    Iced banana latte

Ordered online and got the specialty banana latte pair with the waffle filled with biscoff cookie butter and grounded up biscoff cookie. Both were solid options. Liked that there was a 20 oz option for the latte, always a big plus! The waffle was overpriced for what it was (~$9). The spread was inconsistent, but loved the addition of the cookie crumbs. Probably wouldn't order again. Would come back in the future to try out other fun new specialty flavor coffees/lattes.

I work right across from the Downtown location. Sooo convenient. My first day there was on their grand opening. Love the setup with the option to order via the kiosk or at the counter. I chose the counter. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Egg and cheese on an Everything Bagel. I am not usually a fan of Turkey Bacon; however, this was really good, and the Bagel was toasted perfectly. I did not partake in a coffee libation this time and opted for a Coca-Cola. Loved the ambiance of this place. Very much a city vibe to it. Must give a shout out to Beatriz, Paige and Danielle for their excellent customer service. That's why I keep coming back :)

Spot is cute, love the view of downtown buildings! Latte options are pretty standard, nothing seasonal or unique. Got an iced cardamom honey latte and the cardamom flavor is very very subtle. Once you mix the honey in, the drink itself is pretty decent though! Baristas are also nice. Good spot to work from above everything!

Saw that they had opened their location. It was quite busy. You walk in and it's kiosk ordering (there are 4 kiosks). Pretty easy system. Because of the windows and the sun it gets really hot in there so if you plan on meeting there for friends it could get toasty. I got a blueberry matcha. If you like NyQuil this is the drink for you (I wish I was kidding). I thought I was drinking matcha with cough syrup. The matcha was on the sweeter side and it was okay. My friend got a strawberry matcha and the really liked their drink.

The service was cheerful and efficient. On different visits, I tried both a hot and an iced cold brew latte and an iced chai latte. All were smooth and robust, though the chai latte had way too much cinnamon (that I never requested). Their sausage and cheese muffin revealed itself to be more flavorful than the cardboard-like equivalent at Starbucks.Ordering may be done at the counter, by kiosk, or their mobile app. On one visit, the app couldn't connect and so offered me a QR code to use with the kiosk. Though I used that code with the kiosk order, it didn't sync to my account, so there seems to be some software bugs that hopefully will be addressed. A welcome improvement to the online ordering system would be to add a medium (or "kid's temperature") option for drink orders. I attended their soft openings earlier in the week and their grand opening on Thursday, January 15th, 2026. I also got the chance to chat with their co-founder. Black Sheep Coffee was founded by two friends who met in college in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. They opened up their first store in London a decade ago and now have over 130 locations worldwide, primarily in the UK, the Middle East, and the United States. Now based in the United States, this is the first Austin-based location for the privately-held company, which has a mix of corporate-owned and franchised locations. All in all, this seems like a welcome addition to the cafes in Austin.

This place just opened so it is still very pack and busy. Took around an hour to receive order, but I personally think it was worth it! ALSO FOR STUDENT!!! Install the app to get student discount!!! (If you're reading this and it's not January 19th, then it is most likely not pack and busy anymore)

Great place to network and meet incredible talented people in Austin!

I live across the street from this coffee shop and even though it is fairly new --Black Sheep Coffee has become part of my morning routine. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality. The owner is incredibly kind and personable -- you can tell they truly care about every customer's experience. And the matcha? Hands down the best matcha in Austin. Perfectly balanced (not too sweet), smooth and vibrant every single time. Whether you're a matcha lover or just trying it for the first time, this is the place to get it. The service is exceptional, and the quality is top-tier. I can't recommend this spot enough -- it's become my absolute favorite coffee shop in Austin!

The ambiance is really fun and unique, especially with the little water pond that adds a relaxed, outdoorsy vibe. There's a good mix of indoor and outdoor seating, so it works for different moods and weather. I also like that there are food trucks right outside, which makes grabbing a bite super convenient. Plus, the large parking lot is a nice bonus. Just like "our" location, service is exceptional. Everyone was so good to Sir Benjamin. He was so relaxed and chill during our hangout. It's that peaceful vibe that comes with good service and pretty landscaping.

That alone made it a great find, but what made the experience even better was discovering that they also had live entertainment on Tuesday night until 11. It turned a simple coffee stop into a really enjoyable evening. I ordered a coffee and a brownie, and while the total was a little on the expensive side, around $15 or $16, it felt completely worth it to me. The quality was there, and everything felt a bit more gourmet than your average coffee shop stop. The brownie was delicious, the coffee was exactly what I wanted, and the overall atmosphere made the price feel justified. Between the free entertainment, the beautiful decor, and the location, it felt like much more than just paying for coffee and dessert. One of the best parts of the experience was the setting. Being right on the water made it especially beautiful at night. You can enjoy your drink, take a walk, look at the lights, and just soak in the scenery. It was the perfect place to unwind after a heavy meal and a long workday. Since I was only in Austin for work and do not live in the area, I was really glad I found somewhere that felt special and relaxing instead of just functional. The staff was also very friendly, which added a lot to the experience. Good service always makes a difference, and here it made the place feel even more welcoming. Overall, I definitely recommend Mozart's Cafe if you are looking for a late-night coffee spot with charm, scenery, and a unique atmosphere. I would absolutely go back again.

The register area could use a little more organization since it felt somewhat chaotic at times, and parking was also difficult to find. Overall, it's a good place to visit for the experience and atmosphere.

I was intrigued by the iced white miso matcha with orange blossom though after tasting it, I thought I ordered a regular matcha latte - I couldn't detect any white miso nor orange blossom. Since orange blossom can be overpowering, I did still appreciate that the matcha flavor was solid. It had sounded so unique though, I was hoping to taste the balanced flavors.
