They're spectacular. Yes, they cost a little more than a basic dog sitter on the apps, but they're much more qualified. They have associated vet care (routine and/or if anything happens to your pet), full grooming from just a basic bath (it's a life flex of added peace to return home from travels to a happy, tired & amazing-smelling clean fur baby), and your dog gets to spend his time playing with a whole crew of pals. My little guy Nigel returns thrilled every time, in a way he hadn't with independent sitters. And the hit-or-miss of the app sitters has sometimes given me ok ones, but a few times has been a literal disaster (my dog actually was harmed or injured); some of them are completely unqualified. That's not a risk I'm ever willing to take again. You get what you pay for in life. Don't compromise with your furry family members. Care for them the right way; use these pros. They're better, and you won't regret it. And with the package deals, the price isn't even much more than some random from the apps. They are worth it in every way. I was nervous and desperate to take my newly adopted 2 year-old pup to daycare given that her barking was too loud for my office. I am BEYOND impressed here!!! I actually found it on Google and also happened to walk by it on my way home once - it has clear windows and everyone loves seeing the big dogs inside and my dog wanted to go in already. I called the night before and spoke to Lecy who was an absolute doll and so professional and kind - the whole process was so easy and accommodating. The staff while dropping and picking her up were also AMAZING and to my absolute surprise, texted me with beautiful updates and pictures throughout the day! I also see the place is spotless and think it's great there's separate rooms for big and small dogs! I also feel so comforted knowing there's on-site vet services and grooming services and 24-7 care, like a perfect one-stop shop. I have a hard time finding the words to describe how grateful I am for Biscuits & Bath FiDi. My dear little rat terrier, Juno, has been going here for daycare and boarding since she was a puppy, and the staff have shown her so much love. As a young pup, she got so much early socialization from their daycare program, and as my travel schedule got hectic with a new job, it has been such a comfort knowing she is well cared for when I'm away. Brought my pup here for the first time today for a full day day-care and a bath. Even tho my puppy is small and only 12 lbs (and not curly) I ended up being charged later after I picked her up nearly $300. The website does not specify how much a bath will cost and I was not told up front how much it would be. They just charged my card and handed it back to me without saying anything. You're better off getting an actual full groom with a trim for the price plus an in-home babysitter. The staff however is very nice! But I will not be returning. read more

we took our puppy for a groom and bath. The groomer only did the top of his coat. She neglected to brush out the undercoat with mats which only got worse over the next couple of weeks. We had to take our dog to another groomer, Seaport Paw where May had to take over 4 hours to fix his coat. I do not recommend this service, especially as the price is $200. I don't think they take enough care of the pets. I expect a groomer to look for the mats that's why we have them groomed. This is basic I will not go back there again read more

This review is purely for grooming, not daycare. The staff is nice but they don't seem very well prepared for dealing with medium to bigger dogs. Also was told multiple times that a bath included services such as a sanitary trim but when I arrived the groomer 'didnt have the right clippers'. Still got charged full price though. Understandable that some groomers will just be more experienced with smaller dogs vs the large undertaking of grooming a bigger dog, but considering the price is competitive, I'll probably go somewhere else next time for the full treatment. read more

Walked by at night and saw a sad dog, with its excrement and urine on the floor. It looked lonely and embarrassed. The staff made no attempt to clean it up for multiple hours, despite billing themselves as a 24/7 service. I take my sweet girl Catherine who has separation anxiety. The first week it was heartbreaking when she cried and struggled to run after me as I left. By the third week she barely looked back at me as she ran to go into the play area. Also, keep in mind her anxiety is so bad she has stress colitis. I only take her 1 day a week so it says a lot that she was so happy to go so quickly! When I bring her in they know her name and her personality. Everyone is so friendly- morning and afternoon! It's sweet to hear my girl shriek with excitement when she see's them in the morning. Someone is always in the room with the dogs so it's a bonus for her because she loves people and dogs! ***DOGS IN CAGES FOR A HEALTH EXAM*** I'll NEVER go back there again. I scheduled an appointment for my new puppy there for a health exam - first time. The schedule process went smooth and I was excited for the appointment. The day before I got an email saying I need to drop off my pup and pick him up after the exam. I expressed my concern saying I don't feel comfortable since this is my first time with them. The assitant manager seemed understanding in his email back saying he'll check with the Vet tomorrow (day of appointment) and will get back to me. He never got back to me. I called before heading over there and they said they will cannot allow me to be present even with a proof of vaccination and PPE. I asked to speak with the manager who, as I was told, in a "meeting" (he was not) and got placed on hold for about 40 minutes. I got there and encountered the most arrogant staff I've ever met. I asked for the duration of the exam and the "vet" there (I believe she was nothing more than an assistant) said there's not time estimation. "It'll be done when it'll be done" and they'll call me. I asked how can it be cause we have an appointment. She replied all appointments are scheduled for the same time and they put the dogs in "rooms". ***(they showed the "rooms" to me, cages where other dogs were barking from)*** The vet will get to them in order when she gets to them. She got frustrated and started raising her voice. I asked to speak firmly with the manager again who was "in a meeting" he was available right away. Was super nice, honestly, and explained and tried to help. He arranged for my pup to be seen right away and he said the process will take 15 minutes or so. I agreed. At this point all I wanted is the desired health exam and never go back there again. I was under a time constraint. They asked me for my private info and when I asked what is it needed for I got a reply "for the medical records", when I asked which, they replied the same answer. No clarification. I provided what I deemed right (remember I had no desire to go back there again). At this point at the point of the RUDE! assistant the vet dr. refused to exam my pup. I had to leave, frustrated for hours spent and lots of energy wasted on people that CANNOT provide a welcoming service. I'll NEVER go back there again. read more

