I'm not sure what happened here. This used to be a very friendly environment day or night. The staff was always welcoming and warm when you walked in. Very attentive when ordering but definitely not this time. The girls taking orders were moody and seemed like they hated being there. They were only laughing and smiling when they weren't speaking to customers. The guy making the pizzas was behind and frustrated since he was the only one throwing them in the oven. He had to continuously check the names to make sure he was placing the right pizzas with the right order. I get people get tired but this was right after opening. The only one that smile and greeted was the guy making the dough. Customers look for friendly faces and a welcoming environment. I don't know where that went. read more

Came here on Halloween 2021 evening and it was wild. I could tell the whole place had just gotten rocked. There was trash piled up on top of trash cans and even in the circle holders where condiments would go, no ice for drinks, no ranch to go. Behind counter there were dishes piled up in mountains, and cheese was thrown all over the place. Staff seemed exhausted because of the tornado of guests that had come through, and the line didn't seem to end. The pizza was tasty but took about 45 minutes to get though the line and enjoy it. Corp better give the people working this night a big gift because I'm sure sales were great but at the price of the staff being worked to the bone. read more

Yeah, this was some of the worst service I've received in awhile. There was a somewhat long line when we walked in and the people working on the line were so slow that it took THIRTY MINUTES from when we walked in to when we finished ordering. Also, while we were ordering, the guy building my pizza and the others on the line were all joking with eachother, talking about what they were doing after work, etc WHILE I was trying to order. He even interrupted me in the middle of me ordering to start a conversation with the next guy in line and make a joke with him. Not to mention he was just throwing the ingredients in a pile in the middle of the pizza not evenly at all. When they put our order in the oven, they lost track of whose pizza was who and gave us the wrong pizzas, then lost one of our pizzas. Then when we finally got our pizza it was watery and soggy because the people making the pizzas didn't drain any of the ingredients that were sitting in water. Really awesome first time visit to Blaze Pizza. Each staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful and Jordan especially delivered exceptional service (thank you)! Blaze pizza offers some of the best pizza I have personally tasted, and I only got a simple pizza! The arugula and fresh fruit salad was most definitely delicious and I have been craving that in the days that followed my visit. One thing to note, though, is that that atmosphere inside was pretty loud. If you are attempting to have lunch with a friend and wish to converse, it's pretty difficult to do. We moved to the outside patio, and while it was better, it was almost as equally loud with all the hustle and bustle of being located right off of Indian Hill Blvd. and that it was lunchtime. Nonetheless, great first visit and a wonderful addition to The Village and I look forward to returning. read more

We ordered our pizzas on a Saturday night and the crew working there seemed very new and one young man was rather rude. I ordered a white top and the person who was helping me asked what kind of sauce I wanted. The person helping with the 2nd pizza was in a hurry and didn't ask if we wanted anything else on it. While waiting, I noticed one of the young guys was pretty rude. Some of his coworkers ask for help and he either refused or asked someone else to do it. On top of that, one of the female workers had to ask him to stop swinging the big pizza stick around so she wouldn't get hurt. Our pizzas sat for about 8 minutes before we got it because the girls in front of us kept asking for more things. We asked to have the pizza reheated and they refused. At any Blaze it's all the same pizza so where I go is the closest one. This location is the worst customer service and wait time since they reopened after pandemic. There were 3 people in front of us and it took 30 minutes to take my order while I watched them make pizza after pizza from online orders. Then we waited another 30 minutes to get it from the oven. I'm very very disappointed with the lack of quality and service at this location. It used to be so amazing and everyone was super friendly and kind to all their customers! They seem to have switched their team and got a new crew. The person baking the pizzas must be on drugs or something I kid you not. He makes like at least 2 mistakes per pizza. Every single time I order he does something wrong to my order and or to another customer. Finally, they are very understaffed and do not care about serving us. Their were only 2 people in front of me and I was waiting 45 minutes until I got my pizza!! Unbelievable. Save your time and earned money, go somewhere else. P.S. I will be emailing corporate about the poor management and lack of quality customer service that their new team is giving us. read more

I'm sure if I JUST wrote Pizza 100 times on this review it would be acceptable on many levels! This magical place is happiness for a reasonable price. You create the pizza of your dreams, it goes into a oven, wait a few minutes, and when your name is called it's a great feeling knowing it's time to enjoy. They have a few beers on tap, a soda dispenser, and agua fresca.. *mango, pineapple, and lemonade* really good! I didn't try them all but they are there. The restaurant has a great staff. It's well maintained inside and out. Their ingredients are top notch. Plus parking isn't a mission to find. (We came here on a crowded Friday night so don't get discouraged). read more

