I absolutely LOVE the food at this place and have been coming here since it opened... However, the last 3 times, and far more frequently than ever before, the food has been both late and cold. I would understand cold if I was late to pick up, but I was there the moment I got a ready text. I think I'll be taking a break from BBB for a bit. Update: Brian reached out, and while I didn't get a chance to chat with him, I did take some people from out of town to bbb, and the food was nice and hot.
