I enjoyed the Morningstar sausage on it. The cheesy grits were fine. It's hard for me to judge them because I don't like grits but my husband said they were good. The portion was on the smaller side. I've been wanting to try Biscuit Bitch for quite a while now, and today turned out to be a good day for it.  They've got a couple of locations in Seattle; this one is the one that was most convenient to where we needed to be next.  There was a pastle of people lined up out the door waiting to place their orders.  We joined the queue and it took us a little more than half an hour to get our food once we did. We tried two things - the "Hot Mess Bitch"  (Biscuit and Gravy, Eggs and Garlic Grits smothered in Cheese, Grilled Louisiana Hot Link and Jalapeños) and the "Gritty Scrambled Cheesy Bitch" (Biscuit and Gravy smothered in Cheese, Scrambled Eggs & Garlic Grits).  The Hot Mess was AOK, though it by no means rocked my World.  On the other hand the GSCB was nothing short of phenomenal!  I have no hesitation suggesting that anyone who visits here give it a try :-) The portion sizes are huge, so we had no problem sharing our plunder.  I look forward to coming back and trying the "Canadian Bitch" (Biscuit, Maple Peanut Butter, Bacon, Eh?) next time! read more

Was excited to try the food after seeing other reviews and decided to stop by before leaving to the airport. My husband and I arrived about 9:50am and there was a large crowd sign outside said the wait was 30 minutes. We decided to bear the long wait because we were excited and still had an hour before our transportation arrived, by the time we put in our order it was 10:02am. We sat at a table and while we waited about 25 minutes in the sign was changed to a 45 min wait which we thought wouldn't affect our order. After 45 minutes we asked the employee at the window how long our wait was, she said our order was next she just had to "bag some of our items." However they didn't call us next! 10 minutes later we asked again and she said sorry we're still bagging orders up. At this point we were waiting for our breakfast order for an hour and our transportation to airport had arrived and they said our order was not ready :( unfortunately we had to leave empty handed. We made it back to this location about a year after our previous visit. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, they were only offering a limited menu (only biscuit sandwiches, none of the traditional biscuit/gravy dishes) that you had to order online. Sounded like a good idea though as after you placed your order, they sent you a text message to indicate when your order would be ready. My order was placed at 10:33 am, and I got a text reflecting that it would be ready by 11:05 am. So I stayed at home and then had a nice walk over there so I wouldn't have to wait long. Despite the above, still ended up waiting until 11:24 am for my order to be ready. 9 minutes shy of an hour seems like a long time to prepare some sandwiches. But that doesn't bother me too much since I know they are always busy. What bothers me is that they have a mechanism in place to give you notifications about when your order will be ready and they still can't get it done anywhere close to their estimate. Food is still good but seeing as how they haven't become any more efficient or professional since my last trip here, had to take away a star. read more

I get that it's popular, but I've gone to popular places and it wasn't as long to get a biscuit sandwich. The prices were too high for what you get also. First the food: The mushroom gravy was DELICIOUS, but the portion you're given is so small. The egg was unseasoned and the biscuit left a lot lacking. I was shocked when I walked up and they still operated out of one of those temporary "to-go" windows that restaurants half-hazardly made during the pandemic. There was no inside seating available, as they force you to place a to-order then sit outside because their indoor seating is "closed" (you can see through the window that it's just being used as storage...) That was the biggest disappointment of all. In a city where it regularly rains, a small ikea table on the sidewalk makes you wish you had just gone elsewhere. The only think I wish that they would do (but this is entirely personal preference) is that they use lower sodium spam. Loved my breakfast at the Biscuit Bitch Pike Place yesterday so I had to get it again- but this time I ordered from the Belltown location sight unseen. I do wish I had done a little more research before coming here because there wasn't really much outdoor seating (like 3 tables) on the sidewalk and not even other tables nearby to steal (unless I sat at another restaurant). Ended up calling another Uber to go back to my hotel after scoping the location. At the Pike Place location you are closer to more public seating so it's easier to enjoy your meal sooner. Other than the lack of seating, the breakfast I ordered this time was the "Straight Up Bitch" so I could customize it and get the hot link without all the other spicy stuff. It was amazing. A delicious soft biscuit, rich gravy, perfectly cooked and garnished hot link and scrambled eggs are what awaited me and I can only hope it doesn't destroy my stomach the way I destroyed this meal. Overall the food is REALLY good and the wait wasn't as long as Pike Place, but I would probably consider this a better takeout place than a sit down, so be prepared! read more
