Super good, great concept. Problem is the long line! We waited 45 minutes just to order! Sure, it's only in the the oven for two minutes, but it's getting it in the oven that's the challenge. So, fast forward. We're visiting Disney World and we find ourselves at Disney Springs. There's a Blaze and I really want something cheap for the whole family. I'm super worried about the line based on my experience with the Farmington location. Holy cow, this place was super fast. Dare I say 'blazing fast'? Why can't Farmington be this fast? It was in a long line, too! The Disney one had TWO stations to take orders. TWO. This place needs to do likewise. Also, please staff more employees who are older than 18. I'll return because the "build your own" is a screaming deal when you pile on the toppings. Oh, pay the extra couple bucks and get the deep dish crust. It's basically two crusts. I have been here a few times already. The pizza is great, but expect a long wait if there's a line. Today it took me 45 minutes from getting into the line and receiving my pizza. I would be okay with this if this was a sit-down restaurant, but it's not. It's like Chipotle, where you go through a line and you choose the ingredients that you want. I understand that the pizza does take 3 minutes to cook. But a 45 minute wait is unacceptable. I expect the wait time from getting in line to receiving my pizza to be about 15 minutes, and no more than 20. read more

The Blaze is amazing! It is like your local Pizzaria got married with Subway. Fast, fresh and customized Pizzas! The line was a little long, but that is the sign of a good restaurant! The Pizza was amazing, but it was the customer service that put it over the top! Ashley (I think that was her name) gave me suggestions as I made my Pizza, and the Avery was super helpful and fun to talk with as he cooked it! Worst service ever, 50 min for 4 pizzas. I ordered the simple pie and was asked a handful of times what I wanted in it. The simple pie is sauce and cheese.... The kid operating the oven was also running the cash register so pizzas kept getting sent back because they were burned. Horrible. read more

What really got me was how custoker oriented the workers are and hiw hard they try to make sure the pizza is just right. Wow, there were 6 people behind the counter and boy were they all disorganized, slow, inattentive and lacking decent customer service. We waited 30 minutes when there was no other person ahead of us. To top it off, our order was wrong twice. The first time we returned it back after the young female worker noticed that we didn't get our chicken. So props to her for taking it back to have it fixed. Then when our food arrived again, they forgot another ingredient- the arugula. It was overall a very poor experience. It appeared that all the male workers were more chatty and focused on each other, even while the line behind us filled up they were still engaged in their personal conversations away from customers (that everyone could hear). The cashier was aloof and cold. Hardly a smile or greeting. It was not a very friendly, inviting and professional environment. Hopefully, management will address these issuses if they value their customer satisfaction and buisiness. read more

This was one of the worst experiences customer service wise I have ever experienced. Having a LOT of experience with customer service and business with my own jobs and running my own businesses, I know how to successfully run a business. I came here on recommendation from my sister with high hopes from what she said about the other Utah location she went to. I came here with my sister, each of us ordering 2 pizzas each. There was only 1 person to greet us and to prepare our pizza dough. It took 15 minutes for the guy to press the dough and get it prepped to put the toppings on. Then it took him another 5 minutes to put the sauce and cheese on our pizzas. Then as more people got in line he called some people up front from the back and 6 MORE PEOPLE CAME TO THE FRONT! it took another 10 minutes for them to finish our toppings and ring us up while our pizza cooked. The guy that rang us in screwed up the system in order for my sister to scan her member card to earn points. Then my sister saw that her coupon for free high rise dough was gone. Then 5 people AND the manager all gathered around to solve the problem of her coupon going missing leaving 4 people in line waiting. After figuring out that the people weren't listening to the correct problem at all, the manager said there was nothing she could do for the employee accidentally charging full price for the high rise dough AND still taking the coupon. The manager then said "we can't do anything for you, sorry". And that was it. Then when the pizza came out of the oven, the guy that boxed our pizza was extremely grumpy, and put arugula instead of olive oil on my sisters pizza and then used tongs to pull it off, pullin off all of the cheese and toppings in the process. Then cut the pizza very horribly into unequal pieces. The same thing happened with my pizza, except when I asked for balsamic glaze he DRENCHED my pizza in the glaze. My pizza is very soggy. By the time we entered the restaurant and left, it was around 35/40 minutes to get our pizzas to go. This place should take no more than 10-15 minutes MAX to get pizzas ready. If the owner sees this review, I would LOVE to talk to him about possibly being the new manager for this place because you honestly can make this a much more profitable location than it is. The manager also was not appropriately dressed or self maintained to be a manager either. Bright green colored hair, tattoos and piercings and a extremely uncooperative and rude attitude. You definitely need to either clean house, or get a new manager than knows how to run a restaurant and teach employees about customer service, time and efficiency. I am not a rude person whatsoever, however it aggravates me to see a place with such high potential, be ruined from poor management and customer service. read more

