Blaze Pizza always hits! I haven't been to one of these create-your-own pizza places in ages and was so happy to go back! I always pile mine up with meat so I got pepperoni, chicken, and bacon. I added basil, jalapeños, ricotta, pineapple, mushrooms, and probably more. The portion size was perfect, because I was full for lunch, and was able to have a few slices leftover for a snack later on in the night. The only thing that shocked me was the price from inflation, because I haven't been back in years and they used to be ~$10.

Blaze crusts are all vegan according to their FAQ. Order your pie w/spicy red sauce, Daiya cheese , capers, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic & jalapeños. This is the best vegan pizza chain restaurant i've found ‼ Don't forget the buffalo sauce silly!!

Haven't had Blaze ever since the Elk Grove location closed down! Love their balsamic glaze and I was excited to try the hot honey too. It was delicious! Their high rise crust is so good, and loved how fluffy it was with each bite. I enjoy the variety of toppings here too, and service was quick. Will definitely be coming back now that I know there's a Blaze still nearby!

I think last time I was here was years ago the customer service was pretty bad then but now it's much better. Came pretty late, but they let us stay and enjoy our time Omar helped us out. He was great the pizza was delicious. Definitely will be back.

Today's visit was awesome, probably one of the best ever visits to this location. We were greeted and our order taken by Manager Teresa! Teresa represented Blaze Pizza in an excellent manner. We ordered two personal pizzas at which time Teresa suggested the special which included a small drink and dessert along with a personal pizza each. Pizza made to order and baked to perfection. The pizza was excellent, so many toppings to choose from. We were here for lunch to celebrate my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. Teresa gave her a free happy birthday gift card for a single personal pizza. Teresa's customer service was EXCELLENT, yes all caps. She was amazing, greeted and welcomed us and thanked us for stopping in.

Great pizza! Better than similar places and have not been as impressed with those as I was with the Blaze.

The Restaurant Owner stated it's imperative all customers MUST ORDER THE RACK OF LAMB ONE DAY IN ADVANCE especially, serving several people. The rack of lamb will feed only ONE PERSON possibly, two people; the rack of lamb only provides six pieces. Regarding my lunch I purchased on 6/9/2026: Today is 6/10/2026-I still possess ONE-HALF of my lunch, i.e., the serving portions of beef and lamb are surprisingly phenomenally huge and DELICIOUS, too!

It came with a tzatziki sauce and a baba ghanoush dip. The grape leaves were tender, and the filling was rich, but not too rich. I did like the baba ghanoush dip, I could taste the eggplant. I also had the beef and lamb Shawarma. Beef, lamb, veggies, tzatziki sauce, and their. Artichoke and pesto hummus. The sandwich was good, but I wasn't a fan of the flatbread. It reminded me basically of a tortilla. It would've been nicer if this could've been on a pita, instead of a flatbread. Also, the artichoke and pesto hummus, there was very little of it in the Shawarma. What little was good, but I could hardly taste it. That tzatziki itself was tangy and good. Not counting the DoorDash fees, I thought that the prices were a bit high. The food was OK. I'm glad I tried it.

The gentleman who runs the place, smiles, and says hi and calls me by name. Huh? I didn't recognize him at first. It's the same gentleman who used to run Thani smile on Coloma. I used to go in there all the time. Not only that, his wife still remembered what my usual order was. They've always been just great, friendly people. I decided to start with something that looked very interesting. Quail egg wontons. I have never seen that anywhere. For my main course, I decided to go with the pumpkin curry. The wontons were the bomb. The wonton wrapper was not greasy at all, and the quail eggs, I loved them. The yolk was rich, creamy, and so flavorful. They are smaller than chicken, eggs, obviously, so they pack a lot more flavor into that tiny yolk. It also came with a sweet chili dipping sauce, that again did not have too much heat. The sweet and the heat played off of each each other perfectly Just a totally wonderful dish. The pumpkin curry was also good. The veggies were good, I could definitely taste both the pumpkin and the curry, and it was not too spicy. It had just a little bit of a "kick", nothing did overlook the flavor of the food. Well, within what I like for spice. It also had chicken in it, which was also moist and tender. Both dishes were a total home run, and I had enough of both left to take Home for a second meal. The people that run this place are so nice, the food is amazing, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Head over here! I know I will be back. Thanks.

I'm staying at a nearby hotel for a trade show I'm involved in and didn't feel like traveling far and everything else was fast food and this was a sitdown place so that's why I decided to go there despite the fact I knew it was not high end. The food was priced well there was lots of people and so I knew everything was relatively fresh, but I just had to laugh when my Dish arrived. I settled on the flank steak and shrimp combo platter no mashed potatoes. I opted for veg instead and no cornbread or buns since I'm trying to be keto. I also got a glass of wine, which was happy hour prices and very reasonable when my Dish arrived. It was hilarious instead of a steak. It looked like a cow penis! It tasted fine although it was a little past the "medium" I had requested. They delivered it with a bottle of A1 sauce without me requesting it. that further indicating this is a very basic basic restaurant since at fine dining establishments with steak they are offended if you order A1 sauce! I happen to like A1 sauce even with nice steaks and so I just had to chuckle, but I did like my A1 sauce! The shape was just hilarious. I wish it would've just been round or square or flat or something anything but a penis shape!
