That said, the staff absolutely made this visit. The awesome human who took my drive-thru order deserves recognition. Cash was used, so there's no personal info on the receipt, but the check number was 11835 in case that helps them get the praise they deserve. I ordered the Big Box combo with extra fries and no slaw--made to perfection. Portions were great, food temperature was spot on, and the fries were actually seasoned (which I don't usually experience at other locations). The human at the drive-thru window was also friendly, asked how my day was going, and made sure I had all the condiments I needed. I truly wish this level of customer service existed at some East valley locations I've visited. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Raising Cane's experiences I've had. There's plenty of onsite parking and two drive-thru lanes, which really helps the line move quickly. Kuddos to this branch for having excellent customer service! The entire staff deserve the rest of 2025 off with pay, as well as, huge raises.

This was the first time that I had eaten here. I had heard people talking about it so figured to try it. When I got there I was greeted with Hello welcome to Blaze. There was a line and when I got to the counter the gal that took my order asked me if I had ever been there before. I told her no and she explained all the items on the menu for me. I decided to have a build your own. Then another gal took over the rest of making my order. The selection of things I could have on my pizza good. When she got done making my pizza she asked if it looked good. I just nodded yes and she thanked me and told me that it was ready for the oven. When I got to the register the gal that took my money asked me if my order was going to be for here or take out also asked if I wanted anything to drink. I asked for a large drink and then she asked me if I wanted any desert. . My pizza came out and I was told that it was ready. I plan on trying something different the next time I go in. The restaurant was busy but I think it was the Manager that came out and checked the dinning room and stopped at my table to ask how my pizza was and if I needed anything else. I was very impressed with the customer service. Fast & Friendly.... Loved being able to build my own pizza & not being charge extra for it. The Manger Airiona was super friendly and made me laugh. I don't think I have ever experienced that kind of friendliness at any place I've ever dined in before. And I only waited a few Minutes for my pizza it was AWESOME. Restaurant has a large varieties of different types of drinks so your not stuck drinking just soda or tea. I will definitely be back. We went to Blaze Pizza in Avondale, AZ. The service was spectacular. Sean treated us as if we were VIP's. He came around to our table to see if everything was acceptable.