Well, as the expected delivery time was coming up to it's time, they cancelled my order 5 minutes before the expected time. Downloaded The Blaze app on Pi Day and have been using it since last April but stopped using it in the summer due to not so great customer service. I just went today to see if things have changed, but sadly they haven't. I ordered a half pizza and not one smile was seen my entire experience. And when my pizza was ready, I heard the words "here you go" but when I walked over to pick it up and say thank you, his back was already turned facing the oven. I'm keeping the receipt in case I am contacted about the experience. This would of been 1 star but I requested two different sauces on my pizza and he was able to do it for me which I really appreciated. My last huff is that the app doesnt let you order a half pizza ahead of time for pick up. only full ones. I would be by weekly if the app had that! read more

This place is my favorite BYO pizza spot! Maybe its the ingredients. Maybe its the staff, or the lemonade's they sell, but this is the best, hands down I like the build your own, and I'm pretty simple about it. Red sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, bacon, chicken, pepperoni, banana peppers, sautéed onions pineapple (which DOES BELONG ON PIZZA!), and buffalo and ranch drizzle. The nice thing about this place, is that it offers so many options for pizza. I can get a cheese pizza one day, and a white top the next. The arugula salad is super tasty too! Me and my boyfriend came in today and we ordered our pizza online at 7 pm. It said it would be ready at 7:18. We waited until 7:40 until we finally got our pizzas. We asked about our pizzas and the guy said "oh it's in the oven" and it wasn't. Then we asked for ranch and got told "sorry we're out" and I was staring at the bottle full of ranch next to all the other dressings. I got my pizza and it tasted like someone dumped salt on it and I found a hair in it.......I will not be returning. read more

Lets start with the attitude of the young employee that we first encountered... she was something else and acted like it we were wasting her time and it was too much to ask what types of crust they offered. Mind you, this was the first time I've ever been to this chain, so yeah, I had questions. She made it clear she hated her job and wanted everyone that walked in to be aware of that. But I did see that it was like a Subway, but for pizza so I was happy that I was going to be dealing with another person for my toppings. Oh snap, the topping girl was worse than the crust girl!! I was talking loud now, because these two were ridiculous in their behavior with serving customers! Started telling her what I wanted on my pizza...I was getting Canadian bacon and pineapple... so I ask for the bacon, some mushroom, blue cheese... and was informed at that point there was no pineapple. Well that whole pizza just went straight to hell because there's no coming back from that. So I had just those toppings, it was awful and probably one of the worst experiences and pizza I've ever had. The only reason I gave it even 2 stars is because the guy cooking the pizzas was working his ass off. Terrible Service. I tried ordering online and was stating things were out of stock. I called in at 1:15PM and the gentleman took my order and card info and said okay YOUR ORDER IS IN and will be ready in 13min. I informed him that I have 2 people who will be in there to pick it up for me cause they are Ordering there in person. He said okay no problem let them know your order is under your name. My 2 co workers are there waiting and was able to eat their pizzas there as they were waiting on my order. During this time they approached the workers TWICE about my order and finally by 1:50PM they tell them that MY ORDER WAS NOT PUT IN AND BARLEY STARTED PREPARING MY ORDER. And as for the INCONVENIENCE they gave them a free drink? How is that suppose to compensate for the time loss at work for my coworkers. Usually a go-to spot. When I visited Blaze I saw that they now have crusts that are gluten free but NOT vegan as milk is used in all of their crusts. My girlfriend is BOTH vegan and gluten free, so there are no longer any pizza options for her to eat here. We used to love coming here together. read more

What an awesome addition to the Claremont Village! Fresh, warm, custom pizzas for about $8.25. They are delicious and affordable. There are so many toppings in which to build your custom Pizza, and the are many healthy choices. I like that the crust is thin and very tasty. There are also some excellent healthy salads too. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is fun and casual. This place will be a regular stop for my family from now on. Blaze Pizza is really going to hurt Pizza and Such in the village, which has gotten ridiculously expensive. Thanks for coming to Claremont! read more

The staff at this location didn't seem superrr friendly, as I've experienced at other locations. The guy taking the orders was pretty calm and didn't speak loud enough. Unorganized. Workflow needs to be adjusted. See too many employees standing around. Customers in line should be priority than online orders. Have somebody work on online orders and another do customer orders. Asked for napkin from a female employee and she rudely said to hold on. I kept staring at her for the minutes. She was cutting pizza and moving on to the next pizza. I then asked a male employee and got me the napkin right away. This is place is usually packed so when I saw the line was minimal I was pretty happy to walk into Blaze feeling the heat of the fresh oven and smelling their fresh ingredients hungry for some pizza but not wanting to have any guilt from the dough. I got a bbq chicken pizza with regular dough for the wife topped with tomato and mozzarella cheese and I got the same but with the healthier type of dough. The pizza was made to order since I placed it in an app and asked for a s'more to go. The jar it was placed in says that they're freshly made but was proved wrong upon my arrival to my house. Pizza was good. That's about it. S'mores were not fresh they had been sitting for a couple of hours. BUT I will say that they make a darn good cauliflower crusted pizza for those oof is watching the pounds. read more
