Service and atmosphere was amazing. However, the food was... eh.. and a few hours after getting home, my wife was pointing both directions at the toilet after what we suspect was undercooked shrimp jambalaya. It came out nearly instantly, and in hindsight, the shrimp seemed to be a bit translucent. Called the manager to let them know, and he tried to tell me that if it's coming out both ends, it can't be food poisoning from something she just ate, however I was pretty's sure this was not true. After doing some quick research, it is very common for food poisoning to trigger diarrhea and vomiting within hours. Even though I never asked for anything, I was not offered any sort of credit or refund or anything to make up the incident, so I'm here on Yelp, and of course seeing lots of others complaining about undercooked food. Won't be going back, and the health inspector will be called. This is dangerous!! read more

I wish I had read yelp reviews before going here. Where do I start? Extremely slow, disinterested bar staff. Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Caesar salad was average and wings were cold and obviously frozen. I purposely ate very few to see if I would be asked why. I wasn't because bartender spent 15 minutes talking to one customer while I was waiting to leave. With 50 places to eat within a mile don't waste your time. read more

I have eaten here twice , order a few different items , on the menu... first time had a American burger, and fries , it wasn't that great . Kinda dry for a hamburger??? Fries too salty for me . Second time did a take out got half rack of ribs and pan pizza , pizza was ok , I'll stick to UNOs and ribs were not falling of the bone and kinda hard to Pull apart . And the mash were not tasty at all. Sorry but I am done with this place. Service was slow , some of the wait staff looked like they were lost .standing around . Went here on Sunday for dinner with my wife after a nice walk at the Cochituate rail trail. This place is very quiet for a sports bar/brewery. Music is just right level and they have a large wall with everything on tap. We got the avocado wraps and pretzel for appetizers pretzel was very good but the avocado wraps were a little strange and had little flavor. They came with the sauce that was very sweet and didn't seem to make sense with them. My wife got the Boba-licious Mango Sparkler and I had the root beer float which were both very good. My wife got the Great White Pizza which was very heavy on the garlic. I had the Hickory brisket and bacon cheeseburger. It was ok but I feel that it needs to be better with the flavor. Was underwhelmed with the food and service. Tonight I decided to give them another try. We ordered takeout through curbside pick up. Got there early. Received a text saying the food was ready. Waited 10 minutes for someone to bring it out. I could see the woman standing behind the counter talking to people. I finally went inside. Saw my order sitting on the shelf. Asked the woman if I could take it. She seemed annoyed that I was interrupting her conversation with her colleague. The mozzarella sticks were barely cooked. The boneless chicken wings looked like someone squirted sauce on them from a bottle. The ranch dressing was watered down. And the hot fudge brownie Pizookie did not have the ice cream, whipped cream or even hot fudge that was ordered. It was nothing more than a large flattened brownie. Truly disappointing. read more

Today I thought our waitress lacked enthusiasm but she was there often, and when my wife complained about 1 of her appetizers she said it was a common complaint, rather than doubt her which was a great way to show support. Now the 1 star review: Buffalo wings- undercooked and slimy inside. Had they been cooked 2 minutes longer they would have been better. Blackened shrimp tacos- atrocious and inedible. The amount of cumin on all of it, traumatic. Shrimp, undercooked. Taco shells, sour. The slaw, doused in something creamy and far too much cumin nonsense. The beans, a cold horrible experience. Just no. Full rack of ribs- Compared to Jimmy Dean (my boyfriends review), just a little better. The sauce was good. I tried that. But man these things were so tough to eat. Chewy and warm in temp. Fries were also gross. We despise the over battered fries. Pazookie- Great! The only item we enjoyed. We got the triple chocolate with vanilla. It was cooked perfect and a great taste. Not sure how this place is open still. After avoiding it like the combat zone in the 80's and 90's we reluctantly ordered. Deep dish pizza, what comes to mind? Chicago deep dish like UNO's. Well that's not what deep dish is at BJ's. It's just 1 inch of dough, think fat pizza. Whoever sauces the pizza acts like they have to pay for the sauce out of pocket. Skimpy! We got the pepperoni. So they add normal pepperoni and then shredded pepperoni as well, for what I don't know because it doesn't stick to the pizza and comes off when you grab a slice. This pizza was saltier than my ex wife when I got custody of my daughter. Cherry Chipotle boneless wings. I'm still out looking for the chipotle flavor on them. The Cherry was there. Heavily chemical flavored cherry, ate three pieces and got a headache. We won't be giving this place any money again. There are better places locally for pizza and boneless wings. read more

