I've tried a few spots here in Denver and seriously birdcall is about as close as a fast food joint could possibly get at recreating that famous Nashville hot chicken. I love this place! If you like the other popular chicken place, you should upgrade your experience and make bird call your next chicken n pickle sandwich haven! Be prepared to use your credit card to fire up the easy to use kiosk(a great staff is available to assist). Once you get your order they'll text you as to where to find your grub. Great tasting sauces for all levels of heat! Try the Louisiana versions, they do plain too, which I did the first time to give the chicken a chance to be center stage for my taste buds. We had a hankering for chicken one evening and decided to try something new. Enter Birdcall....This was both of our first time eating at an establishment such as this. They encourage kiosk ordering. You walk in, use a self service kiosk with all options preloaded, select what combinations you'd like and then pay with your card. Minutes later your food arrives in a little cubby from the kitchen. The chicken is good. I had the Southern Chicken and it was wonderfully flavored. Great spices and oh so delighfully messy! My girl had the buffalo chicken and it was good too. Definitely captured the vibe of buffalo wings and blue cheese. The fries are of great consistency. Crispy but also nice and potato-y in the middle. Scrumptious! My only complaint is the restaurant itself was a bit messy. Trash on the floor, table tops felt sticky....not exactly the thing to give you a clean feeling while enjoying your sandwich. Overall I think we'd go back but it'd be nice if they'd maybe do a clean up every now and then in the dining area. read more

This place is perfect for our Sunday shopping pre-game. We plan our attack and then dived and concur the Whole Foods. Let's be honest grocery shopping with a buzz is the best and grocery shopping hungry is super dangerous. That's why this place is one of our favorites. Sure there are plenty of places to stop around here for a drink and some grub. The difference here is that we get great service from our new good friend Patrick. Always a warm face, good conversation and spectacular service. It's what keeps us coming back! And I haven't even mentioned how reasonable the pricing is!! I was skeptical at first because I'm a vegetarian, but I've been 3 times now and gotten something different every time just with tofu instead. The staff is super friendly and helpful and are really good at suggesting items. They helped me through the order system when I first got there and always ask if I need a refill on my drink and make sure I enjoyed my meal. Nice selection of chicken sandwiches. Nice that their sauce is not too peppery like some. Good tator tots. A little better than average fries. The food tastes like its more natural than other fast food chicken places. The shakes taste like the ingredients are cleaner and not artificial. Nice selection of sauces for the chicken sandwich. My only complaint it that they charge for sauces. I went there today for the first time and wanted to try the Birdcall sauce. There was no one behind the counter at the time to ask what was in it and the menu didn't say. Once I got my food I tried it and it tasted heavily of mustard, which I hate. I asked for another sauce and they wanted 27 cents for it. Didn't have any change and I wasn't trying to put 27 cents on my debit card so I just ate my food dry. The atmosphere is cool and the food was good, so I'll probably go back. I just won't be as adventurous with the sauces. read more

This is a modern twist on fast food. Upon entering, you order through an iPad and your food is prepared after you pay. You can see your order on a TV screen, which gives you an estimate as to when it's finished, usually 5 to 10 minutes. We enjoyed the salad and some chicken sandwiches. The menu takes some time to get used to, but once you've paid once, it saves your past orders so it's easier the next time. Always have loved Birdcall and Park Burger but now they have exceeded my expectations! Ordered a delivery and DoorDash was over 30 minutes late. Contacted the Evans location and they not only re-made our order, but delivered it themselves! We were happy to pay twice but they absolutely wouldn't let us as they felt bad our food was cold. We honestly didn't care but they would not take any money from us. So happy that we have small business owners in our community that provide excellent customer service in this town. Tim is the best thing about Birdcall and that's saying a lot because their chicken is spectacular. My go-to is the Deluxe with fries and it has never let me down. I've been eating at Birdcall 2x / week since they opened (including today). I've had everything on the menu except their breakfast, tofu burger and chicken reuben. Everything I've had has impressed, but my favorite is a custom Nashville Hot (Extra Hot) + southern slaw. All the flavors are great but the quality of the chicken is real the star of the show as I've eaten at least 20 sandwiches at Birdcall and have never had a "weird" bite that can occur with many proteins. The value @ $6-8 per sandwich can't be beat either. read more
