Addicted to the spicy honey chicken biscuit, hashbrown and Cheerwine combo... can't go wrong with any of it!

It does Not have sit down dining. They are drive thru only. I ordered homestyle gravy and biscuit and the biscuit was light and fluffy. The hash brown is that only by the farthest of definitions. The homestyle gravy was hot, faintly spicy and okay; I dipped the hash brown in it to counter the hashb's excessive greasiness. The sweet tea is okay too, although they put a lot of ice in for mid December. Overall 3.5 and this place feels like a commercial enterprise designed to separate you from your money whilst giving the minimum that they can get away with. The staff was cheery. We used to go to the Rise in Morrisville for biscuit sandwiches, but surprisingly enough this Biscuitville has tastier biscuit sandwiches, which don't taste as salty and greasy as the ones at Rise. I really like the convenience of the location and drive through, and the service is fast and friendly. This Biscuitville location is right around the corner from my house. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing though. LOL. I've never eaten so many biscuits in my life before. I guess it's a Southern thing...it's definitely not a Miami thing, so I'm getting used to it and embracing our new Southern life. They offer a large variety of breakfast sandwiches ranging from waffle sandwiches, biscuits, and English muffins. I've had all three and they're all great. My favorite are the waffle sandwiches, but I get an English muffin when I want a lower calorie option. If you get the bacon, egg, and cheese option, they're extremely generous with the bacon. They also have sides like fries, hash browns, and muffins. They also offer coffee. Service has always been friendly and pleasant. The only complaint I have about Biscuitville is that the drive thru lines is often very very long, especially on the weekends. But I guess it's worth it. ‍ read more

It should be a law that food handlers should be required to wear hair nets and gloves . Food is good, but they need to improve their quality control at the drive through. The past 5 times we have gone through the drive through they have either left something out or gotten an order wrong. Today my daughter ordered the pancake meal and no syrup was included in the order. Other times a muffin or biscuit order was left off. The manager is always nice about fixing it but it is a pain to get home and the order is missing something. I think one of my biggest failings is holding people, places and things to high expectations. I do that most often with businesses, but if you ask for it, then I'm less likely to feel any guilt. For instance, if you call yourself the "Burger King," then I expect you to be the ultimate stop for burgers. And when you get that wrong, as virtually all Burger King's do, I get on Yelp and talk shit about you. In this case, Biscuitville tells me that it's the main location for biscuit food. And I held them to a high standard, which they didn't meet up to. Aha! That's where they got me. It's not like they called themselves "Biscuit Emperors" or "Supreme Biscuits." No, all the name means is they have biscuits there and that's all they set out to promise. That's why, in my own warped way of seeing the world, I won't saddle them with the 2 stars I'd set out to give. See that clever wordsmithing? Being a cunning linguist will get you a higher rating every time. (that's what she said.) Okay, first off they close early, and for a chain like theirs, on a relatively prime business highway, I expect better hours. Dallas Famous Chicken & Biscuits in Apex gets away with that because they're a down home kinda place with seemingly zero ties to power. That said, when I rolled up into Biscuitville one day at 4pm looking for some vittles, they failed me with their locked doors and lifeless interior. Their various locations throughout NC and Va. don't make them corporate hulks like Arby's, but they're lots stronger than places like DFC&B, and I figure they need to be open longer. I ordered the Homestyle Gravy Biscuit and the Ultimate Country Ham Biscuit. Neither blew my mind and I was geared for having my head figuratively explode after one bite. Nope, none of that, though I can't say any of it tasted bad under any circumstances. We're just talking about an average food outing that doesn't merit more description. The website doesn't seem to be well-maintained aside from the 'good-enough' initial presentation. For instance, info about the food truck says "The Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® food truck will be rolling into your neighborhood soon. Check back in Spring 2015 for launch dates and locations!" As I write this, it's Fall of 2015 and no updates. However, I do love that they offer FREE birthday breakfasts and claim to use local vendors for their ingredients. "Free" is my favorite word and I'm a treehugger who likes buying locally. Not bad, not great. I'd go back if I was driving by before their early daylight closing hours and had a yen for something different than what I ordered the first time. This is actually my second time here. The place is EXTREMELY popular come to find out. They are only open until two PM and serve great breakfasts!! For people trying to stay away from red meat, they have options for you as well. Chicken, turkey sausage and such. Just be aware that on the weekends, the establishment is so packed that you may not be able to even enter the parking lot, let alone park. Been a customer of Biscuitville for 30+ years..moved away and would always make a stop in my hometown for a gravy biscuit. Recently you guys built one 30 minutes from me and I've been going at least once a week for my favored gravy (no sausage) biscuit. Then you guys changed it and now I have no reason to drive 30 minutes for a biscuit I can get 5 minutes from me at Bojangles. My biggest complaint, however is that they advertised dine-in, but when I got there they only had drive thru. Consistently good. I live nearby and enjoy going through the drive through for breakfast. Having visited over a dozen times, I can confidently share that the service has been consistently good, the food is always fantastic (I'm partial to the spicy chicken and honey biscuit and the bacon egg and cheese biscuit), and my order has always been correct. It's conceivable that I could eat breakfast at Biscuitville 7 days a week. Its a four star joint as far as Biscuitvilles are concerned. Fresh and fast biscuits make this place fun. It's basically a good old fashioned country fast food place. Quick, decent meals. It is mandatory that I get my Biscuitville fix when I'm down south. They make the biscuits from scratch with just three ingredients (flour, buttermilk, something... water? something natural is all I know). Then they top it with bacon, sausage, ham, egg, basically anything you want on a biscuit they offer. They even now have pimento cheese. Sides include hash browns (they may look like your standard oval fast-food hash brown, but taste way fresher) and grits (buttery, delicious). I'm not a chain guy in general, but this chain does it right. They even gave me a coupon book with my first order, so I went right back up and got a couple more biscuits to shove in my face. The last few times I've eaten here have been terrible. Biscuits that were once plump and tasty, are now, flat and bland. The cheese on the Bacon egg and cheese biscuit is so paper thin, that you can't even taste it. The egg is so limp and skimpy, that I don't think it's even one full egg. Biscuitville items are not on my diet. So I've been looking forward to giving it a try. I was very disappointed!! Ordered a bacon and egg biscuit, no cheese. It must have been sitting awhile as the biscuit was wet. I assumed it had soaked up the grease, Bacon was fine and plentiful. This is my 2nd restaurant review ever. Nice location. Wish it was open for extended hours at least a few days a week. Staff is friendly. Great for kids and adults.

