Came here for the first time today, wanted to try something new. Was very disappointed with the cups, the cups are so cheap that the drinks were leaking under the lid, coffee got all over my car, I came home hoping I could just clean the sides of the cups up and couldn't they just continued to leak. The staff is nice and very pleasant and have no issues with them. Coffee tastes good. WAY TOO MUCH ICE. By far the most expensive cup of ice I've ever bought. It's absurd that you pay that much money for an iced coffee and it's 99% ice. Apparently I ordered the cup of ice with a garnishing of coffee. Again the staff was nice and it's no fault of there's it's just the companies product that's disappointing. read more

Amazing Coffee! Decided to try this fairly new establishment. Was delighted to find great coffee. I had the Mexican Mocha which had a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. Yummy! Coffee was very smooth with no bite or after taste. My new favorite coffee. Will go back again soon. Nice people too! read more

I've tried the coffee and the fuel energy drinks. I've NEVER had an issue with any of the drinks there and the service is always AMAZING !!! They are very speedy too so I'm not ever waiting too long to get a drink but they are very friendly. Great place read more

My first visit here I tried the IV iced coffee which has an Irish cream flavor and 6 shots, in a small! The service is incredibly welcoming and helpful - similar to Dutch Bros. I will recommend this spot to a my friends! read more

Their blended caramel coffee is absolutely delicious. I am sure it is loaded with sugar so definitely not something I can get on the daily. I asked and paid for 2 fuel smoothies. Middle was one of the first mess ups they handed me as well. This is how they looked a minute or so after getting them and I can't even try to drink them. Very disappointed having to pay for these. read more

The drinks are very similar to Dutch Brothers, and the staff is just as friendly and fun. I would like to see some more traditional coffee drink items on the menu, because i prefer straight forward coffee, but what i have ordered has been tasty. Hope this new place is successful! read more

I love going here over any other competitor! The employees are always super nice & if they make a mistake they are more than happy to fix it for no charge. The young man working the window the last few times I have gone has been so kind and he even remembered me and my dog from a few days prior. Which made me feel special! My only complaint is that sometimes depending on who's working the window I feel very rushed. I have to quickly get out my payment, drive forward, grab the drink and straw, and before I know it they are saying have a good day and sending me off! I like the fast service but feeling a little less rushed would make the expirenve perfect. read more

We love Black Rock! Similar to DutchBros, but way less crowded... and we like the drinks better. The service is pleasant, the coffee has a good flavor. Some of our favorites are the Irish Cream Breve and the Lavender Lemonade. I just wish they had a better app! read more

The people are really nice that work there. The drinks are not as good as their competition. The chiller drinks need more coffee taste and need to taste less like the just dumped a whole bottle of Hershey's syrup in it. Happened to be at Chuck E. Cheese with my kiddos and I seen this spot tucked away. I guess it's been there for 2 months but I never really noticed it. Had to try it out! I was immediately hooked! The iced Mexican mocha is AMAZING!! (I think they use real abuelita chocolate! Or their mix taste just like it. It's so good!) My kids got smoothies (mango, peach, & strawberry) and they were ALL delicious. My husband ordered the tea that was pictured on screen. It was a little sweet for me, so it was shocking at first, but still REALLY delicious. My husband had no complaints. He said it was perfect, refreshing, and he'd go back just for that. We've been back twice in one week. Both times customer service was great. They're also very fast! It seemed like I had barely paid and was already being handed my drinks. They have a rewards program that I quickly signed up for. I skipped Starbucks, Desert Eagle, and Dunkin' Donuts just to come here. If Dutch bros was closer, I'd skip them too just to come here! Lol. 32 oz cold brew ice coffee half and half $6.83. The drink is good, the service was good, but not almost $3.00 better than their competitors for the same drink, same size. I suspect this may be the reason there was only one car in line ahead of me in the drive through. Good luck. read more

I went this morning on my way to work and worst service EVER!! Placed my order and was asked to repeat it and the female employee called darling. I repeated my order and ask not to be called darling. Then I was asked to repeat my order again due to the noise and again I was called darling. Again I repeated my order and stated not to call me darling, which the female employee acknowledge and I again repeated my order. I get up to the window and guess what.... she again claimed she couldn't hear me! Yet she could hear me when I told her not to call me darling. Here's an idea....TURN DOWN THE MUSIC so that you can here the customers and teach your employees not to call customers darling, honey and sweetie all names that I've been called.... read more
