My husband and I were looking for someplace to eat because we were tired of eating at home but we were unsure about eating out during the pandemic. We saw that Blaze Pizza on Coffee Rd was open and thought we'd peek inside and check them out. We were very impressed with all the precautions they had taken to ensure that everyone remained at a safe distance from each other and their employees were extremely safe with food handling. Both of the young men that helped make our pizzas changed their gloves many times. They were super friendly and in good spirits and we enjoyed our short chat with both of them while we waited for our pizzas to come out of the oven. The other two customers that were also in the restaurant both kept at a distance as we all stood in separate designated areas, conveniently marked on the floor to keep everyone at a safe distance. I was so impressed with the two young men that served us that I had to ask their names, so here's a big shout out to Rich and Sebastian for not only creating our yummy pizzas but for making our first day out of the house (in over a week) a fun, safe and satisfying outing. read more

My order was supposed to take 15 min but took 45 min. When I got my pizza it was cold and missing toppings. I didn't even eat it because I ordered it gluten free(I'm allergic) and I was afraid that it was regular crust. I couldn't trust it after not even having the correct toppings.. when I called the person who answered claimed he was the manager but I doubt it. I was rather disappointed in my order yesterday. I ordered online and when I picked up my order it was just sitting on the counter, wasn't in a warmer or anything. I showed up just a few minutes after my estimates pick up time too. When I got home the pizza looks pitiful.
