Some of the worst quality and service we have ever had anywhere. Placed a to go order and arrived exactly on time. Told to wait 5-10 mins which is totally fine for a busy Saturday... but then we were given ice cold pizza and wings. The wings were about 70% the volume as a previous order a few weeks ago, and the pizza was missing over half of the toppings INCLUDING THE SAUCE. Insanely poor quality today, super disappointing. Phone rings and rings and nobody answers. Again, I know they're busy but that's still sub par. read more

My daughter wanted to go to dinner at BJ's got her birthday . My wife made a 630pm reservation. Upon arrival we were told it would be at least another 30 min before we sat. We sat about 35 minutes later. Unacceptable, if you don't understand open table don't offer reservations. This is disrespectful to your guest and their time. We sat ordered drinks . 10 minutes later after all other drinks were delivered my wife was told her beer wasn't available. She ordered a different one. 10 more minutes .. sorry that one's out too. It took over 25 mines and three attempts to be served a beer at a brew house . Wow. Our food was all sloppy and made with zero care . Over sauced pasta undercooked burgers and an order of fries that never hit the table but still managed to make it on the bill. Which I had to point out . BJ's Brewery is a chain and it makes a big difference as to which one you go. This is not the best choice in the franchise. I requested a booth and was brought to a table. When I reiterated that we wanted a booth, it was as if I never said anything when we walked in. We were given a booth eventually. The wait service was non-impressive. We both had salads. The Asian Chopped Salad was good as was the Ahi Tuna Salad. The experiences at other restaurants were easier and more pleasant. read more

It's hard to go wrong at BJ's. A chain atmosphere as you expect, but the food is decent & beer selection is superb. Prices are a bit steep, but it's Commifornia & to be expected / an unfortunate known. I've been 3 times recently (past month) & each time left pleased. Typically the wait staff are pleasant, attentive, work to please, & sometimes even fun like Kathy. Last visit I went & had salmon & sent pics to my daughter while eating. Then I got hijacked to pick her up & go back - I was literally there 2x within 2hrs. Salmon 1st visit, pizza next. I didn't take pics of anything before I started eating, they weren't intended for a review. However, since I'm reviewing: 1. Blue cheese wedge salad first (pic is when it's almost gone) - fresh & scrumptious 2. Atlantic salmon blackened (had started eating) - broccoli was overcooked & devoid of color, & smelled somewhat like urine. Rice was dry and over-sticky, but flavor was good. 3. My daughter got salmon as well & felt the same about the rice, altho her asparagus was good. 4. The cheese pizza was a pan pizza - not good, not horrible. Wouldn't order another pizza here. Food took Very Long and Cold Yes, it was Mothers Day and was a little before 9pm. Wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant. Yes we got sat right away. Was no wait. Got table for 2 an 1toddler. We were sitting an Waiting for About 10- 15mins tops, till someone came to us. The server even asked if we been helped, Said No. She took order right away an brought our drinks shortly after. (Was just water). We only ordered 2 appetizers an the baby's food. The baby's appetizers came out first (thank you, she was getting antsy) Yet it still took long. Yet we still had to wait 25-30m for our 2 appetizers. -__-! PLUS Everything Was Cold, even the babys food. The wings order was wrong, took as is because didn't want to wait that long again. 11/9/25. This was the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Me and my four friends went to bjs at 9 o'clock. I had called earlier at like 7:45, we got there at like 8:30 and were told we had to wait another 45 minutes, but that is not my main concern because I understand how restaurants can be busy. Once we got seated our server greeted us, the usual. She took our orders and told us our food would be out shortly. I ordered the kids pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. 30 minutes later, all of my friends food came out and they had already eaten, about 15 minutes later our waitress finally came back around and I asked about the pizza. Another 15 minutes later, the pizza came with NO garlic knots and it was cheese, not pepperoni. I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure if she was having a bad day or not. We instantly ordered our pizookies as soon as I got my Pizza. While we were waiting for our pizookies, I noticed our waitress sitting on her phone at one of the side stations, not even bothering to fill our waters, or ask us if we needed anything. Our pizookies came out another 30-45 minutes later, and I could tell they were just sitting in the kitchen. They were basically cold and the ice cream was all melted. I then asked for the checks. Another 25 minutes later, the checks came and the food was all mixed up on the checks. I was planning to pay card and my friends all did Apple Pay. Our waitress was no where to be found, we sat 15 minutes waiting for her to come back. Luckily, my friend paid for me with Apple Pay. As we were walking out, we saw our waitress leaving in pajama pants to her car. This was the worst service I've ever had in my entire life and I work at a restaurant. I don't recall the waitress's name but she was short, had short brown hair, blue eyes and was wearing Star Wars pajama pants. Do better bjs. Do better. read more

