Went here for the 13$ meal deal. Found out it only applies to weekdays. To get just the same small tiny 6' pizza by itself it would have been $16+. So, a small pizza, small cookie and drink. I was looking at about $30 plus tip. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Do they think they are a 5 star world class restaurant? No thank you. The only thing that pulled me into this place in the first place was that meal deal. It's been 15 years since I've been to BJ's. Looks like I won't return for another 15 years. I'll take my business to "Upper East Slice" in Temecula. Best pizza in the city and way cheaper. read more

Stopped into BJ's today to try out the Smash Burger deal and I'm so glad I did. Honestly, for the price, you can't beat it. The burger had those perfect crispy, lacy edges you look for in a good smash burger, and the fries came out hot and seasoned just right. Of course, I had to finish things off with a Pizookie. If you haven't had one, you're missing out--warm, gooey cookie with melting ice cream is basically the elite way to end a meal. Huge shoutout to our waitress and the manager on duty! The service was super quick, and they actually got the whole order 100% right, which doesn't always happen these days. It's always nice when the staff is actually on top of things and makes you feel taken care of. Definitely a solid 5 stars. I'll be back for this deal again soon! read more

We visited BJ's Temecula on a Saturday night around five pm. The wait for a table was nearly an hour, so we sat at the bar top. Our bartender/ server was Lisette. She was a delight. She was friendly and on top of it. She made great recommendations, and was prompt on the drink refills. We ordered appetizers and a salad. We ordered sweet Asian chili boneless wings, but my boyfriend thought it had too much sauce. We shared the artichoke dip, it was delicious. Also ordered the steak salad with chimichurri. The restaurant has a relatively open concept and is clean and dimly lit, giving it lovely ambiance. Lissette asked every guest if they had a rewards phone #, and I love earning free stuff, so I'll be back for sure. We had a great experience and highly recommend sitting at the bar and asking for Lissette. read more

I came into the restaurant on a date night with my girlfriend and was questioning being here because I have had many bad experiences with other bj locations and my server Jacob was amazing he was very fast with attending us, constantly checking on us if we needed anything, any time I asked for something Jacob was very polite about it and fast getting it to our table when I had a question about something on the menu he was very helpful with explaining the options Due to this amazing experience I would definitely come back to this location again great service!!! read more

Came in for the first time last night because I really wanted to try the snickers pizookie. I walked in and the hostess (wasn't wearing a name tag) was very unwelcoming. She didn't make eye contact when taking my name and asking me for my other information. So that was off putting, I continued to observe her and she did the same thing to her colleagues. Definitely strange. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait which was okay so we waited. Once we were seated we had to wait another 15 plus minutes for a server to show up. Jayden showed up finally and started to take our order, mid order he stopped and helped his colleague with an order he was brining out. He didn't excuse himself or anything he just walked a few steps away abruptly. We placed our order and waited. The boneless wings were good, the peppered bbq sauce had a good flavor to it. We ordered the three course meal promotion and I ordered the prime rib with mashed potatoes and asparagus and the broccoli cheddar soup. The soup came out cold and was unpleasant. Apart from that the spoon was dirty and we had a difficult time trying to find Jayden to ask for new spoons, once he brought them out the soup was super cold and I was just really displeased at this point. I could have asked for new soup but that would have taken another 20 plus minutes to even happen. I'm not sure if they're short staffed or what is going on here but this visit was less than acceptable. My mashed potatoes were also cold, but the steak was decent well seasoned. When I got the snickers pizookie, it was just average. I didn't think it even really tasted much like snickers- wouldn't recommend. It's disappointing that this place often has a 45-minute wait, despite having many open tables. The common explanation is that they don't have enough servers. This situation is frustrating because management could bring in more staff to match the number of tables available. It's similar to a store with 20 checkout lanes but only two open, causing long lines and unnecessary delays. Over 1 1/2 hours from the time we walked in until the time food arrived :( Also receptionist shouldn't be on her personal phone but taking care of customers instead while she is working. read more

