I First off payed for the check through the QR code on the table. She then comes back outside and says " why'd you tell me your name is Brian"??? Then proceeds to tell me I am incorrect for paying with Apple Pay and was double charged. We had a few hiccups along the way but we ended on a great note. Connor is a great server and he's got one of the coolest watches I've ever seen. Start with the chips with salsa and guacamole. You will need to add your salt to taste. The garlic shrimp appetizer is awesome but don't forget the lemon. When my pizza took forever then still wasnt cooked right the manager stepped in and handled it. They have an awesome happy hour also. Absolutely the worst service I've seen in years. Came bout 1:00 and sat at the bar so we could watch the Mariner game. No one behind the bar and the bartender/server didn't show up for over 10 minutes, we know because we kept checking our watch. Gave us menus and took our order at 1:25. She gave us the ice tea we ordered and then disappeared. We noticed her sitting behind us at a booth talking to customers. Meanwhile time went on and there was no one to ask where our food might be. There was another server but she never came near us. We were on the brink of leaving and were giving it until 2:00 for our food to show up, I mean they weren't crowded, it was after the lunch rush, how long does it take to make a sandwich and a burger? Finally at 1:55 we got our food which was mediocre at best. My California Chicken sandwich was difficult to eat. The avocado was sliced so thickly it fell out of the bun and the chicken was just big chunks which was difficult to eat. My friend said her burger was just so so. My boyfriend and I came to BJ's to get late night dinner on Friday and we were seated as soon as we walked in which was surprising as I figured there would be a wait. However, we were seated and greeted by our amazing server, Dayton who was very professional and ensured that we got everything we ordered. He was knowledgeable on all the items that were sold out for the day, which I appreciate as it is always super disheartening to order something and then be told that they are out of the item you ordered several minutes afterwards or when you receive your other items. The inside was well lit and clean. There were several tables in the dining room and bar area that were occupied and taken care of in a timely manner by Dayton and the other employees. My boyfriend used the bathroom and shared that it was well-maintained and clean as well. We received our food which I ordered their New Orleans Jambalaya and he got the Prime Rib bundle with a pizookie. My boyfriend was supposed to get his soup first but due to an issue with the kitchen, we got it last as we received our entrees before the soup had arrived. Dayton apologized for the delay and stopped by several times previously to let us know that the kitchen was working on our order. I would have given 5 stars but due to the lack of communication and strange delays without any reason from the kitchen, I will stick with four for this review. Dayton and the other staff members were stellar and did a great job to make sure we got what we wanted and went out of their way to apologize for the kitchen delays. The food was amazing on both ends. My boyfriend's prime rib was cooked to perfection as he wanted medium rare and it was absolutely tender and juicy, it paired really well with their au jus. My jambalaya was pretty good with a generous portion but I feel the seasoning was a bit lacking and had to rub a lot of the meats and vegetables on the Cajun seasoning presentation to just the right kick I was looking for. The cookies and cream pizookie was the perfect way to end the meal! Overall, we enjoyed the visit to this BJ's location and are happy to return when we don't have any time commitments. read more

Stopped into BJ's for an early dinner and decided to try the Pizookie meal the choices were many what a great selection. I tried the mini deep dish and wedge salad all good , great value here . My server Luke was the real standout, gentleman was amazing at all service times of my visit he took such good care of me as well as other guests that also complimented him . We should have expected the experience would be poor when the hostess was too busy chatting with a coworker to turn around and greet us. We asked about the bar seating and she told us it was open. We waited about 15 min for someone to clean the booths. Once we sat down we were not greeted, instead a server came up in a whirlwind asked us what the hostess told us a wait for a table would be. He said "well it's going to be worse for food and drinks about 30-35 minutes". Then he walked off without even offering or bringing waters. It being busy and the wait being high was not the problem. Our hostess was rather confused regarding the lunch menu and kept ranting about what we could and could not order, prior to even being seated.. so right off the bat that was the -1 star, including the lack of toilet paper in the women's restroom... Moving on to why I gave this location 4 solid stars. One name, Alicia. Alicia was AMAZING! From the time we sat down, to the time we wrapped up our meal and headed out, she was ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! Not only was she friendly, but she was extremely well versed in the menu, made quick suggestions, brought our food out piping hot, conversed eloquently, and managed to grab every side, condiment, drink we asked for, what a giant smile on her face! I was a little amazed at the Mini Pizookie Meal Deals. For $13 we all got the smash burgers that were surprisingly large and good. The meal came with fries and their pizookie ice cream topped cookie. Honestly, for the cost of meals now days, it's surprising management is missing...Their not doing "quality control" visits. The food was good, ambiance was pretty chill, it's just that the service was so unprofessional. Me and my friends went out (mind you we are teenagers with just enough for some shareables) and the server was so closed off. They didn't make us feel very welcomed and they were not clarifying at all. We asked if refills cost money and they only said they were gonna give us refills, never clarified if they cost money or not. So I asked a nearby server if refills cost money while the server came back at the same time.. she got pressed and slammed our drinks down on the table. The whole experience was awful. We wanted to leave so bad, you can literally see her talking about us and pointing at our table whilst laughing.