I usually don't write reviews but my experience here was probably one of the most unpleasant ones. It was 4 of us and place was busy. We didn't have to wait much but we were seated at a table which wasn't even set. Our server was kind but not attentive. He was only coming to us when we were looking for him. I ordered a $30 dish. I was asked how I would like my steak cooked. Medium rare. When I received the steak it was way over cooked. For a $30 dish I decided it's only fair to send it back. The next one I got was literally raw piece of meat. Not a good cut either. It was chewy and full of cartilage. We had to look for the server yet again. He said he would take it off the bill. When we were ready to pay we saw that I was charged twice so in a way I was paying for the meal after all. We had to look for the server again, as he would not check on us if we didn't need anything. Over all very unpleasant experience. I don't know if it is a kitchen issue, service issue or management. It is most likely all of the above. It is unfortunate as I see the potential in this place but seeing all of the owner responses to other reviews they seem very generic and I don't anticipate any change. Amazing food, my family and I have been here a couple of times already and we always feel extremely welcome. The service is top notch, we've met a couple of friendly wonderful waters/waitresses here. I love the atmosphere of the place and how modern it is and that the menu has a lot of different options. The food is ALWAYS consistent!! My son who's autistic always loves the food here, our go to specially that we love the hotel in walking distance from them : Aloft Framingham. As an added bonus, they do take 10% off your order if you show them on the mariott app that you're currently staying there! We sometimes order from this place as well from Grubhub! Tbh give zero stars if I could. Super doughy and underdone pizza. It's more pan style than deep dish too. Skimpy on toppings and sauce. Just ate toppings off the slides it was so bad. The cookie was also really doughy and under cooked but the ice cream was very good. Also that calamari was rubbery and chewy and gross. The brown sauce with it is also questionable. We visited this place for a weekend lunch. The place was bustling with office crowd and families. We tried pan seared dumplings, spinach & artichoke dip, and kickkin' chicken burger. The food was below average and we had to wait forever. I understand we were waiting for other people to join us but we asked them to bring the food we ordered asap. Dumplings were below average - edges were dry and lacked any flavor. S&A dip was more like cheese dip. Chicken patty in the burger was over fried and very dry. It lacked flavor and not sure what the kick was about. We didn't go to the bar but the collection seemed pretty good. Maybe consider trying that section. First impressions was this place is huge. Big bar and indoor dining area. Your eyes catch the modernist decor. They have top 40 pop blasting throughout the place so don't expect a quiet conversation meal there. The outside seating was well thought out with tall tables and even a fire table. Pretty nice. I started off with my go to cocktail which was a good pour and I sat at the fireplace table outside enjoying the sun growing down. The menu in daunting with many selections. I felt a little rushed to other food even before my drink arrived so I had to mildly chill the server out while I took in the sunset and glaced in the menu. This place makes you feel rushed. A churn and burn attitude. I mean less than twenty minutes into my salad the server asks if I want it taken away. Jeez. Can't take a breath and enjoy the meal! All in all it's a nice place to visit and the menu and food looks good but don't expect a chill relaxing dinner experience. read more

