I ordered the Girl Dinner for only $25, which came with a salad and your choice of cocktail. I chose a glass of wine and the Caesar salad, which was delicious and had fresh anchovies. The shrimp pasta was also so good! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even surprised us with a complimentary crème brûlée for birthday, which made the experience even more special. I was really looking forward to celebrating my birthday dinner here, and I have to say the ambiance is beautiful. The decor is stunning, and the wait staff were excellent--attentive, friendly, and professional. The service was honestly the highlight of the evening. Disgusting food came out extremely slow and it was cold! Unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible. For a bill that ended up being over $700, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the price. They also automatically added a 22% large group gratuity, which I normally might question, but the service itself was great so I didn't dispute it. What made it worse is that this was supposed to be my birthday celebration, and the food was so awful that we paid the bill, packed up the leftovers, gave them to a homeless person, and went to grab burgers afterward because we were still hungry. Girl Dinner is basically a cutesy excuse to dress up and meet your friends (girls or guys) and add on everything possible because that's girl match obvi! I'm not mad at it I actually had a great time. I ordered Cacio e Pepe which is spaghetti noodles tossed with Romano cheese and black pepper, Caesar salad and espresso martini. Girl math suggested I order lobster mac and dessert add on because why not. The lobster mac wasn't the word but far from the best I've had. Nice big lobster pieces though. Tiramisu $10 was decent and the martini was 10/10. You can order Cosmos or lemon drops as your cocktail with the dinner and add on chicken or steak as well for a more filling meal. We saw this on IG and HAD to come! Bistecca did NOT disappoint! We had a reservation, but didn't need it on tonight. However, I DO recommend one. Our waiter was Dexter. When I say he EXUDES EXCELLENCE I mean it! Dexter explained the menu first. Then the features of the day. We had the Tomahawk steak, lobster tails, prawn shrimp and King Crab. We were stuffed and of course we brought the feast home to finish later. We also had the Banana Foster which was done table side. The entire experience was SUPERB!!! The ambiance is one of fine dining. It's a relaxing atmosphere where nothing is rushed. Just Vegas at its best! Did I mention this was my hubby's birthday? This review is LONG OVERDUE. We were here months ago. Life just had me too busy to come on here to type all this out. I didn't realize it wasn't toddler friendly but the server made our night. The host said there was no highchair option. The chairs were open armed and I was worried about my baby falling out. We came to the restaurant as part of our package that we bought for the Rat Pack Show. It was $55 per person which did also include gratuity. You can add on drinks and appetizers at your own cost, and add a tip, which we did. Martinis are quite large and had blue cheese olives with it, so crisp, perfect martini. My husband had an old fashioned, which was a healthy pour as well. We started off with the calamari, crisp, soft and flavorful. Then we chose off the show menu their pasta fagipoli soup, which was perfect. Then we had the filet dinner and chicken marsala. Both dishes were large, very good and had sides included. The bar adds a nice touch of sophistication, and the curated wall art gives the room a subtle sense of character. Service was excellent from start to finish, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. We started with wine and cocktails. The Riesling was crisp and refreshing, and the blood orange spritz was bright, zesty, and surprisingly affordable, especially compared to typical Strip pricing. A very pleasant start. For appetizers, we had the soup of the day, a house made tomato soup that was incredibly flavorful. You could taste the natural sweetness of the tomatoes, and it felt both comforting and elevated. For entrees, we tried the wild caught salmon served with braised fennel, truffled carrot puree, and shaved Brussels sprouts, plus a side of potato wedges. I just got a plain salad. We both ordered the Filet Mignon. They both came out of the kitchen cooked perfectly. They were about 5 other entrees that we could have chosen from. The only weakness of the meal came with dessert. I ordered the Vanilla Galetto; it contained ice crystals. My wife's Tiramisu was unusual. We have been invited to a brunch so this is a very limited view into the kitchen. But what we had was surprisingly good and the service by Kevin was outstanding! When I asked if the truffle fries are regular fries with a truffle dip on the side he said yes. But that wasn't correct and instead of just going with what the kitchen