Had great recommendations of the yummy menu. So much to choose from. We started with the cinnamon roll skillet. Warm and fresh with drizzled icing! Then proceeded to a little lunch app.... I definitely recommend the tiny clams with the grilled bread. The sauce in that dish is the best! I saved some extra for my fries! I had the Bacon Supermelt - great flavors! Everything you could ever need in a brunch sandwich! I was also envious of my girlfriends short rib benny! The best short rib I've ever had! Tender, flavorful then with the hollandaise and chimichurri. We certainly had leftovers! The drinks were also on point. Different Mimosas and to top it off the Salted Caramel Espresso martini! Absolutely accidental discovery yesterday after searching for 'food near me' while at the outlets. This place is upscale casual looking inside. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality offerings and great mix of plant-based, GF and carnivorous choices. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. I never leave reviews, but since I'm still thinking about my dinner yesterday...thought it best to share this great place! We had fried cauliflower bites and skillet cornbread, warm quinoa bowl and short rib with gnocchi entrees. The cocktail and beer choices are numerous, and I opted for the blueberry lemon drop martini. We go out frequently, and this place was a great find for us. I had reservations and would have preferred to have been seated at a better table but so be it. The drink menu is creative, the food menu has such a variety it makes it very difficult to chose! The staff was wonderful, fun and even the manager checked on us and filled our water glasses . We started with the mushroom appetizer which we enjoyed and was very unique. I enjoy fungi and there was such a variety in this Dish I highly recommend trying it. We had the chicken fettuccine, AMAZING!! The burger and fries to die for and they are real fries! The scallops were wonderful but the potatoes needed to be cooked a little longer. I loved the sauce and asparagus, so over all a win win! The seafood paella was ok, too Smokey for our palate. This is a nice-looking restaurant on the inside. Sadly, the place is not managed well. Our server didn't know what beers were on draft or what wines were available. We ordered merlot which is a very ordinary wine. She came back after 10 min stating they don't have merlot! It took 20 min for our bar drinks and the wait for our food took way too long on a slow Wed night. The server did not put in my son's entree so he had to wait while we all had our dinner. The manager comped his meal. The burgers were over-cooked and burnt on the outside. The food was not good. Overall, we won't return. read more

Tasted great but the portions were so small it is ridiculous. Should've cost $12. The paella was small as well. These we child size portions for a small child. No way that piece of fish was 6oz. We are new to Nashua and have been searching for a great go-to place. We found it in Bistro 603. Food that was creative, well spiced and balanced with perfectly done vegetables. I ordered the scallops and was not disappointed. Staff was attentive and courteous. Food was a little slow so I recommend getting the fried cauliflower to start! Last night, we ordered takeout from here, and the woman who spoke to me over the phone asked if there were any allergies for anyone. I specifically indicated "no avocado" for the Crunchwrap taco because I'm allergic. She asked again, "Ok, but are you allergic?" Again, I specifically told her I was, and even told her what would happen if I did. Well, after taking a bite out of the tacos, guess what I discovered in both of them? Smashed avocados. We went to the restaurant looking for a light lunch. My friend and I both got the Tuna Poke and it hit the spot. I enjoyed the crispy rice cake versus the traditional way of serving the rice. It reminded of rice crackers my family use to make growing up. The ingredients were fresh and the avocados were ripe yet firm. The tuna tasted fresh and the veggies crisp. Went tonight with my fiance and the experience was really good! The waitress did take about 15 minutes to greet us but as a fellow service worker we didn't hold that against her. I got the gin blossom and my fiance got the spyglass beer and we both enjoyed two rounds of our drinks. We started with the Crab Cakes and they were sooo good(we were scraping the plate for the sauce)! He got the Street Corn Bowl and I got the Short Rib Tacos and we both enjoyed our meals and were full half way through. The food and drinks came out really quickly. We ended the night with the turtle cheesecake and that was delicious. The atmosphere was really nice and they had a live singer which was nice. We went to dinner last night with another couple, all in all good. When entering don't sit along the front of the restaurant it is really warm from the kitchen. Waitress Rachel was very good and her fellow servers helped out when she was busy. The food was good except for the steak frites, which was very tough. We told the server who told the manager who came over and couldn't have cared less. We told her we didn't want to get a new meal because the other three were hot on the table. After a couple minutes of asking questions she said she would see what she could do about it, she is the manager she can pretty much do what ever she wants. In the the end she did what she wanted todo nothing. Never came back, looked away when she passed the table etc. Very immature behavior for a, not 20 something adult. I will probably go back sometime but if everything's not perfect we will approach the complaint differently. The rest of the food was very good. read more
