I was greeted when I walked in. The girl taking my order put on new gloves to make my food which was greatly appreciated. The guy who took my payment was also managing the oven. He charged me $17 for the pick two instead of the $12 deal. When i corrected him, he seemed upset. The pizza cutter should be wiped off or there should be two separate cutters for people like me who dont eat meat. The cross contamination can be harmful.

Since it was Pi Day, 3/14/26, I decided I had to get a pizza to celebrate the day so I went with Blaze Pizza. I had not been to Blaze Pizza in a long time so it was a breath of fresh air to come back here and see the nice upscale ambiance. It is a build your own pizza where you basically chose your crust and sauce, and decide what toppings and/or cheese you put on your pizza. It is basically similar to Chipotle, except it is pizza and not Mexican. The service was on point from the staff and they were very helpful in recommending toppings and pizza. I decided to go with a pepperoni, mushroom, feta cheese pizza with a balsamic glaze on top and a caprese salad. The pizza was excellent and very fresh gluten free crust. The balsamic glaze was a nice touch on the pizza and made it taste even better. The caprese salad was wonderful and refreshing. It was exactly what I needed to accompany the pizza. Blaze Pizza was a good way to celebrate Pi Day, and I'm glad I came here because I forgot how wonderful the pizza is and how great the service is from the staff. It was a wonderful treat to myself, and I hope to be back to Blaze Pizza very soon.

Food is quick and easy, plenty of dining space. Helpful staff. I go here because they have vegan cheese

Firstly: The food is amazing! Blaze consistently has the best "fast food" pizza. I love the create your own pizza and the ability to pick any toppings you want. The other huge positive: several gluten free options AND a dedicated gluten free line for the toppings. The things that aren't as great about this location: Sometimes the food line isn't super clean (not dirty necessarily but extra toppings that should be cleaned off the counter). When we ate in restaurant, they were out of diet soda. That's not the worst thing but they should have said something when I bought two fountain drinks. One important tip: You can get toppings added after it comes out of the oven. They don't like to advertise/offer much anymore but you can get things like arugula and olive oil. Overall, I still adore this chain and always look for it when traveling. This location is very dependable and very tasty.

It's like Subway for pizza :) I built my own while in-store, and it came out of the oven pretty quick! I've had issues in the past where the bottom of the pizza was overcooked, but this was perfectly well done. Blood orange lemonade was also pretty delicious!

Blaze use to be a favorite place of mine. I liked the options you have to create your own pizza. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There's a lot of seating indoor and outdoor depending on your preference. There's also parking right in front of the building. Not a big deal at all, they have done away with straws. The lids for cups are like coffee cups. Their blood orange lemonade is delicious!!

The staff was fast, friendly and generous on the "heavy" on the this and that! I love the way that they make the pizza in front of you in an assembly line fashion similar to SUBWAY. The atmosphere is very chill! No tv's at this location and they are very reasonably priced! 10$ and some change for a personal pizza that is the size of a small. Thin and crispy crust... mine not so crispy in the middle because of me! LOLBVS! I had to have all the cherry tomatoes and fresh ricotta! Mmmm mmmm good!

Pizza was good, crust was crispy, the ricotta takes a lot of the flavor away and the oven could use a cleaning as the bottom of the pizza comes out black and not from being burnt

Had a spicy pepperoni pizza, it came with jalapeños and pepperoni and hot honey. Ice machine in the soda dispenser was out of ice so the beverages weren't really all that cold.

Seriously... the first pizza should be a meat lovers with onion and basil... (why does 1 slice have all the onions and it is not even the part of the onion you would eat) the second one should have pepperoni, onion, basil, garlic and jalapeño... there is zero basil, 5 pepperoni on part of the pizza, onion on 1 slice and some slices don't have toppings!!! Wtf

Ordered pickup at blaze pizza on Wednesday night. It said our order would be done at 7:20. We arrived around that time but the few workers at blaze were moving so slowly. One of our pizzas was done at 7:30 and the other took until 7:55. It was super unfortunate to take home a cold pizza.. There were hardly any people waiting inside, but the staff seemed so bored and uninterested in completing the orders.. disappointing!

see how there's like no ricotta on this pizza yeah

We didn't order sides, as we believed the burgers (% chicken san) would be enough, and ... yup, we were right. Not spectacular, but good. The Sidewinder fries were nicely cooked. The star of this show was unexpected; the Caesar side salad was presented beautifully and was an unusually large portion (being that it was just a side item). Ambience: They're in a relatively small space. It's a burger bar, so it is what it is, but at least the building is in a nice place in Carmel. Service: You order at the counter/register, and they bring the food to your table. Service was prompt. Those three categories were all good, but I think this was just a case where the whole seemed less than the sum of its parts. They do appear to offer boxes of sliders as a take-out item, so I may try that in the future.

When we arrived, the place was empty. We weren't even sure that they were open until we saw the kitchen staff behind the line. Upon entering, I saw a kiosk where you can place your order, but a woman emerged from the back to take our orders. Being that we weren't familiar with the menu, I told her that the kiosk might be easier. She insisted that it wasn't, and as I went on, I realized the same. The kiosk states that there is a $1.25 charge for the sauce on the side, but she explained that it comes with one sauce free of charge and additional sauces cost extra. We placed our order with her: A small Italian salad to share, the Fatty B calzone with the spicy marinara sauce and the Hot Mother Clucker calzone with the chipotle garlic ranch. We ordered them with the suggested sauces but also order the regular marinara and the garlic sauces on the side. We were given glasses for water (self-serve from the soda fountain) and also ordered a bottled beer and canned cider. By the time we were done ordering, a line had formed. The store was understaffed, which was explained to us later, so we had to exercise patience. We didn't receive our beverages until after the calzones were delivered. Before that, we received our rather large, small salad. It was more than enough for two people. The woman had explained to us that it comes with 4 cups of lettuce plus the toppings. That information helped us make our decision to share. The space is large and we noticed cornhole boards to be used on the patio. Unfortunately, it was raining when we went, otherwise we would have played. The calzones were good and filling. Neither of us finished ours and had food to enjoy at home later that evening. The Hot Mother Clucker isn't very pizza-esque, but dipping it into marinara sort of brought it back into the fold. The suggested chipotle garlic ranch was a better pairing indeed. The salad bowl/plate is oddly shaped, which caused toppings to being spilling off the sides. When it was brought to our table, the woman tried saving the toppings by wedging them between the order slip and her fingers and dumping them back onto our plate. I stopped her. I wasn't trying to be rude, but I don't want to eat food that a stranger's hands have touched. I explained this to her. She tried to assure us that she washes her hands constantly throughout the day, but she'd just come over from the register without a handwashing break. Just let the toppings fall where they may! Let's keep it hygienic.

I was craving a sub, but in my rush to order before a work meeting, I mistakenly ordered a half sandwich. When I say sandwich, I mean meat and cheese between two slices of multi-grain bread...AND cut in half! I was so upset with myself. Not only did it not satisfy my craving, but the bread was slightly soggy. It was quite literally falling apart - maybe from the oil and vinegar if that was still included.