sends he made sure I got a regular plain fries serving. The burger was on point and even when it was too much meat for me it was a real good burger. Hubby had the breakfast plate with great Italien soft cheese and scrambled eggs frens style. After several meals here under the moniker of Tuscany Gardens Restaurant, we recently assembled with another appreciative couple to dine here under the restaurant's new name. Little was different than before. Crispy Potatoes have given way to Tuscan Potatoes. Veal is no longer available except in the guise of Osso Buco, which despite being a little spicy and fatty, was a very good entree overall. Traditional Surf & Turf of Filet & Lobster Tail was noticeably missing. While unneeded, a complimentary basket of rustic bread, a sweet Ricotta Spread, and butter were fine starters. And delectable Saffron Risotto was a nice foundation to support the Osso Buco. My tablemates enjoyed their Divers Scallops and 8 oz. Filet Mignon. Service was even better than before. The ambiance is still that of a classy steakhouse with an Italian twist. And close self-parking is abundant even on weekdays. But do not be fooled. A spread of six very large speckled shrimps with mild Cocktail Sauce made for a superior Shrimp Cocktail. A special of Potato Gnocchi with Dungeness Crab was heavenly. And Halibut and Salmon are on the menu. Beef Carpaccio was of superior quality, though it was largely hidden by greenery. And a Caesar Salad for two meticulously prepared tableside was worth the extra charge. We shared a 16 oz ribeye; Brussels sprouts, two 6 oz lobster tails and my grand daughter had a pasta dish which she loved (8 yrs old). The bread and butter were memorable as well. My daughter and I had the Caesar salad prepared table side. Ot was one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had so I will forgive them for the 1 criticism we had...the menu stated anchovies as an ingredient on the salad. But what we got was anchovy paste. This restaurant is far enough off the strip that you lose all the hustle and bustle but close enough to the strip that it's easy to get to. The service was very friendly fast and efficient. It's more of a modern style steakhouse with a little bit of Italian style, thrown in. The homemade sourdough focaccia bread is amazing, then when you add the ricotta and honey with peppers flakes, it's even better. We had the calamari for an appetizer that was served with jalapeños. We got the jalapeños on the side and we are glad we did. The jalapeños did add a nice spiciness to the calamari, but it was not overdone. My wife had the lobster ravioli that was amazing. Valentine's Dinner at Bistecca My husband and I chose Bistecca for our Valentine's Day dinner after seeing a video showcasing the tableside Caesar salad preparation and Bananas Foster dessert. That interactive, classic dining experience was the main reason we were excited to visit. When we arrived, we were disappointed to learn that because it was Valentine's Day, they were not offering the tableside service. Since the restaurant's marketing suggested that this experience was a signature part of dining there, it was understandably upsetting. However, what happened next completely turned our evening around. Manager Lucio truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. After hearing our concerns, he made the effort to ensure we still received the tableside service. We were the only guests in the restaurant that evening who were given that experience, and it meant so much to us. We also want to give a sincere thank you to Josue, who stepped in as an incredible team player. We understand this was not part of the planned service for the evening, yet he delivered it with professionalism, kindness, and care. His willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed and truly elevated our celebration. Because of Lucio and Josue, our Valentine's dinner became memorable for all the right reasons. Their dedication to guest satisfaction speaks volumes about the level of hospitality at Bistecca. They have an $80 special which is a benefit for a local charity. I got the ribeye which was an extra $10. I asked for medium rare, and it came out slightly above that. It was a good steak, however. Asparagus was cooked lightly so they were crunchy. Not my favorite way to eat them but they were healthy for me, right? The sweet chutney sauce on the asparagus really didn't enhance it. My wife had a house salad and she liked it. Good basket of bread and crackers. The Nona's cake was very good. It was not busy, but service was a little slow at times. But the Osso Bucco tasted like I was just eating salt from the dispenser. It was genuinely saltier than the ocean. The filet my partner got tasted plain and burnt. Which was an insane taste for a medium rare steak. When I asked our server about what was going on with our food she informed us that our kitchens been having issues and it's one of those nights.
