I visited this past week and looked into a car for my husband, who was working. I had the time, so I stopped in. I received a lukewarm reception and they did "help" me at a minimum. I had them look at my husband's car as a possible trade-in and they gave me an estimate. The funny part is, the guy, who took our information, NEVER bothered to follow up with us. No phone call, no email, Nada. I even gave him my husband's info. Nothing. Sorry, Bill Jacobs Mini. We are buying our Mini from Schaumburg. I guess you didn't want that sale at all. Too bad because YOU even had a JCW, which is what we wanted. Schaumburg got one from Iowa for us. Shame on you for not taking a lady seriously when she is looking at cars. Typical dealer shenanigans here. We purchased our 2009 Mini here and it was not without frustrations. They somehow suckered us into putting down a $500 deposit on a Cooper, and when we later wanted out of that deal they kept telling us they would or had credited it back, but they never had even attempted to. We finally came to an agreement on a car and when we showed up for it they didn't want to accept the financing we'd arranged with our own company and kept insisting that we fill out a credit application. Again, we threatened to walk. We should have bought the car elsewhere. Other issues have included: Once while our car was here for service, they chipped the paint in the door. After we pointed it out they said they'd fix it, but they did a pretty shoddy job of it. I didn't pay a bunch of money for a car to have them treat it like crap. On one occasion we took the car in for service and left it there. A few days before we'd walked out to our car in some parking lot and found a beer can behind the tire. I didn't want to run over it and it was flat and dry and I threw it in the trash bin in my car and didn't think about it again. When we picked it up for service, the beer can was ON THE PASSENGER SEAT. Why were they going through my trash, first of all? I'll definitely empty it myself in the future in case there are any credit card receipts. And secondly, it was pretty clear that they just assumed we were driving around drinking and leaving it like that was pretty uncalled for. Finally...Regularly when our car is in for it's normal, covered, maintenance they try to talk us into having this or that done. Service guy "Your Mini needs XXX and YY done it's going to be $___" Husband "It's not covered by the maintenance package?" Service guy "No, it's not recommended by the manufacturer, just the dealership" Husband "So it's not really necessary?" Service guy "No" Pass. But telling them no wasn't good enough, as they continue to call my house and leave message about the recommended service items. I like my car, but should we decide in the future to get another Cooper, we'll try a different dealership. read more

I was interested in a Mini that was available in WI, and I was told that for a $500 down payment they could have the car down that day for me. Well it seems that the sales rep spoke without checking to see if it was ok with his boss, because he could not get me the car. He then tried to sell me on other Minis on the lot. I made it clear that I was only looking for a stick Turbo S in black. I ended up calling MINI of Tinley Park and they got me the car the next day with no $500 down payment. read more

