    Table-side Caesar salad.
    Ania K.

Elegant Vegas steakhouse with Italian flair. The space is gorgeous, overlooking the lush pool area, but the food was uneven. Loved: addictive complimentary bread with hot honey butter, a fab pineapple Negroni, and hearty Sunday gravy pappardelle with creamy ricotta. Not so great: the table-side Caesar was massive but underdressed, and my chicken Marsala was cloyingly sweet to the point of being inedible. Service was friendly but new, which may explain the salad. Still, I left disappointed after years of anticipation.

This place was truly a hidden gem. I had never been here before and it was amazing !! The service was excellent and the restaurant was perfectly lit. Whatever they put in the butter was topic at the table the steak was cooked perfect! Every pasta was amazing I couldn't choose my fav. Perfect for a date night I will deff be going back again.

Bistecca absolutely impressed me -- the ambiance is intimate and elegant, with that soft lighting and upscale vibe that makes every moment feel special. The Wagyu Tomahawk steak was out of this world -- perfectly seared, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can taste the quality in every bite, and the presentation alone deserves applause. It's the kind of steak that makes you stop talking mid-sentence. Service was warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed -- they make you feel like the star of the evening. Between the refined energy, incredible food, and classic Vegas charm, Bistecca is a must for anyone who loves a true fine dining experience done right.

Breakfast sandwich and classic Italian breakfast

My sister and I stayed at Tuscany Suites & Casino for a weekend. On our last day, Sunday, we wanted a quick, but delicious breakfast on our way out. After checking out of our room, we planned on hitting the cafe in the hotel, but were pleasantly surprised to see that Bistecca was not busy. They sat us immediately and let us keep our luggage on the side. The space is casual yet elegant. Service was fast and friendly. Their breakfast and brunch menu offers a nice variety of items. We ordered the following: Breakfast sandwich $15.99 Classic Italian breakfast $21.99 Cappuccino with oat milk ~$4 My sister opted for the breakfast sandwich while I went with the classic Italian breakfast and cappuccino with oat milk. My classic Italian breakfast came with soft scrambled eggs, heirloom tomatoes, burrata cheese, and grilled ciabatta. It was tasty, light yet filling--exactly what I needed and wanted. My cappuccino was also great. My sister also enjoyed her breakfast sandwich and took some of it to go. I hear Bistecca has great steaks, but they're also a great option for brunch!

The fries are not what you would expect? But don't sleep on them as they are amazing in a unique way!

I agree with so many of the other reviews about this place. Super great option for a great steak and food. Whilst being a bit "off" the strip. We had not problem getting a reservation on a Saturday night. So we didn't have to fight the crowd. Hit super easy to get In and out before our magic show that night. The food is so worth the price and tasty as hell. Just the bread they bring out to start with has an amazing soft spread to dip in and I almost filled up just eating that it was so good!!!

Went to dinner at Bistecca last week and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. This place is a classic Las Vegas steakhouse tucked just a few blocks off the Strip inside the Tuscany Suites & Casino, close enough to feel the energy of Las Vegas, yet far enough to enjoy a calmer atmosphere. The space is understated in the best way: simple but elegant decor, warm lighting, and a mix of classic half-moon leather booths and well appointed tables. The bar adds a nice touch of sophistication, and the curated wall art gives the room a subtle sense of character. Service was excellent from start to finish, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. We started with wine and cocktails. The Riesling was crisp and refreshing, and the blood orange spritz was bright, zesty, and surprisingly affordable, especially compared to typical Strip pricing. A very pleasant start. For appetizers, we had the soup of the day, a house made tomato soup that was incredibly flavorful. You could taste the natural sweetness of the tomatoes, and it felt both comforting and elevated. For entrees, we tried the wild caught salmon served with braised fennel, truffled carrot puree, and shaved Brussels sprouts, plus a side of potato wedges. The salmon was tender and well prepared, and the accompaniments added great depth and texture. We also ordered the house made lobster ravioli with lobster cream and generous pieces of lobster meat. A bit too Rich, but indulgent, and very satisfying. Overall, Bistecca offered a lovely dining experience, excellent service, flavorful dishes, and a great value for the quality, especially given its proximity to the Strip. A solid choice when you want a refined meal without the typical Las Vegas chaos.

Burger with truffle fries (without truffle on request) lol

We have been invited to a brunch so this is a very limited view into the kitchen. But what we had was surprisingly good and the service by Kevin was outstanding! When I asked if the truffle fries are regular fries with a truffle dip on the side he said yes. But that wasn't correct and instead of just going with what the kitchen sends he made sure I got a regular plain fries serving. The burger was on point and even when it was too much meat for me it was a real good burger. Hubby had the breakfast plate with great Italien soft cheese and scrambled eggs frens style. Delicious nice Ambiente and great service what else to ask for.