Totally disappointed by tonight's attempt to celebrate my son's huge achievement at school today. We were seated fairly fast but the problem was we sat there for 12 minutes without anyone coming by to say hi, be right there, a smile...nothing. We were able to ask the unnamed manager about it and his response was that they were not busy and he will speak to the server. Instead of trying to help her he just stood there at the greeting desk with no attempt to help her nor keep us from leaving. My experience was so great last night. I had Natalie as a server and I spoke to Angela the manager about her but I had to post here too because the google page wasn't working. Natalie is absolutely amazing and was so fun to talk to, you can tell she's just a genuinely great person. I really think she made the night even better and I was so happy that she was able to be both professional and fun. This evening I did a pick up order. I received the text that the order was ready for pick up at 3:27 pm. I arrived at 3:40. The restaurant was not overly busy. The take out area was empty, no other customers, and no one there at the counter. I stood there a few minutes, I noticed someone peek around the wall on the other side of counter but did not come out. I went over to the host and asked if someone could help me at take out. A gentleman came over to help me. At this time the person ( blond girl) came out and was there was well and attempted to help him located my order ( she looked right at me and asked the name again). The order was not packed up and ready although the text at 3:27 had said it was. I was standing there waiting probably 8 more minutes waiting ( again no one else was there) she came back with the bags and placed them back on their shelf and looked at me and said have you been helped. I was confused as we had already interacted and I was the only customer there. I said I'm waiting for that ( maybe I did say it rudely because I was confused and for that I apologize). She then said " I didn't know ", and THREW my bags on the counter and walked away. Fast forward to arriving at home and opening the bag, the forks and spoons and were thrown in there. The caramel sauce thrown in there, the ice cream thrown in there. The caramel spilled everywhere, melted ice cream completely so must have been sitting out awhile, I only live 5 min away. The food was good, yay! However the pizza - NOT CUT! The pizookies, slightly overcooked. I'm very disappointed in the behavior of the staff. Glad the food was good. Valentine days so I reserve a table 8:00pm with wife and kids. Arriving there 10 mins earlier, we faced a huge amount of people waiting and I was informed I would need to wait another 45 mins which is not acceptable specially with little kids. Called the manager and she informed me she cannot do anything because the restaurant gave her instructions to overbook the reservations intentionally. Went there for lunch with a friend yesterday, & it was excellent! Our waitress Laura went above and beyond! The manager Dave was amazing as we had called him over to brag about Laura! My friend got the "All you can eat soup and salad for $13, also comes with a pizooki, & she said the wedge salad was the best she had ever had, better than the high end restaurants she had been to. The soup she got was the broccoli and cheddar, & the clam chowder. She's still talking about it today. My chicken alfredo was amazing and the portion was huge, enough for 2 meals! She took our names with the worst tone in her voice as if we were bothering her that we were there. and didn't even ask for our phone number!! How are you going to let people know your table is ready with no number. Wonderful Father's Day experience today! Joined the waitlist 30 minutes before arriving the place due to it being Father's Day, and showed up to check in and waited for about 5 minutes for seating. The place was pretty busy but had a great vibe overall. Sports on all of the TVs as usual to keep you updated on the baseball game. Our server was Alana who did very well keeping the drinks full and the food delivered very fast. The food was great as usual, can't beat the prime rib or the mandarin glazed pork chops. The loaded nachos were enough for 3 kids for sure. All in all a great day, and a military discount was a cherry on top. Will return again for sure. read more

I've grown up going to BJ's and it's one of my favorite restaurants. I moved to the area recently and was so excited to have one down the street from me. We went on a Friday night around 8 o'clock. And it was a little busy, but we were seated right away. Our server had a very positive attitude and came over right away to take our drink order. He then came back and took our whole food order. That was the last time we saw him for at least 30 minutes. Our appetizer was delivered to the table behind us. We heard them tell the runner they did not order that. The runner left and then came back and took away the plate. The same runner brought the same plate to our table 5 minutes later. It was cold and the cheese had a layer of film on it from sitting out. We also had no silverware at this point either. The runner ran away pretty fast. So we didn't get to ask. Our dinner then gets delivered and before a runner takes off super quick again we were able to ask her for silverware. We asked for multiple sauces with our main course and didn't get any. Our server did not come check on us at all to make sure our orders are right or to refill our drinks. Finally 20 minutes later after our food was cold he came to check on us. He had 4 other tables so not super busy but occupied. We watched him check on his other tables multiple times. And not once did he look in our direction or come check on us after taking our order. His back was turned to us most of the time or he was just gone. read more

We've eaten here at BJ's many, many times since they've been here in Temecula, but this time we simply decided otherwise. We stopped by to get a bite and as we walked towards the entrance the walk way before entering the restaurant is STILL sickening dirty and dark. It's like they've never care to power wash or cleaned the entrance in order to keep some sense of decency clean. Once inside you can see the floor still looks like management does NOT even care to sanitize/clean the floor at least once since this restaurant has opened! This is like not caring to take care of the cleanliness of your home, what you represent. When you walk into the restaurant, you bring into the restaurant what's on the bottom of your house and leave it in there, nasty. Clean it up! read more
