We got sat pretty quickly, but that was about the end of the good on our visit. It was about ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were at the table. Server was not very friendly and seemed annoyed by us. Nothing other than hot coffee? Okay, that's fine, but no milk alternatives seemed a little strange for a California chain, so I just got water, no big deal. When our food finally came, the scrambled eggs I got were so hard that the salt bounced off the eggs and onto the table. I get it that some don't like their eggs too soft, but they were dry and hard and inedible. We got a biscuit to share, because the pictures were impressive, but it was kind of dry unless you had gravy on it. The hype is not to be believed in our experience. read more

We came on a Sunday for breakfast. The restaurant was busy but the six of us were seated immediately. We waited 15 minutes for someone to approach the table. One of our party went to the hostess stand to ask for help and in the meantime we had a waitress approach us who said she was from another area but would be our server. Our waitress, Faviola, was then attentive. A booth across from us with two customers left after waiting ten minutes for someone to approach their table. The food was average and bland and took a while to come out. Two things came out at a time. My avocado toast came out last and was out five minutes after the first plate. My avocado toast was on sandwich bread that wasn't toasted. All of our hash browns were not seasoned. Definitely don't recommend this restaurant. read more

This diner has a HUGE menu with a wide variety of things to eat and everything is homemade. The service has always been great too. The place is new, but the atmosphere is rustic and cozy and it feels like it's been there for years. It's one of our places to go now for comfort food. read more

Our first time eating here on the 26th and the food, service and staff were amazing. Keeley can be my waitress and day, she was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The portions are huge and very well prepared. The atmosphere, was very warm as was every staff member we came into contact with. This is definitely somewhere we will go to iften. read more

The good news is first. The rest of the table that had the chicken fried steak enjoyed it. Also, Assistant Manager Angie stepped up when I complained about our service. The pot roast was meh, and my grandson didn't like ribs at all. Service was atrocious and took almost an hour to get drinks and salads. The salads were fresh, although the dressing had the consistency of mayonnaise. Would I return? Yes, only because management does seem to care, and since they recently opened so hopefully, the "glitches" are temporary. read more

My wife and I ate there Saturday for the first time. Although they were very busy it didn't take long to get us seated as our order taken. Our order didn't take long to get to us. We went there yesterday afternoon and it was not good. The only food my wife liked was the corn bread muffin, but I didn't like it's texture. It had a Sara Lee texture that is not like corn bread. The floor was filthy and the food was not good. I had the shrimp and cod. It was not cod. It was so overpoweringly fishy, I had to go home snd brush my teeth before going to meet friends. Both the server, and register person were told we did not have a good experience, and they didn't care. Will tell everyone I know to not go there. Too empty to be that dirty. read more

Hearing all the hype and so much advertising I decided to door dash my order. I got the chicken fry for kids. (Bear Paw) The food was tasty although the chicken fry is a frozen patty not a real piece of meat breaded and fried. The green beans were yummy. Decided to go in and order a to go order a week later. First the girl at the desk was having trouble reading the menu. It took her several trips to the back and asking another girl and they still could not find the menu item. After doing this for about 10 minutes I showed them where the item was on the menu. Whew! Done. I got my meal and got home and my mashed potatoes were left out. Ok things happen. Last night I was going to door dash and got the "restaurant is closed". I called and asked if they were not doing to go orders and she said they were but had closed Door Dash and Uber Eats as they were out of a lot of food items. I had been on a plane for twelve hours so was not in the mood to go out. UGH! Once, Twice, and three strikes you are out. Hopefully they get it together. read more

I met a friend here for brunch today and we were both trying it for the first time. The wait was about 20 minutes which isn't bad considering it was packed. Our waitress Delilah was great but the food was just okay. Our food only took about 5 minutes after we ordered but it was lukewarm, which seems to be a common theme in the reviews. My omelette was made incorrectly and the top of the biscuit that came with my meal was rock hard. I wasn't going to eat all of it anyway so not a big deal. The atmosphere was cute and very winter lodge like. I'll give this place one more try but my first impression is that the food at Cafe Republic is far superior for the same price. read more