So very confusing experience. First time when we came in the middle of the week our experience was good. Our server was great and we spent a nice evening. Second time we came on Saturday night - it didn't work out from the very beginning. We were invited to the table that was taken by other customers. Then I got margarita with the piece of plastic floating on top of it, after that we spent 30on waiting for our appetizers that came out so poorly cooked that we returned them to the kitchen Lastly one of our main course dishes was lost and we end up splitting one steak for two of us. At the end we were given a check and waived good buy. Recently opened and I expect some of the chaos etc that may come with that. Not bad overall. Kitchen is open a bit later than some of the other places in the area, which is desperately needed in this location. I like the choice of sides available and there are some great deals! In my opinion, the ribs fell short. Flavor was okay, but ribs should be tender and pretty much falling off the bone and mine weren't even close. I wouldn't order them again. Potstickers needed some help too. Steak was decent, but I'd like to have options that don't include bbq on my red meat. Overall good experience and I'll definitely be back to try more entrées. For a brewery, not having bar basics is kinda sad. First off, they put us at a table where you had to articulate your body to maneuver past a hand rail to slide into a booth. From there as nice as our waitress was, she seemed a little clueless. My wife is gluten free, so we ordered an app that online said she could have. It was basically veggies and artichoke dip we also ordered their poke app. I was told that they didn't have the wonton's. I asked if they could give chips instead. The waitress had to check with the manager. She comes back 5 or so minutes later and says the apps were put in and when I asked to put in the rest of the order, she asked if I could wait a few minutes and ran off. Our order was nothing special for dinner. Chicken dish and I order Mahi Mahi tacos. When apps come out, the waitress apologized and stated they didn't have carrots and she hoped celery and broccoli was fine. We kind of laughed and asked if we had a choice and she replied, well you can send it back. Our dinner came out about 10 minutes later. Wife's chicken looked like a sloppy mess. She stated it was basically flavorless. My tacos had little fish and chewed more like just cabbage than anything else. There was little to no fish. Black beans were more like bean soup. All in all, the whole meal was less than satisfying. We didn't have any alcohol, which is the point of the brewery, but we had a long drive home. Overall, the food isn't bad--comparable in quality to Chili's or Applebee's. They do have great fries. However, the bigger issue with this location is the customer service. It often takes at least 15 minutes for a server to even take your drink order, and we've experienced situations where dinner for two has taken over two hours. We ordered burgers--in what world do burgers take two hours? We've also observed servers taking out their phones, sitting down, and taking a 15-minute break before circling back with our dessert. The manager seems to be constantly running around as if he's lost, making it nearly impossible to address any issues with him. I couldn't wait to finally use up my last gift card. read more

Since it opened, BJ's has really declined. I ordered a take-out entree salad, and when I got home and looked at it, half the ingredients were missing and the lettuce was brown. I called the restaurant, and it took almost 15 mins and a number of call-backs (after being disconnected multiple time) to finally get someone on the phone. The manager, Antonio, apologized, but couldn't refund what I paid because I went through a "3rd party provider" (an option BJ's offered when the order was placed online). It's great that BJ's is open late, and the variety is nice, but the quality control just isn't acceptable. I hope the place improves. read more

Doughy, bland cheese, and 7 or 8 little bites of sausage sprinkled on top. Uno is right up the street if you are looking for deep dish. Couple next to me got a rare burger when they ordered medium... said the Alfredo was dry and bland. Their house beers are okay. As a brewer, I don't know what they are doing with many of their beers, but they average about 100 calories more than similar styles from outside breweries. Maybe they are adding sugars to boost abv? If you're counting calories, make sure to look closely. I get it.. it's tough to get and retain good help. Hope the owner can get their food quality up and make a go of it. read more

I really enjoy this restaurant. The food and ambiance is excellent. A friend and I went recently and were seated inside, only to decide before drinks we preferred to eat outside. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. The bartender helped with IPA recommendations and I loved her choice! The salmon brewhouse bowl was delicious. Highly recommend! read more