After several meals here under the moniker of Tuscany Gardens Restaurant, we recently assembled with another appreciative couple to dine here under the restaurant's new name. Little was different than before. Crispy Potatoes have given way to Tuscan Potatoes. Veal is no longer available except in the guise of Osso Buco, which despite being a little spicy and fatty, was a very good entree overall. Traditional Surf & Turf of Filet & Lobster Tail was noticeably missing. While unneeded, a complimentary basket of rustic bread, a sweet Ricotta Spread, and butter were fine starters. And delectable Saffron Risotto was a nice foundation to support the Osso Buco. My tablemates enjoyed their Divers Scallops and 8 oz. Filet Mignon. Service was even better than before. The ambiance is still that of a classy steakhouse with an Italian twist. And close self-parking is abundant even on weekdays. But do not be fooled. A spread of six very large speckled shrimps with mild Cocktail Sauce made for a superior Shrimp Cocktail. A special of Potato Gnocchi with Dungeness Crab was heavenly. And Halibut and Salmon are on the menu. Beef Carpaccio was of superior quality, though it was largely hidden by greenery. And a Caesar Salad for two meticulously prepared tableside was worth the extra charge. We passed on dessert this time, after delighting in Bananas Foster Flambe the last time we were here, and first-rate Chocolate Crunch Gelati before then. We will surely be back!

    Wagyu Tomahawk

We decided to try this place because our daughter saw it on TikTok as the "most underrated Steakhouse in Vegas!" The calamari was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, with no hint of chewiness. Paired with a zesty marinara and a squeeze of lemon, it was recommended by the waiter and for good reason. The table-side 32 oz. Wagyu tomahawk was an unforgettable experience -- seared to perfection and carved right in front of us, the marbling melted into every bite. Rich, buttery, and deeply flavorful. It was accompanied by three separate sauces but definitely delicious on its own. The table-side bananas foster was the perfect finale to a great dinner!

Service was good but a bit slow. Food was delicious and very filling, we took a good amount home as leftovers. The bread and butter was amazing -- best I've ever had. Complimentary creme brûlée dessert for my birthday. Good for the romantic ambiance, presentation, and flair.

The restaurant is an upscale fine dining place located at the Tuscany Suites. We were seated in a large comfortable booth. The service was excellent! Started off with a Cesar salad made at the table. That was fun. We had warm bread to go with it. The entrees we had were braised short ribs and veal osso buco. They were melt in your mouth, fall off the bone fantastic. For desert we had the best ever bananas foster which was also made table side! It was a wonderful experience, great food, excellent service and not rushed but attentive. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

This is the calamari fritti with marinara sauce, garlic, aïoli, and the pickled jalapeño pepper peppers on the side.
    Samuel R.

This restaurant is far enough off the strip that you lose all the hustle and bustle but close enough to the strip that it's easy to get to. The service was very friendly fast and efficient. It's more of a modern style steakhouse with a little bit of Italian style, thrown in. The homemade sourdough focaccia bread is amazing, then when you add the ricotta and honey with peppers flakes, it's even better. We had the calamari for an appetizer that was served with jalapeños. We got the jalapeños on the side and we are glad we did. The jalapeños did add a nice spiciness to the calamari, but it was not overdone. My wife had the lobster ravioli that was amazing. I had the veal Parmesan. The veal is a very large portion that tasted amazing. We had no room for dessert. Which was too bad because we really wanted to try the bananas foster.

    Thank you!! Dan & Mj

Valentine's Dinner at Bistecca My husband and I chose Bistecca for our Valentine's Day dinner after seeing a video showcasing the tableside Caesar salad preparation and Bananas Foster dessert. That interactive, classic dining experience was the main reason we were excited to visit. When we arrived, we were disappointed to learn that because it was Valentine's Day, they were not offering the tableside service. Since the restaurant's marketing suggested that this experience was a signature part of dining there, it was understandably upsetting. However, what happened next completely turned our evening around. Manager Lucio truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. After hearing our concerns, he made the effort to ensure we still received the tableside service. We were the only guests in the restaurant that evening who were given that experience, and it meant so much to us. We also want to give a sincere thank you to Josue, who stepped in as an incredible team player. We understand this was not part of the planned service for the evening, yet he delivered it with professionalism, kindness, and care. His willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed and truly elevated our celebration. Because of Lucio and Josue, our Valentine's dinner became memorable for all the right reasons. Their dedication to guest satisfaction speaks volumes about the level of hospitality at Bistecca. We are incredibly grateful and will absolutely be recommending this restaurant to friends and family who want a wonderful dining experience. Thank you again for making our night so special.

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

The Grilled Oysters were not a favorite. However, I think that's just personal preference because of the style they are prepared in. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. Traveled from Austin, TX and Little Rock, AR with my cousin to experience Usher yesterday. Enjoying…read morenew places and discovering amazing vibes and delicious food is why I enjoy going to concerts out of town. My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
