never had such a shit box of a truck!! EVERY SENSOR possible with the def system has been fixed and it is STILLLLL THROWING CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS! I literally have had nothing but issues with this truck that the illegally inspected and put on the road! This truck is an absolute terrible experience I have dumped over 5k into fixing this truck and it is STILL not working! I have had this truck a year!!!! Words cannot express how horrible my recent experience was with Bill Dodge Auto Group. From the moment I stepped in the door, I regretted my decision. The music was too loud, the heat was too hot and both the salesman and sales manager smelled like a chimney. Yes, it's hard to believe but Bill Dodge still uses the same high pressure sales tactics that were overplayed back in the 1980's. Needless to say, they did not earn my business. Bottom line... If you're an educated consumer and have done your research (Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, Consumer Reports, etc.), there are plenty of other dealerships in the area worthy of your business. I am writing this review almost a year after buying a 2007 Volvo XC90 I thought I would let a couple months go buy to see the quality of the pre-owned vehicle and if anything happened how would they react. They have been wonderful! We worked with Kayla Vigue (She rock's) from the first meeting she was laid back and easy going. We had our three kids with us she grabbed the key's and an Otto toy then let us go for a test drive with out any pressure or sales talk. The negotiation process was smooth, I had a trade in they gave me a good offer on that and thew in some extras at my request. Spoke to manager he was nice and sincere made eye contact and introduced himself to my whole family kids included. So purchase experience was great!!! Fast forward 3 plus months. We had an issue that was wear and tear related, by this time the used warranty had expired I called to see if they could give me a deal on the work. I spoke to the service manager he said he would talk to the sales manager about it. I get a call telling me to bring it in to get an estimate, hoping they would discount the labor rate I bring it in and they took care of everything. They set me up with a rental car and treated me like I had purchased an $80,000 car. I had a mechanic friend look at the car before he was telling me it was going to be over $1,000 then after and he was amazed at what they did going beyond what he estimated. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Bill Dodge Pre-Owned Super Center. I will always look here first when shopping for a car. Used car buyers beware! We recently purchased a used car and had to go round and round with these guys to get the car to simply pass basic safety standards. Their "mechanic inspection" missed a bad ball joint and bad front brakes. After we insisted on having this completed (we discovered these issues on the initial test drive and the sales guy did not relay our concerns to the Service Dept.) before finalizing our purchase they inspected it again and fixed these two issues. When we arrived to pick it up, it pulled hard to the right - they forgot to align it after replacing a ball joint (something they would not forget if they were charging you for the service). And their idea of detailing a car is to run it through the car wash, will have to detail it ourselves. Overall a very painful experience; I would not recommend buying here unless you are knowledgable about car issues or have a good mechanic to do your own inspection. read more

Bought 2014 warranty covered vehicle 2 months in problems with engine they keep it for a month and a half not knowing what's going on trying all different things when I told my mechanic friend he diagnosed what was wrong just by me explaining in under 5 minutes then went in to explain what they are probably doing wrong lol Sold me vehicle with tires that the tread barely would pass inspection my mechanic friend said it was close I had to do brakes and pads within 4 months of owning Then here comes the problems with my axles all covered under warranty taken in did not fix Months later went in to rotate tires at a vip they say axles still leaking now it's in my emergency breaks On top of that customer service is less then great it's always a story of oh who ever is looking for got switched to another location and we can't find them it's always a guessing game read more