Total jerk off answered the phone. I asked me if they can quote a price for a mini (out the door with tax, title, and such). The person said just look what it says on our website. First of all, websites do not show anything but MSRP. I know that Mini Clubmen are in high demand, so it isn't going below MSRP. I bought a previous owned vehicle from Bill Jacobs Mini. The salesman, Luca, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made it a person experience from the moment I sent an email requesting information till I left with the car the following weekend. When I arrived for my appointment he had the Carfax information printed out and waiting. Not one other dealership did that. First of all, if you are even THINKING about buying an extended service/maintenance warranty plan DO NOT BUY IT FROM BILL JACOBS. Their condescending finance staff will try to pressure you and gouge you into a ridiculously expensive plan. His opening offer was $2500! And the worst part was, he was offering it to me like it was some sort of great deal! That is way above what it should be. Do not pay that outrageous amount and it is completely insulting to think they would even TRY to push such a marked-up amount on unsuspecting customers. DO NOT pay that outrageous price, or anywhere near it. Make sure you call around to the other dealers to get competitive quotes for their extended SERVICE MAINTENANCE Warranty (not mechanical warranty there is a difference). Other places can and will do MUCH better. That said, I purchase my 2007 MINI S at Patrick MINI up in Schaumburg, but live in Naperville so obviously I thought it'd be easier to go to BIll Jacobs for service. Which seems like a great idea because their gorgeous brand new facility is so close, right? Wrong. Their prices for service are way higher exactly because they need to pay for that brand new facility. The service is not any better--just more expensive. I am telling you straight-up, right now, if you own a MINI and are in need of service, go to Patrick MINI instead. Bill Jacobs is not worth the headache or the price. I've had maintenance and other service done at Bill Jacobs MINI that took a lot longer than expected and it can take awhile to schedule and appointment to get a loaner. Patrick MINI charges a lot less for the same services, the staff is attentive and friendly AND they have a door to door service if you are in the Chicago area--they will drive to your work at home, drop off a loaner and take your car back to their facility at no charge, and bring it back to you once the work is done. Apparently they think they can throw customer service out the window when they are selling high-demand vehicles, because after one of the "Motoring Specialists" emailed me about my webt inquiry, he invited me in for a test drive. Well, I drove all of the 45 miles out to bumblefuck Naperville and roamed the lot for an hour and every single salesperson wouldn't so much as greet me. Fantastic. After waiting ever so patiently to be greeted, I finally went up to two different sales people -- a blonde woman working on the MINI side and a salt-and-pepper-haired guy on the BMW side and asked if they could direct me to Jon. Both of them looked me up and down and walked away. What a fucking waste of time. I emailed Jon and the General Manager about their terrible sevice and I expect they did nothing more than have a laugh as I've gotten no response from them. Avoid them at all costs. After shopping around at a few other dealerships, I ultimately decided to go with Bill Jacobs because they made the process so easy... this was my first car buying experience (on my own!) and I never felt pressured/ they answered all questions I had without any hassle. Everyone I dealt with was welcoming and warm. I felt like I was given a good deal/wasn't jerked around, which I was worried about going into this whole process. I wouldn't buy a Mini again, and I would never do business with Bill Jacobs again. The car I bought in 2014 has been nothing but trouble. It's had several recalls and extremely poor performance from day 1. It almost met the state's lemon law and I was seriously pursing a refund but was about a month short of having three distinct failures in the first 12 months. Unfortunately, the failures continue even now. The good news is that all of the failures have been fixed and at no cost to me. The bad news is that there have been many in three years, and have cost me quite a lot of time. I usually go to Patrick Mini in Schaumburg for service since Bill Jacobs is so bad. The last recall Jacobs handled. I was promised that my car would be picked up and a loaner delivered to me, about 200 miles away, and that disruption to my life would be minimized. I was also promised that the car would be returned with a full tank of gas even if it was picked up near empty and that it would be washed and detailed. It was picked up with a full tank, returned with a half tank just as dirty as it was when it was picked up. So I got 400 miles added to its mileage, lost half a tank of gas, got a loaner to drive the delivery of which was mismanaged so I lost half an hour out of my work day, and all to fix yet another pre-existing error in this lemon. Also, the financing at purchase time was not a good experience. Let's just say I went to great lengths paying extra every month to get through pay-off at an accelerated pace so I could terminate that financial relationship since my trust was so low. I seriously hope to never encounter that financing guy ever again in my life in any context. I could go on, but this is long already. So... the buying experience was bad. The product has been terrible. Terrible. Service has been unacceptable. My regret is extremely high. ____ All of the above was written a long time ago and I thought posted, but it never was. A few June 2018 updates: The Mini has had a lot of problems. Bill Jacobs is the worst. However, Patrick Mini in Schaumburg has been great to work with. They didn't sell me my car, but they have serviced it many, many times. They are great to work with. The repairs and recalls have all been covered, and Patrick is good about providing a loaner, scheduling, doing good work at no charge to me. And maybe all the repairs and recalls are over? It's been about a year since the last failure (the moon roof wouldn't close, but full replacement on that was done at no cost to me). In short: The Mini has needed a lot of work, big negative. All the work has been covered, big positive. Bill Jacobs staff (sales and service) are totally, TOTALLY terrible. Don't shop there. Patrick Mini in Schaumburg service department is excellent. If you're in the Chicago area and interested in Mini, avoid Jacobs, but Patrick is worth checking out. read more