Pizza was good, but management doesn't seem to be good. Manager kept taking pizza maker and telling them to cashier, and then told them they don't know how to fill out the tickets. Pizzas came out at different times, and they made you feel like you might not be getting the right pizza. Hopefully they will get their system right before people get turned off to the chaos read more

Went when they ran out of almost everything we wanted. The staff were rude and not very accommodating.

Been there twice. First time ordered 2 pizzas. One was great, the Art Lover, the second, a simple pie, was burnt. They remade it but only one worker was cooking, cutting, and serving while the place was packed. There should be more than one person doing all of that. Pizza was amazing!! The second time we went they were not making the pizzas in order. Messes up the line if you order more than one. The person taking orders had walked away. Again the place was packed, the line went out the door. The lady making pizzas seemed very confused and was slopping sauce everywhere. She could barely spread sauce on the pizza. She splashed it all over the outer rim of the crust then she would use her glove to clean it off. She could have just put less and not made everything so messy. I asked for a little extra cheese. She gave me a blank stare and put less than normal. So I asked again "a little more cheese please." She put like two extra shreds on and pushed it down the row to the cooker. She was the only person making pizzas. Seems like alot of the staff was running around cleaning but it wasn't clean, tables were gross. Four workers were over by the beverage area. Very disorganized. We didn't like the pizza so much the second time around. It was over cooked and lacked cheese. I hope this place improves. It has great potential and the crust really is amazing...if it's not burnt. read more

I am just not impressed with the product at Blaze. They were very friendly and almost overly eager to to make me happy, even asking me if how they were making it was OK instead of just confidently making it. But the pizza was really one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Not that it tasted bad or was inedible but there was nothing good about it other than it cooked fairly quickly. But the reason it cooks quickly is because the crust is less than 1.0mm thick and there's very little on it to cook. That is no exaggeration. I got a BBQ chicken pizza and the chicken was scarce, the onions sparse, the peppers hard to find, and the sauce was very limited. I kept thinking that maybe because they were new they didn't know how to make them yet but as I looked around I saw other pizzas that looked the same. This is the first time I've bought a pizza for myself, didn't have any leftovers, and was almost as hungry walking out as when I went in. I'm sorry but unless they just had a bad day, there is no reason to go here. There are many other options for pizza that are far better and no more expensive. read more

What's not to like about a Naples, Italy, style pizza that you "build" yourself with fresh ingredients and watch cook in a 500 degree open flame oven? For under 10 bucks? A great idea and a good value. I'll be back (but will come during off times to avoid the crowds). A tip to speed things up: ask for a takeout menu which lists ingredients, circle what you think you'll want, then you'll know exactly what to use when your turn comes. Trying to choose from so many options cold turkey can be intimidating and time consuming. The people waiting in line behind you will appreciate your preparation! If you don't like making decisions, they have an assortment signature pizza's with preselected ingredients. Also available: less expensive all cheese cheese or single asingredient options are there as well. The pizza's are smaller than a Little Caesars but bigger than the typical Individual pizzas. In other words, about right for a hungry guy or two people looking for a light lunch to share. read more

What has happened to blaze?. I had a few great experience prior but was not impressed this time around. The tables were dirty (had to clean my own), could not refill my drink (lemonades out), pizza was overcooked. I was not impressed with the demeanor the manager had with workers and even towards me.
