We had a reservation for 9. It was a Friday and super busy, they sat us right away, even though the greeter said to wait for 10 mins since we were early. My father ordered prime rib and it's a shame that the cooks and servers were so busy it probably sat for too long. They brought the steak before the salad. Needless to say my father didn't eat the steak and the server picked upon it and sent the manager over. Who did a great job saying he would make a new one, get him something else or take it off the bill. Not to many selections when it comes to side sauces. Requested honey mustard and Tabasco sauce to add some flavor. It was good enough but wasn't great in variety. Salad was fresh, no complaints! When I went into the restroom, there was urine all over the floor and only one working urinal, the other was filled to the rim with urine and was covered with a plastic bag. The pizza is still as good as I remember, although they have gotten rid of the peanut butter, white chip macadamia nut, and brownie pazookies (very sad about those, RIP).