Definitely not the place to make inquires or request information from. I emailed in asking for a specific car becasue I've done a lot of research, I asked for a lease for 3yr 36mo on a specific stock number, I asked for msrp and the actual selling price, never got that. I asked for a window sticker, to review the options, never got that. I expressed I was ok with a service loaner and all I was told that the car was a service loaner and wouldn't be available for 2 months! I was at Patrick Mini last night and they were more than happy to pull a loaner off a fleet for me unfortunately the color combination wasn't what I wanted. I was stunned more than anything that a store that isn't high volume decides to have that kind of attitude. Really troubling - bought a used mini and took it to Jacobs for a once over. They found a few seals that needed to be replaced and recommended oil, antifreeze, injector cleaning. I made a huge mistake saying sure! The bill came to $2400.00. I checked with a local garage and said they could have done all of this for under $1200. Jacobs said I needed a new radiator fan and condenser - another $2400. Took it to a mini shop (not dealer) and they said the condenser was slightly bent but in fine working condition. They said the fan problem could easily be a $31.00 resistor and in any case the entire fan replacement would be under $400 - parts and labor. Bill Jacobs service staff is super friendly - so are most people who want your money. There are reputable service shops that can work on minis. I would recommend you stay clear of Jacobs unless you are having warranty work done. Complete rip offs. read more

Service is good but way overpriced. I had a good experience purchasing tires last year so decided to get some needed service here. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but still had to wait 2 hours. At my old dealership before I moved, you would be out in under an hour for under $100. I paid over $200 (the tire rotation cost $130!) which is just nuts. read more

Overall a good solid experince when dealing with the service department. I was in for a recall notice and a oil change on a Monday and was promised the vehicle back later in the day. Was given a loaner and lo and behold, received a call around 4pm saying my car was ready to be picked up. Not only did the dealer perform the requested work, they also found a couple of other issues that were covered under warantee much to my surprise. Until I'm given a reason not to use BJM for work, I'll continue to have my vehicle serviced there. read more

Wow went there last week for an oil change and left with a $1075.00 wapping bill. 1. they did there white glove evaluation and notably my warranty is up at not for miles but 5 year with only 60K miles 5 months ago. Note: I have spoon fed this vehicle since I bought in 2013. 2. they went through there factory recommended maintenance option like a menu i added and or declined for now options long story short they found a drip on the oil sensor this is a 2 dollar gasket easily replaced in under 15 minute but instead of this they stated the factory recommends a relocation and harness kit to avoid damage to the computer. I asked when this was recommended and of course they did not know but again said the computer will be thousands when the oil reaches it and stated i should not pass this one up my choice though.. HMMMM lets see replace a 450 dollar relocation kit that the factory clearly recognizes as a flaw in there vehicle design or risk even higher bills in the short run to car failure HMMMM. Ironically this comes up on the next service out of warranty HMMM? This is one of many examples I have had with mini even under warranty since i purchased the vehicle and it appears BIll J is now continuing the saga of ripping off consumer for what is clearly a manufacture defect. Too bad too because the car is solid it just appears the dealers want to dive white glove dig deep into Mini owners pockets to survive too BAd. read more

There was no pressure to buy they just gave me all the info. about the car(carfax ect.) then gave me the keys and let me take it for a drive. I know I want the car after I drove it but my furnace went out at my house. They told me to got take care of my house the car would still be here tomorrow. While he is fairly new to the industry, he was knowledgeable, fair, didn't hurry or push us into something we didn't want or need. and provided great follow-up from the time I ordered my new car in July until it was delivered in early September. I also appreciated that the Finance manager who completed the sale didn't push unneeded items such as extended warranties, "paint protection" or other unwanted and costly add-ons. I've purchased over 15 new cars over the past 25 years, and have had both very positive and very negative experiences. My Bill Jacobs MINI experience was definitely a positive one. My initial walk-in experience fell short. I'm glad that the salesperson didn't pounce as I walked in but the flip side is that I wasn't approached until a person in the service department asked if we were being helped. Once we connected with a salesperson she was friendly, knowledgeable and offered that we could take the car for a day or two to see what we thought of the Mini Countryman. Not too much later, we were driving out the door in our new Mini Countryman plug-in hybrid. It's a great car and the attention to detail by its designers is amazing. But we wouldn't have bought it without the fantastic vibe we felt from John and all the people at Bill Jacobs Mini. We never felt "being sold to." John knew his product well and treated my wife and me with equal courtesy and helpfulness. Still shocked to see all the negative reviews about this dealer on yelp. Yesterday (in the pouring rain of course) my low tire light came on. Not wanting to use the air pump at the gas station in the rain I decided to try to take my mini over to Bill Jacobs to have the tire pressure checked. I couldn't be happier with the service department. They took my car and were extremely friendly to me about the situation. They had my car back to me in 20 minutes and even filled my fluids. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I only wish I got the guys name in service so I could call corporate and tell them what a great job he is doing. read more