We came in for lunch on a Friday. Not too busy but not empty. We had the best server named Megan. Fast and friendly! Food was great and enjoyable. Most importantly, I was dining with my adult daughter with autism and she got over stimulated with noise which was at normal level for lunchtime. Anyhow took her out for a quick breather and Megan was so nice to ask if we needed anything and just a kind comfort to my daughter. Megan we APPRECIATE YOU! We walked in the door at 12:30pm on a Wednesday. There was no one to greet us which wasn't a big deal. It got ridiculous though when we were still standing there almost 5 minutes later and at least 6 workers went by with not one of them acknowledging that our party as well as another was standing there. When the host finally came back he never apologized or really even acknowledged us. He just stood there looking at us. We walked up and said "for 2 and we would like outside". He says that that is open seating and then just stares at us again. We walk away and go outside. Order was mostly right but food was cold and not once were we asked if we wanted anything else to drink. We had to track down our waitress to get a few things we needed. We also saw the same host cleaning the front door from the outside. We saw an elderly gentleman walk very slowly up to the door wanting to enter. The host stepped aside and let the older gentleman struggle to open the door himself. Where is the courtesy? Where is the good service people used to expect? read more

I've been attending BJ's for 10+ years. Quality remains high. It has changed a bit, but BJ's is still incredibly strong. It beats other chains such as Chilli's, Applebees, etc. The menu variety is plentiful and fully American. With the removal of Outback and Black Angus nearby I've been hunting for a solo steak spot. BJ's meets quality standards. Their ribeye may not be to die for but it certainly satisfies my cravings. The sides, mashed potatoes and green beans were excellent. Service is a bit shotty depending on the population density but it can be very good. More servers for more sections! read more

The food was good tonight! Not too busy for a pookie Tuesday but still a little slow on the service. The artichoke dip was cold sadly. The Dr Pepper was no good but they made that up which was nice. They did not ask my husband how he wanted his steak cooked which he did not enjoy. The shrimp scampi was a solid 8/10. Alec was a great server! All in all this was a good experience that we had tonight. The only reason I had to give it a 4 stars is because one of the servers smelled heavily of weed and did give me a headache every time they walked by. From the Service to the Food. 1 star & completely unnecessary bad service. We made a reservation for 6:30pm, the Hostess seats us. She has long brown hair in a claw clip. She proceeded by taking us to our table... she wanted to seat us at a completely DIRTY table, with food all over the booth and floor including crayons, straw wrappers and food. I asked for a different table and she initially said No. i said well we cant sit here, and she said " well its going to take a few mins" i said " thats fine, we are not sitting at a dirty table its a mess look" so we stand in silence together for about less than a min and she finds a table. Yay... wrong... she didn't give us kids menus sonwe couldn't find anything for the kids on the regular menu. Our waitress takes about 10-15 mins to get to us. We start to order, she put in my husbands order as we requested for a bit time for me. It was the prime rib 3 course meal. We asked for mac n cheese.. our waitress failed to mention its cous cous mac n cheese... if we would have known, he wouldn't have ordered it. 10 mins later she comes back and i order for myself and our daughter. I had to go online to see the kids menu. I was never offered a kids menu. As I ordered I requested a coloring book since my daughter saw the kids behind us get one. The kids menu was behind it. Our food took a while for it to come to the table , the Fries has sooo much salt in it, that i could rub it off and it still had salt. As i try to eat it, i had to spit it out in a napkin , it was horrible, so much salt, its shocking! My husband at this point tries the mac n cheese and he didn't like it, we still did not know it was cous cous at this time... so we called the waitress and asked if that was mac n cheese, she said yes and explained it was what it was. I asked if we can switch it to something else she automatically said " OK what do you want" as she raised her hand like saying whatever, not sure how to explain it, & with the rudest tone in her voice" so i said " okay then never mind". So then we continued to eat our dinner. We finish our food, she takes our plates. 15 mims later comes back & asks if we wanted dessert... as she forgot that my husbands 3 course meal came with dessert so i remind her and she says " oh yes it comes with dessert " so then i ordered a chocolate chip and strawberry shortcake Pazooki. We waited about 15-20 mins for it. And we got the wrong one . At this point we are over the service, the attitude, and eye rolling. So we dont say a thing. Then beside us is a male employee clearing tables from a party of maybe 10... the MANAGER of the restaurant comes and tells him" SPEED UP!" Excuse me!!! Lol you should be helping that man clear the table if your restaurant is behind, not go and stand at the hostess table with the other hostess. Unbelievable... what a great manager. She has black hair in a bun, blue shirt, long lashes. Now we know where all these employees get the ugly attitude, & rude costumer service. Maybe consider a change of management because you can clearly tell these employees energy/ attitude is not okay especially being treated this way. Now my husband goes to the restroom 2x. The first time he says he was not able to go because it was dirty. Second time was when we were walking out. Still dirty 1hr later. Do better... management is supposed to lead & support the team, instead the restaurant has a manager who talks to their employees like that. No amount of stress or pressure from a busy restaurant should excuse that tone, attitude and behavior from the manager nor the employees. I do not recommend this location at all. read more

