I may change to great, but, will have to see how the service turns out!!!…read more Most of us hate buying a new car, because of the cares sales people BS. After doing my research on prices, I had a good experience with (Dan Wolf) Naperville Toyota. I also love the proactive approach to their service team. I'm having to me customizations done to my new Tacoma and they have been amazing in their responsiveness. Great job team!!!

To begin, I bought this car brand new at Toyota of Elgin, but every time I go in for a simple…read moreservice, they give me a dozen things it does not need and make it imperative that I have them done asap plus do not check for what I want done. And, the service check takes forever (think 2 hours on a Saturday): 1. New tires (I went elsewhere for half the price, but that place told me i had at least another year on the old ones, so I was switching them out early) $2500 at Toyota ($1130 for four locally, better brand, original equipment). 2. Brakes: they did not check them even though they said they would. Instead tried to sell me a front caliper cleaning $117, rear caliper $117 nope. What I did need was the supposedly free brake check that they "forgot" to do. At local shop, told I have 80% wear left. Free check. 3. Rodent Deterrent -$303 nope don't need that. I use bait boxes in garage. 4. A/C Heater Cleaning $205 nope, don't need that 5. Fuel Induction Clean $299 nope, don't need that 6. Wheel Alignment $159 nope, don't need that 7. PCV Valve Replacement $142 huh? 8. Brake Fluid Exchange $267 yes, local shop said I could use that but they charge $140 9. New rim (it's a large scratch, who cares) $994 So, I came in for a brake check that they forgot to do, windshield wipers, and a tire check, and they wanted to charge me $4143, but I got out for $77 for the wipers and what they termed a "basic car check" that does not include checking brake pads. Who can afford this larceny? And, how can a "basic car check" not include the size of the brake pad remaining? My car has 35K miles on it now (it had 33467 at the time of the Toyota basic car heck). Guess where I'm not going back to today, now that my car keeps saying I need the oil changed? And, how do I need the oil changed when it's only been 2000 miles. I'm guessing that's because it's been 6 months. So okay, that's fine, I had it done locally for $95.00 and $38 to rotate my almost brand new tires. At least Pinnacle will do the brake check for FREE. Note that terribly damaged (not) rim in the photo on back tire. If you buy a Toyota, do not have it serviced at Toyota of Naperville, unless you like throwing cash out the window.

This review is for Tobias King and Blair Berg…read more If you want to have a comfortable experience and be directed to the right car at the price you are willing to pay, see Tobias King, Sales Consultant at Enterprise Care Sales in Aurora. Tobias actually became a friend along the way. He patiently listened to what we were looking for, then brought the car up for a test drive. He answered all of our questions. We felt as if we could leave at any time, which is different from previous car purchase experiences. But we didn't want to leave because we were learning so much. Blair Berg gracefully walked us through financing and we obtained a better loan than we expected. Thanks to both Tobias and Blair for such a comfortable experience. John and Barb

Bought a 2024 Audi A5 in June, 2026: Here's my experience:…read more POSITIVE Saw the car I wanted on their site and because the make, model and color would be snapped up ASAP, they grabbed it right away and it was transferred from another city/state within a week later. At my request, they held it for me for 5 days until I could get there from my home 90 miles away. The salesman was nice, personable, accommodating and answered all my questions. He should get a better job elsewhere. The car was in pristine condition - inside and out. They attached one license plate for me and gassed the car before I drove it off the lot. As I'd been renting a car from Enterprise, I was able to drop it off there (different location from the rental origin) without an extra charge. NEGATIVE They will push the warranty, even if it includes flirting shamelessly! It could be that I was in a hurry, but they should have attached the second plate. Now I've gotta pay someone to do it - I'm not handy. I was paying cash for the car which at first, I going to do via wire transfer. However, telling me it would take a day for their "corporate office to receive the wire transfer", they wanted me to do the wire the day BEFORE I was scheduled to pick it up. While I was 95% sure I wanted the car, I'd only seen it online and I wasn't about to pay for it until I'd seen it in person and test drove it! It's 2026, folks and wire transfers are immediate! Don't test our BS meter. I paid by cashiers' check instead. Also, because I wanted to get miles on my credit card, I asked to put $10k of the $34k+ cost on it, but $5k is the most they'll let you put on a card (obviously, they want every opportunity to finance the cars they sell. One day soon, someone's going to challenge this in court and win). They wouldn't even let me put the warranty (which is a separate purchase) on my card. (the two points above are likely not under the salesman's control) Finally, and the most disappointing part of the experience: Once I bought the car, I immediately drove it to a mechanic I'd made an appointment with to have it checked out. They spent several hours inspecting it and told me that Internally, it was all good. BUT, while it was up on the lift, they saw it had been in an accident: the passenger door on the driver's side had been replaced and cheaply done with 'Bondo'. Sure enough, the paint doesn't exactly match. No accident was reported on the Carfax report. I called Enterprise Car Sales to discuss this with them and the dealership manager said: If it's not on the Carfax report, we don't have to tell you about it and we're not responsible for it. FYI: Don't trust a Carfax report.

I am on my 2nd QX80. It will be my last. This dealership is terrible to work with and INFINITI…read morecorporation is no better. My QX80 is a 2024 with 13,000 miles so still under warranty. Discovered a piece of the rear passenger seatbelt missing. Absolutely no idea how it happened. There are only 2 of us and rarely use the back seat, so it could have been purchased that way. We live 2 hours from a dealership and they refused to look at the photos I sent via email to evaluate if the part was under warranty. So we made an appointment. When we went to the appointment they took pictures of the seatbelts, exactly the same as I took and said we'll evaluate and get back to you. Then I receive an email from them saying to reschedule my appointment because I did not show. It took 5 days and a phone call every day to finally get them to say NO it's not covered under warranty. Pretty sad that a safety issue like a seatbelt is not covered under warranty. We asked them to price it for us if we paid ourselves and is was DOUBLE what we had priced at our local Nissan dealer to fix in case it wasn't covered under warranty. For a luxury brand this has been a unfortunate experience for them to lose a customer and for us to go through.