I answered an ad on AutoTrader for a 2013 Used MINI Roadster. I was contacted with a variety of appointment times to come view it, and chose the earliest option; then even arrived early after driving an hour to get there. When I asked for the salesman I was told to ask for when I arrived for my "CONFIRMED" appointment, he'd "gone home for the day". Though the email I received stated the car would be ready to go, no one even knew which car I was driving or that I was arriving at all. Then, I was told that the car had "Just been sold!". Oh, but they'd be happy to show me NEW 2013s, considerably more in cost. I said "no". They asked what color used 2013s I'd be interested in. I said "Red or Black". After leaving me multiple times, "Mike" returned to tell me they found me "what I wanted" and would pull it around. When I asked for details, it turns out they were pulling around a 2012 light grey model. ??? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. False advertising. IF YOU ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE LIKE I DID, DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING AND GET IN WRITING EXACTLY WHAT YOUR WARRANTY COVERS AND HAVE THEM SIGN IT. (What/How often can they be replaced/and if that warranty is covered at other dealerships) I bought my car from here. The sales person we went with was un-knowledgeable about the cars, I was showing him stuff about the car he didn't even know! He was nice enough to spend over an hour teaching my wife how to drive a manual in a new mini.... needless to say I would not buy that manual car now :/ But thanks! My sales agent and I agreed on a price over email, but I needed to go in to sign papers to order the car. When I got to the store, he told me he was able to get the price even lower, so I was ecstatic! He printed out the pages, I signed them without scrutinizing the price and went on my way. (This was definitely my mistake which I will never make again). Long story short, the purchase price paid was more than what was agreed upon. I spoke to a manager who said the emails didn't matter, all that mattered was what I signed, but after arguing he agreed to a small consolation check. Which I never received. After being strung around for a few months I went back in to find that manager had left. So I pleaded my case to another manager who said there was no way I was ever going to get any money back. Lesson learned. A few months later I got a nail in my tire. It took them 4 hours to find the nail and replace the tire. I was told it would be 1 hour. I was told I could stop by anytime to get my windshield fluid filled. So I did. "Oh that will be an hour wait." How about a free car wash I was told I could get at anytime? "Yeah, that'll be an hour wait as well." A few months after that I went in to get my window wiper replaced because it was streaking. That was going to take them an hour! I couldn't wait but said I would come back. I came back a few weeks later and was told that wipers could only be replaced once a year under the Boot To Bonnet Maintenance Program and since my car was only 6 months old I could not get new wipers, but I did manage to get an oil change... which took 4 hours! (It's true that the wipers can only be replaced once a year under the warranty. Obviously no sales person would sell it that way. "We replace your wiper blades if they start streaking on you!" vs "We replace your wiper blades if they start streaking on you, but only once a year.") Since the oil change to much longer than it should have I was offered a free detailing on the interior of my car to make it look brand new. I got my car back and there was no detailing done. During my time there I spoke with another lady who was getting some maintenance done and she told me not to get any extended warranty since it pretty much did not cover anything. Too late. She listed off the things she had done to her car and how much she was charged. She said they charged her to replace her spark plugs and I was told that spark plugs were covered under the extended warranty and told her to question it. Spark plugs are covered. Bill Jacob's Mini team just chose to ignore her warranty and charge her. Probably thinking dumb rich Napervillian, she don't know any better... Unluckily, I got another nail in another tire but luckily I had purchased tire insurance. Being closer to a different dealership I went there and they explained to me that Mini Cooper offers tire insurance but the tire insurance Bill Jacobs Mini offers is not thru Mini Cooper but a third party (which isn't illegal) but instead of being able to file the claim directly to the warranty company, it would be a self pay-reimbursement type deal. It's only directly submit-able by Bill Jacobs Mini. In my opinion a ploy to get you to only go to Bill Jacobs to get stuff done and wait hours on end. This new dealership has shown me what quality, prompt and attentive service is like. I will likely never go back to Bill Jacobs MINI or any of this other dealerships, and I hope you don't either. (It's conveniently located in my commute but I will happily go out of the way if I can.) They are willing to help you with whatever you need and make sure that you're always happy. I would never ever recommend that any of my friends take their business to Bill Jacobs. Other than the fabulous salesman Sal Santiago (who was honest, didn't pressure us into a sale, offered every possible option and very attentive), this dealership has nothing going for it. I understand that they are in the business of making money. But what I don't understand is how they were so unwilling to negotiate even $1000 on a certified pre-owned BMW!!!! They low-balled my friend, who was ready to buy a car that day because he brought his 2006 Mini Cooper to be appraised for a trade-in. After Bill Jacobs unwillingness to even drop $1K on the price of their car, we ended up frustrated and going across the street to Lexus of Naperville. And it's a good thing we did! My friend actually ended up getting $1000 more for his trade-in from the Lexus of Naperville dealership across the street and they worked on getting him a car in his desired price point. The waiting area at Bill Jacobs is also uncomfortable, with odd chairs and the snacks and refreshments sub-par. I will never go back and make sure that my friends hear of my experience here. Dear Bill Jacobs, because you were stingy with your trade-in appraisal and unwillingness to negotiate on the sticker price of your vehicle by even $1,000, you lost out on a $30K sale. Just don't buy any warranty or extended service from them. They will never refund when you want to cancel (even it's 100% legal)!

