I rarely post reviews online, but I made time in my schedule in order to post about BK Movers, because I think they deserve to have it known what an amazing group they are. Having moved dozens of time in my life--each with a different company--all over the country and world, I have had exposure to all kinds of moving companies. I have had people almost drop my piano down a flight of stairs; I have had furniture arrive in pieces and/or with all kinds of unexplained damage; I have had movers not show up, and I've had them be late; I have had movers who gave me the heebie-jeebies; and I have had movers try to cheat me on the price at the last minute, after I had already committed to using them. Not only did BK Movers not do any of the above, but they far exceeded even my highest expectations in every respect. They were professional to an exemplary degree, including being respectful of my privacy and making sure they fully understood how I wanted everything placed in the boxes, and labeled them accordingly. In other words, they made me feel I was packing the boxes myself, and they took the same care and consideration as if it were their own family they were moving. Even when my requests regarding packing the boxes were silly and finicky, they honored those requests. They were also irreproachably honest. Every word Jaden told me on the phone from the first conversation we had until the last interaction we had remained true. Every promise he made was fulfilled. One rarely encounters a human being so honest and ethical. His team was equally honest and ethical. I see why they all work together. They also work very, very hard. I could tell they were concerned about the time and took extra care to minimize the amount of time the job took. Many lesser professionals in their place would have taken innumerable breaks and attempted to find ridiculous reasons to increase the bill---NOT BK Movers. They worked efficiently and consciously, being ever-sensitive to the cost that I was incurring as a result of contracting for their services. They also let me know how I could help minimize the cost (e.g., things I could do to help them in the process), which I really appreciated. They showed up exactly when they said (in fact, they were early!), and they cleaned up after themselves. Lastly, everyone on the team was personable, kind, respectful, and hard-working, without exception. Honestly, I have to say I cannot imagine a better group of people to help out with one's move. They turned an innately horrible experience into a pleasant and relatively painless one overall. Bravo to them for running such a professional service in a world where such service is getting harder and harder to find. read more

I never write reviews, but I must say that this warrants one. First I called BK Movers the day before, like 12 hours before. At first they didn't think they could squeeze me in. So he called back and said, yes I can and that he'd work with me on my time schedule. They showed up 10 min prior. They had blankets and dollies and heck everything. They were also so fast. I have a whole bunch of crap too. Nothing was scratched, everything was secure, they did everything I wanted and always asked and double checked how I wanted something move. Not only did they move it fast and efficiently, they had extremely positive attitudes and it was hot as h***!! Jaden and David, were completely outstanding and from horrible experiences with other movers, this was absolutely exceptional. I could go on and on, but I would recommend them to everyone. Whether it's a business, personal move or transporting a couple of items here and there, they're who you need to see. I'm pleased to provide my highest commendations to the staff at BK Movers - a company that was recommended by my real estate agent as having a fine reputation for good work at a fair price; he was absolutely right. Prior to the move, I spoke with them to describe the load that I needed moved from my apartment to my new home; at each step of the way, my calls and emails were handled rapidly and respectfully; they included enough relevant specifics which confirmed that I was genuinely being heard and that my needs and concerns were each being addressed. They provided recommendations for making the move as efficient and cost effective as possible. On the moving day, the crew arrived exactly on time. I was taken aback by how rapidly and carefully they worked in respectfully handling all of my property. At times you are a bit hesitant when getting new companies, but this one was excellent and exactly as described, their attitude never changed from beginning to end after a long , long day , this guy's make us even feel very comfortable and they were friendly , i can't thank this guys enough for their hard and great work ! It was a referral and i had to ask for Jaden to be here as our friend told us to ask for him and quite honest , he wrapped our belongings way better then our last movers and very efficient!!! First time using Bkmovers moving company and I was a bit hesitant and to be honest they show up on time even 15 min early and prep everything. The Boss was amazing and very tidy and made my big furniture move thru doors look easy and I was worried but they wrapped everything like a gift . They guys were all friendly and came to do business, the previous movers were texting while on the job and this guys didn't even talk to me LOL because they were so focus on my home , the best movers I have had and I will 100% recommend them , no a single scratch on my stuff or my glass and my home walls or floors . One year ago BK Movers got 5 stars for their stellar job in packing all of my belongings for my cross country move. Now, after a year in storage, I recently got to unload my pod in North Carolina and was reminded again just how amazing Jaden and his team were. 3,000 miles from CA to NC, 1 year in storage and NOT A SINGLE THING WAS BROKEN. BK Movers was recommended by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jaden was very professional and pleasant over the phone. Our movers Danny, Armando and Victor arrived on time, worked fast, were careful w/furniture and floors/walls. They picked up furniture at two apartments before unloading at our new place. Amazing level of service. Showed up on time, went the extra effort to pack all our belongings with care. I moved with Jaden / BK movers just 3 weeks ago - in the LA area. The new apartment was tricky as it was a walk up and I have a baby grand piano . In the past 4 years I have moved 5 times due to my job. I usually never write reviews but my experience with bk movers has been amazing. The most professional and fast moving company I have ever dealt with. They made sure none of my furniture got damaged and even though they get paid by the hour they were not trying to stall and moved very fast. Unlike other company's. I found this company on Craigslist. Jaden and his crew are second to none. They were courteous, careful and beyond professional! They updated me on their travel progress via text every 15 minutes...amazing. They flawlessly wrapped, loaded, transported and installed an 800 pound refrigerator perfectly.