My only complaint is that they don't have Biscuitville in Northern Virginia where I live! I stop at this Hwy 55 location whenever I am in the area. I have a chicken biscuit and sweet tea craving only this place can satisfy. The restaurant is clean and fairly modern. Sometimes I dine-in and sometimes we get it to go. In my opinion this closely rivals a Bojangles but has unique offerings not found anywhere else. read more

Ate there for the first time this morning. Admittedly, it has been a year since I've been to any drive-through for breakfast, but I was in a giant hurry on the way to work and forgot the breakfast I had made. So, my palate is a little pickier than people who are used to fast food. BUT, THAT SAID: food should still have flavor, even without spices. And this plate had none. I ordered the Turkey Sausage Platter. The sausage was the only thing that was at all spiced, and enjoyable. *grits were rubbery, with no flavor. The butter-mimicking yellow oil-smear on top had this strange bitter aftertaste. *eggs resembled a pile of rice noodles or Strudel. They had the consistency of rubber and, literally, ZERO flavor. Even if I pop a hard-boiled egg into my mouth without salting it, the egg itself has some seriously good flavor, all by itself. These naked eggs could have been cardboard. Seriously. What's wrong with these eggs??? Are they even eggs???? *hashbrown was halfway decent, even if clearly pre-packaged from a box of defrosted squares. Not much flavor, but at least they tasted like potatoes. The irony is that the people were really nice to me when I said I had a gluten problem and couldn't eat the biscuit. They even gave me a double helping of grits! But since I couldn't eat the "eggs" (or cardboard or whatever they really were), it's not like I got free food. :( No matter how much of a hurry I am in ... this is not real food.