I have purchased 3 Minis from this dealership. The sales end has been no problem. Service, however, is another story. Because I had to replace the power steering pumps on both of my first two cars I opted for the complete maintenance package. I continually receive email and voicemail reminders that my car is due for " Fuel system maintenance". I track my mileage carefully and would be aware if I had a problem. I tried several times to stop this notification but was unable to get them to listen to me. I just spent an hour this morning again to stop it. Time will tell! But, sadly, I will be buying my next Mini elsewhere. Make sure you give them 10s on the survey. I also receive several emails a week telling me they need used Minis and for me to trade in my car for a new one! Is business so bad they have to resort to this crap to make money? Well once again Bill Jacobs Mini completely disappointed me. My rear driver's side window got broken. Of course I called the place where I bought it. After calling and talking to parts (part cost $155) I asked to be transfered to service. I asked "How much for labor". Hold on, they transfered me to some guy named Brad's voicemail. I called back. Voicemail again. I tried a third time and explained to the poor operator that I didn't want to leave a message I just want to talk to someone who can tell me the labor cost. (At this point I already had two quotes from glass shops) I finally get Brad on the phone. After telling him make, model and which window there was a pause. He said "This is going to be more difficult then I thought, I'll have to call you back (this was Friday). Didn't hear from him. Monday comes and I call. I get voicemail again. I leave a message. Finally he calls me Wednesday, 9am. Ok, we're finally getting somewhere. He tells me that it's going to be $405 labor plus the part. Total $560. WOW. Now I already had a quote over the phone from a glass place of $175 and another online quote of $280. I expressed my confusion on the high cost and he started to tell me that it was different then a windshield "You see, they have to take out all the little pieces of glass and stuff and well it's a harder job". Bull manure! I think this is the same guy that tried to sell me fuel injector cleaning at 10,000 miles for a ton of money (turned out my poor gas mileage was from under inflated tires. They left my run flat tires at 20 psi after my last service there) So, I thought that because it's a dealership gouging the customer was normal. But this was really high. 5 hours to replace a window? I called up Patrick Mini in Schaumburg. Guess what, their price was different. WAY CHEAPER. The glass part was $103 and the labor was $175. Patrick Mini uses Auto Glass MD for their glass replacements. Both are suburban dealerships in similar areas. Why the difference? Now... I called Area Auto Glass here in Chicago. I can get it done for $170 using factory glass from a dealership. Grand Auto Glass will do it with used glass for $140. I've left a message for the general manager at Bill Jacobs. No reply yet. No surprise there. What I will do is get a link to this review on his desk and maybe someday he'll fire that jackass Brad. Never going to Bill Jacobs for service again. Not even warranty. The math... Bill Jacobs $560 Patrick Mini $278 Area auto glass $170 Grand Auto Glass $140 (used part but 5 star rating) '06 Mini Cooper S sale - $25,000 (You would think you're paying for some extra TLC and future good service) UPDATE: Well the General Manager hasn't called me back yet but Mark, the Service manager did. He apologized for his guy not calling me back. He also stated that the price quoted was for one of his technicians to do the job. He also told me that to do the same job under warranty was a two hour job. "That's what they pay". Well I wonder why I was quoted for 5 hours to do the same job? Mark offered no solution, talked over me and basically said, "that's the way it is." He also couldn't explain why his parts were 50% more then another local dealership. I ended the call by thanking him for calling to apologize for their poor customer service and informed him that we'll be bringing our car to Patrick Mini that has much better reviews. read more