Gave us an inaccurate wait time, got our party number wrong as well as our orders. Menu descriptions are also inaccurate. Our server, Trinity, was very fun and upbeat and easily the best part of our restaurant experience. Outside of that, not worth the long wait. read more

I was excited to try this diner but sadly I won't be back after the first visit. Outside and inside are done really cute and I so wanted the food to be good. I got 2 eggs, two bacon, potatoes and a giant biscuit. I don't know how they did it but my supposed to be over easy eggs weren't cooked and the whites were runny and not cooked. Plus they were sitting in water. Not sure how that happens. I'm 73 and have cooked a lot of eggs but never had my egg whites and water competing for the same spot. So then the yellow was barely cooked as well. The bacon was a little fatty and not cooked very well. My bad because I didn't tell them crisp bacon. The potatoes, forget about it. I was told by our waiter they were the normal kind of hash browns. Which I assumed that was shredded hash browns. I've never had anything like these either. Standard fare is shredded and/or fried. They were neither. It looked like someone used a potato peeler and just kept slicing off pieces of potatoes until the potato was gone. Besides the fact they were just short of being burned. They were black and brown. And they were kinda expensive. I'm very disappointed because I so wanted it to be good. But I won't go back! There are too many good places to eat! read more

Super little diner with excellent comfort food. Service was friendly but not very quick. The atmosphere is nice so the wait was fine. They serve breakfast all day and they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had the meat loaf and the others had tri tip. All presented well and were delicious. First visit and ordered meatloaf and it was so hard on the edges it made a crunchy sound when hit with fork. The taste was awful. The green beans had bacon in them and it was gray and tasted spoiled. They did take my meal off of our ticket. My husband ordered the Parmesan cheeseburger and it was just so so. We were hoping this would be good but not so much. The price was steep for "diner" experience and sub par food. Maybe breakfast is better. On a positive note, waitress was very prompt and food came out in a timely fashion. But front of restaurant staff is lax. We were only ones at checkout and had to wait for quite a while as the people behind register did not turn around and acknowledge us. Finally another person came and checked us out. It's new so maybe it will get better. read more

I ordered a Chicken fried steak, it was a frozen premade chicken fried steak that was not good. I ordered fries and green beans with it, the fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. I wish I had ordered breakfast it looked good. Service was good. It was packed so there had to be something good to eat. My advise is learn to cook real chicken fried steak and serve dinner rolls in stead of muffin. We will try it again, we could have picked the wrong thing to eat. Will update. read more

My wife and I waited for an hour to try this new place out only to find out they gave our seat to someone else. When we approached the staff they only offered to put us back on the list. Seriously? No one's breakfast is worth an hour wait and then to be treated so rudely. We go to diners for the service, don't waist your time going here. Plenty of other great places to get eggs and bacon... I tried this place and it wasn't good. My wife and I had the tritip and ribs. The tritip had a funny taste. It wasn't good. The ribs were just ok. The service was ok. Hopefully they get better. I love the atmosphere of this place. It most definitely earns the home type quality atmosphere that they're going for. And the food quality was far beyond that of my expectations. The taste is quality on almost every breakfast item, but if you're looking for a lunch or dinner this place absolutely has that covered in all positions for you. This is not to mention the huge portions especially given the price of everything. Don't let the price deceive you. For service it's quite good around the board but I definitely recommend asking for Keeley or Pierceson as your servers because as for me personally I've had them a multitude of times and it's consistently been a phenomenal experience having either of them as my host. They're exceptionally kind, hard working, and sentimental. Over all I think the work put into this place definitely pays off and that shows throughout my multitude of experiences. Would absolutely recommend to any friends and family. read more
