We've been here a handful of times and always enjoy both the food and the service. We've been fortunate to have Chloe as our server on most visits, and she is truly exceptional--friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Ordered a second custom personal size- 1. Order said 20-30min- we get there (30 min after ordering) they haven't even started our paid for online order- we wait 25min 2. I haven't tried the pizza or any of the entrees, but there are many intriguing options. If you're carb loading, my personal favorite snack foods are Farrelli's Fire Stix Bread Stix and their bowl of Tomato Gorgonzola Soup. The Tomato Gorgonzola Soup comes with oven-baked bread, but I prefer to pair it with Fire Stix for a potent 2-hit combination (Fatality). Overall I give this appetizer a 4.4 out of five. Went here a while back with my family, but the food wasn't good at all. The Alfredo was a bit bland and the chicken was dry, and it came with broccoli despite my request to have it removed. I had myself a lunch special with a salad and personal pizza. I had the February Pizza of the Month "Pear-adise" and it was pretty tasty! A little greasy for me although the crust was still crispy and the toppings were plenty. My uncle gave me $50 in gift cards to Farelli's for Christmas and one of my dear friends came to visit me from out of town so I invited her to dinner and a movie. We went to this Farelli's and while it's mainly a pizza joint she went with a calzone and I went with a pasta favorite: Spaghetti and meatballs! While our meals were delicious and our waitress (whose name I believe was Lilly) provided great service, the real treat here this visit was the drink we both got which is called "BIG BLUE" that has hypnotic among other liquors and with its appearance, the name fits it. It's big, it's blue and it's delightful. How delightful ? Let me put it this way.... Ariana Grande is under the impression that God is a woman but I think God is whoever made this drink ! Out of all the Farrellis locations Ive been to, I have to say this is the worst one. I've lived right down the road since they opened and was originally hoping it was just new restaurant issues but they've been open for years now and still the same issues. The food is always soggy, cold, and gross. If you place an order for pick expect it to not be ready when they say it will and to have to sit in your car for about 20 minutes. You'd think this would mean your food would be hot and fresh but it will still be cold and soggy. Disappointing experience at this Farrelli's store. I picked up an order of the full-sized Chop salad and refrigerated it immediately at home. A few hours later I pulled it out of the fridge and the salad edges were already turning brown. It appeared to be carelessly tossed together and the portion was considerably smaller than past orders of this item from other Farrelli's. I even expressed my surprise at the portion when I picked the salad up thinking I had received the smaller version but was told that it was, indeed, the size I ordered. read more

The cheese was so creamy and the bolognese sauce had a lot of nice chunks of Italian sausage. Mmmm the chicken broccoli fettuccine Alfredo was also really tasty paired with the cheese bread sticks. I really don't wanna write this because I've been at this location quite a few times, and I've pretty much always enjoyed myself. The last few times, though, the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill. Mainly the pizzas. It's a pizza place, that serves pizza, but sometimes it seems like they're more focused on dishes other than their primary product. I've been there about three or four times the last few months, and every single time the pizza has been burnt. I understand that there's a little bit of charring on the crust, but the entire bottom shouldn't be black. The top of the pizza, the pepperoni shouldn't be curled up and completely dried up with no moisture left in them. It's just getting bad and tonight was one of the worst. We got a meat eaters pizza, and it was just not good. I served 23 years in the army, I'm the guy that will make efficient use of anything edible, I've eaten some horrible food, and I could only eat one or two pieces of this pizza before even I had to call it quits. Went home hungry. Any other given day I would've eaten the whole damn thing. But the bottom was scorched and burnt, the top was completely fried, and there was a puddle of grease right in the middle of pizza that made it just a soggy mass of crap. I understand that the serving staff can have bad days, and when a server is not the friendliest in the world, I usually don't mind, they're serving the food, I'm paying them afterwards, there's not a lot of interaction. But our waitress tonight just seem to have a lot of bad vibes going on, very perfunctory and cursory with us, and when we told her about the pizza not being the best, it seemed like she was blaming us for the quality of the pizza. Just not a good overall experience from what we usually expect from Farelli's. Sad, I was finally celebrating my birthday with my wife and daughter, made for an unpleasant experience overall. Very disappointing, and the attitude of the staff was not much better either. It actually kind of pissed us off. Great appetizers and especially loved the meatballs. We had 4 different kinds of pizza. They were all fantastic. I gauge any pzza joint by their pepperoni. Farrelli's knocked it out of the park. Perfect crust. Very generous distribution of the meat. I will go back many times, and strongly recommend. Kudos to the wait staff for keeping up with us. They were wonderful, positive, and friendly. We were in need of ordering 20+ pizzas to feed our football team after our game at Art Crate Field and they came through in every way.