I wish I would have purchased my car at another Mini dealership. I love my car, but hate coming here. I have had several bad experiences with this place. 1) They talked me into buying a package that would allow me to get all "dents and dings" removed for the first 5 years. I live in the city and sometimes park on the street. They used this as a sales ploy... stating that I will be happy I have this package when someone dings my bumper parking. Well, sure enough, that happened. And when I took it in to get fixed, I was told the package did not include bumpers. WTF? 2) I came here to get my oil changed. They would not give me a loaner for the day, but had a van service drop me off at work. The oil change took 8 hours (when I was promised it would be done in 3). Then I was told that the driver of the van service had left for the day and I needed to find my own way back to the dealership. I complained, and they agreed to have their car porter come pick me up. He was an hour late and I ended up being late for other plans I had that night. 3) They told me I can get a free car wash anytime. I have come here a few times and was told that the car wash was not operating that morning. I am so happy that a Mini dealership just opened in Chicago. I hope they are better! read more

I purchased a 2017 MINI JCW Hardtop in July and I loved my experience with the crew at Bill Jacobs Naperville MINI. Marina was great throughout the process. I am based in Atlanta, but loved the look and features with the one at Bill Jacobs. There was a hesitation to match the deal I was be offered from dealership in ATL, but Marina worked hard to get the price down for me. She even arranged an airport pick up for us when we came to pick the MINI and mailed my wife a birthday card. Endless hospitality! read more

As much as I love my car, it's a horrible dealer relationship. Please read on for more details. E-mail received Saturday: I would like to ask a favor of you. Please present me with a challenge that I would need to overcome for you to consider Bill Jacobs MINI for your next vehicle purchase. It could be anything: price, trade value, payment, or even a different vehicle than you were originally considering. Allow me the opportunity, and I will get the job done. My response Monday: Unless you have a time machine that can go back and remove the memory of my last interaction with your facility and employees, there is nothing to be done. I was promised these same things by Constantine. I have a variety of phone calls, emails and text messages still saved. He got me to come in...wasn't "on-site" when I arrived for our schedule morning appointment and kept me waiting for 34 minutes. Upon his arrival, I was shown 3 new vehicles, comparable to my current one. We returned to the shop where I was informed I had a fatal engine problem and wouldn't recommend driving it. The value of my trade-in was instantly depreciated by $6,000...But for $5,000 down we can get me into a new lease...Then the Service Manager walked by and chimed in with not wanting to take $140 diagnostic fee from me for something he knew was a blown engine, "it's obvious just by listening to it". I was told it could be replaced for between $3,000-$6,000, would be best to trade it in. The sales manager then explained that your union mechanic shops charges the same to the dealer to fix as they would charge me. I don't believe that for a second (and may recommend a revision of the corporate financial plan if that is the case. But, I digress). As Constantine walked me to the door he informed me my car shouldn't be driven AT ALL. It is a matter of time before it dies and leaves me stranded on the side of the road. He thought it could last me weeks, months or even a year. "After all, you don't drive that much." Thankfully I did not succumb to the fear tactics. I did not give Bill Jacobs the $5,000 goal that the sales dept seemed to have in mind. I took my 2009 Mini with it's 45,000 miles to Merlin's down the street, where they diagnosed my car FOR FREE and then repaired the serpentine belt and tensioner for $900 parts, labor and tax included. I've been shafted each time I walk through that door. The first time i put $2,000 to order...weeks later my car arrives for me to be told "things have changed since you ordered. Now need to either put 50% down or get a co-signer." The second time was when I was in to refinance the terms from Owners Choice to financing; I was pushed into signing papers right then, in September, when my lease terms were not complete until October. Mini Financial expected both to be paid that month & it was quite the inconvenience to remedy. AND the paperwork was for the wrong car. By the way...i never got a black Mini, yet often was asked which of my vehicles needed service. I was also told I would be able to reduce my payments by refinancing 12months later after building better credit. This was a flat out lie since MiniFinancial does not finance used vehicles. The 2nd guy in sales informed me of that when I went to sign the papers for MY actual car. I was silly to have returned the second time. Why a third? I now pose The Challenge to YOU.