Our dog comes here for the day a couple times a week and absolutely loves it. She pulls us to the front door so she can say hello to the staff. The staff do a great job of taking care of and entertaining all the Dogs throughout the day. They even post pictures on the Instagram page so you get to see your dog in action while working. I just read R N.'s review below and could not agree more as I had the SAME experience with my new puppy on the SAME exact day. The vet tech who took Charlie back to his exam was nice but the actual vet frantically called me saying she had never met a dog so aggressive (given he is still scared of people/adjusting to the city and is only 18 weeks old). She made it seem as though there was no hope for my PUPPY to be trained and then recommended a trainer under the same company to see if his behavior is "breakable". I am so put off with the way she spoke to me and scared me as a new puppy owner who was clearly already a bit flustered. Maybe I will bring him for daycare/grooming but I will be finding another vet. read more

My baby Hugo just had a very pleasant 6 night stay at Biscuits and Bath Fidi. He's so tuckered out right now, he must have gotten in some good play time while there. First the good: the staff were all terrific. Really nice and seemed genuinely to care. They sent text messages updating me on how things were going, like on the first night when he didn't eat all his dinner. The space is bright, clean, and inviting. Definitely a place where I had no hesitation leaving my dog in their care. But why only 4 stars instead of 5: 1) Price - it is quite a bit more expensive than other places. Not sure why. D is For Doggy charges $89/night, and B&B is $120. That's a pretty material premium. 2) No web cam - this is table stakes in 2021. Literally every single other daycare / boarding place we've been to has a webcam where you can watch your baby at any time. They need to rectify this ASAP. 3) Insufficient IG posting - instead of a webcam, they post about the dogs on insta. But during Hugo's six night stay I only saw one post with him in it. It's possible I may have missed others, but I still think they should be posting with each dog at least twice per day. Also, share action pics of them playing rather than just pics of them standing on their own. We want to be able to see how much fun they're having. 4) No outdoor space - It doesn't seem like they have any outdoor space. So i guess the dogs have to go potty inside? It must be very stressful for the dogs to have to go potty inside given throughout their entire lives up until that point we have been training them to do the opposite. So confusing! Also, isn't there a risk that making them potty inside could undo the potty training that we have all spent so much time and treasure achieving in the first place? read more

Horribly run business and inexperienced, unknowledgeable staff. They are either on their phones the whole time or just not paying enough attention while they are supposed to be watching the dogs and taking action if something is not right. There is a camera in the room so you can watch how inept the staff is in real time. I thought it would be a good experience to bring my 8 month old puppy so she could socialize with other dogs and she ended up traumatized from getting mounted and aggressively chased all day. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this location! Not only did we have a great experience with their onsite vet but the daycare has been amazing for our pup! The staff has been great and so accommodating to our fur babies needs. We have seen a huge change in our dogs energy/anxiety levels since she is able to play and socialize with all the dogs, it's truly been great for us but more importantly our dog. They are willing to work with you, and your dogs quirks whatever they may be. My babygirl can't wait to go play, and comes home so exhausted. They do a great job of posting pictures and videos throughout the day as well so you can see how your pup is doing! When they got back from their first boarding experience, one of our dogs had a series of scabbed-over bites or cuts all along his back. No one told us that he'd been bit or gotten in a fight or anything, and we had not idea whether he'd gotten any treatment or anything like that. Supposedly they have a caretaker with the dogs at all times to prevent things like this, and at a minimum they should have let us know when it happened instead of seemingly just hoping we wouldn't notice. read more

You can tell that everyone at Biscuits and Bath absolutely adores their canine visitors, and my little Papillon, who is grumpy and anti-social, loves going there! They treat him like gold and he is just so happy to see them whenever he needs day care. I had to go overseas for a week on business and didn't worry about him at all, and while I was away, they texted me pictures and updates. The Fidi location is close to my home and office, which contributes to a completely stress-free experience. I had a very disappointing experience boarding my dog here for 4 nights as he came home with a bad case of kennel cough which he has never had before in his life (aged 7). I was not made aware while he was there that he was having any issues or signs of any illnesses, just that he was doing well and playing with friends. He was lethargic from the moment I picked him up. I noticed a loss of appetite over the next few days along with severe incessant​, coughing, wheezing​ and sneezing. He had no interaction with any other dogs between when I picked him up and when I took him to the vet, and he was diagnosed with kennel cough. He is now on multiple antibiotics, and B&B was less than helpful, they simply told me this was just a risk that is assumed when sending him to their boarding facility. AMAZING DOGGY DAY CARE! We started out with Biscuits and Bath FiDi almost 2 months ago, and it has been a wonderful experience ever since. EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE, at B&B FiDi is extremely nice and helpful. From the front desk management team, to the trainers and dog handlers, they are all so nice and welcoming every time we walk in there, greeting us with smiles, and you just know they are excited to be there to play with and take care of our baby girl Kona. They always have Kona's best interest in mind, and make sure she is well taken care of, whether she's there for an overnight, or just her daycare and training sessions. They are a one stop shop for all your doggy needs! They have been a lifesaver to us, since we don't have many friends and family close by to take care of Kona, and since she's pretty shy and skittish, having a dog walker come isn't always a good option for us.