Honestly, I never write bad reviews because I know how hard servers work. However, our server, Michael, checked on us a total of 3 times during our entire meal. We ordered the tri tip and ribs combo to share, a wedge salad, a mocktail, and a cocktail. The wedge salad never came. Our server, Michael, did not run our food to us. A female server did a drive-by drop off, so she didn't give us a chance to ask for small plates to share nor be able to tell her that the food she placed in front of us was incorrect. We both did not think we should touch the food in case the protocol was to send the entire food back. It took our server over 10 minutes to come check on us, so we decided to just start eating and leave the shrimp that we didn't order to the side. Once our server came, we told him we ordered ribs and he said that he did put it in correctly and that the food that was ran was incorrect THEN proceeded to tell us that we would be getting a whole new plate and he would take the item off of the check for the trouble and proceeded to say "you got a free meal!". At this point, we were both still hungry, so we also ordered lemon pepper wings to share. Our new plate came about 10 minutes later. After this whole fiasco, it seems that Michael flipped a switch and checked on us one last time to give us our check at which point we wanted to order the Spooky pizookie. He crumpled up the receipt before we could look at it. Later, our pizookie arrived and he gave us our new check. That's when we realized (1) we never received the wedge salad and (2) he did not remove the combo plate as promised. So we waited until he was nearby. I called him over and he looked visibly annoyed and said "what now?" And it honestly took us both aback. I politely pointed out the wedge salad was not provided and he was like "okay cool $7 off" in a tone that felt like he was judging us. I then pointed out that the combo plate was not removed as promised either. He proceeded to say that "I removed the other one" meaning he had put in two meals for us and removed the wrong one...I don't know about you, but when someone tells me that they're removing it from my check, I don't expect to see it on my bill. He acted like he was doing us a service by not charging us for two combos. Overall, the service and ambiance were really underwhelming. From the server who went from cool and lively to judgy, apathetic, and annoyed to the food runner who kept disappearing before asking us if we needed anything else (such as plates, silverware, etc.), it's safe to say we will not be coming back to this location for some time, if at all. read more

The menu has a lot of options so it can be a little overwhelming. Almost too many choices sometimes. But, they offer enough variety for most tastes and the quality of food is good. read more

The food here is just OK. There is usually lots of parking depending on what time of day you go. The Pazooki's here are very delicious, they're known for them. The garlic knots are pretty good. On Tuesdays they have a special where their Pazooki's are half off, it usually gets really crazy on this day, and the weight could range from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. She's constantly rolling her eyes at us, spilled water on our table and almost hit my friend in the face. When asking for details about menu items, she scoffed and continued to just watch the TV that's above our table. Honestly? This place is not bad. It's a chain so things are pretty standard throughout but also pretty bland, through no fault of the staff. It is what it is. The menu is massive in a way that was a bit overwhelming for me, but everyone should be able to find something to meet their needs.
