I did like this place but they seriously blew it today. They got behind on an Internet order of like 35 pizzas and then the line grew exponentially. I gave my order and asked the first guy if I could go grab a seat before paying. He said it was fine. I go to pay and the sweaty kid ringing me up very rudely, loudly told me I cut the line. I got tons of glares. I waited my turn to place my order, so no I didn't jump the line and I was told I could. I'll take my business to Pieology from now on. Part II Management contacted me in response to my review and sent me two free pizza gift cards. I went to the Roseville location and received prompt excellent service. I'll try the Gold River location next. Hopefully it's a good experience. read more

Great food and the workers were very friendly. The issue I have is with how they process online orders. If you show up to a location and stand in line there will be the people in front of you (obviously) that go first. However the issue I have is every person in line is a lower priority than an online order that is printed at any time. Our party of 4 arrived and had 5 people in front of us in line when we walked in. By the time it was our turn to tell the worker our crust type we had already stood in line for 30 minutes. I realized as we were waiting that the hold up was any time a new order was printed the worker took that order before taking the next walk in customer. Right before it was our turn to order I saw 4 tickets print and the worker processed them before us. But technically an online order placed at that moment should have to wait in line for us. I guess the easiest solution to never stand in line again is just to order online next time. But it just seems like a bad system that penalizes walk in customers in such a way. After we placed our order the process was quick and as I said earlier every employee we dealt with was very professional and friendly and the food was great too. My solution (not that anyone asked me) is to either a) not allow walk-in orders or b) have a digital screen for walk-ins that places your order and secures your place in line, perhaps it could even give an estimate to when your food would be ready so you could go shop while you wait. read more

I'm not sure what time this location closes right now (granted Covid) but we got in at 8:30, my fiancé asked for bbq sauce on top. The cheese wasn't even cooked enough to melt through and no BBQ on top. When she asked the man on the oven (looked like the manager) the way he was bossing the other two employees around. He was super rude to his co workers, ignored the customers deliberately and was rude enough to the group outside leaving behind us for them to chat about it and us overhear and confirm the terrible service. read more

Was fortunate enough to attend their grand opening elite event, where they spoiled us with a thorough pizza explanation, olive oil tasting, and all we could eat pizza smores and salads. Fantastically friendly. Made another trip afterwards to see what the normal experience was like, and was still very pleased. However the location is a bit out of the way for me so I can't promise to stay a regular... Blazing fast pizza made your way, where the bottleneck is the indecisiveness of the customers than the actual cooking of the meal itself (I am guilty also). Plenty of topping options, plenty of smiles as it goes down the assembly line. Sometimes the flavors get mixed though (eg my friend behind me could taste abit of my gorgonzola on hers) so I'd suggest a serving spoon for some of the stronger toppings. Don't let the flatbread dough fool you, for $7.75 its an extremely filling meal. And it doesn't taste as greasy as your standard fast food pizzas. Enjoy :) read more

Well, what shall I say about this place other than they are plagiarizing Blast pizza!!!! I mean they have almost the same exact set up and definitely the same concept, almost to the exact amount you pay for the pizza. Their logo is even very close to Blast Pizza. Copy cats! It was salty and the sauce is to sweet, plus the crust was soggy and I could barely stomach just one piece, and yes, you guessed it, I fed the rest to my dogs. My daughter who loves pizza of all sorts, and is a little foodie herself didn't even finish hers. She might have ate 2 pieces, I don't remember. This place is located on Golden Centre Lane along a line of several "gold" named streets. That's exactly what this place is -- GOLD. Jennifer helped me & made my pizza and she was perfection: attentive, fast, kind, and a smile that light up the room. The food: Freaking delicious! The crust is light but chewy perfectly golden. I got the pesto sauce and it was a little mild for me but I loved my pizza and ate every last bite. One thing I loved is the drink selection, they have agua fresca!! The only tiny flaw is the amount of bird activity in the area. Maybe it's just my visit but the birds are creeping on my pizza and darting onto the patio and there are feathers floating on the wind zzz but whatever that's clearly not the restaurants fault. Their topping selection is great with three different sauces, gluten-free crust option, A variety of cheeses including a vegan option, and a plethora of both meats and vegetables as well as seasonings. Thin crust. Cooks in 180 seconds. New Yorker approved They have a high volume of staff and everyone is extremely attentive. Beer and wine are available with a small but decent selection of beers to choose from considering it's a pizza place I don't expect a huge variety. Fountain drinks including a very delicious blood orange lemonade which was a huge hit for my kids and I both! Definitely recommend! Food was delicious. I went in to pick up my online order and there was a man (possibly a cowboy? He had a dorky white hat on) in there with no mask. The workers were happy to offer him an alternative way of ordering, as to not get the other guests sick. The man threw a fit and had to leave. I would have definitely given five stars had the cashier not been so awkward about taking my roll of quarters as part of my payment. She acted like I was trying to get away with something and at first asked me if it was their roll of quarters!!! I just pulled it out of my purse to pay for the food and how in the world would I have taken a roll quarters from them?! Totally absurd. I was a bit shocked and put off by that, but it's not going to keep me from coming back. I highly recommend she be coached on her customer service skills. Coin is still a form of currency and they were rolled up for crying out loud. It's not like I just handed her a handful of change to count even though that should still be acceptable as ridiculous as it might have been. It was totally unprofessional and rude of her to make me feel like my money wasn't good enough because I was paying with coin. I love the build your own pizza concept- I'm not sure why it took so long for someone to think of it. I've tried Blaze, Pieology, PizzaRev, and Fired Pie (in AZ) and Blaze is by far my favorite. They have a great selection of ingredients (one of the few places with goat cheese) and I really like their crust and white sauce. They can get pretty busy at times, but the staff does their best to keep the line moving quickly. The hubby and I only live about 5 minutes away and Blaze is the perfect go too for when neither of us really want to cook, or when we don't want to spend the money for Round Table. We always only order one pizza and split it. They make it super easy to be able to order a half and half so we both get what we want. For us splitting the pizza leaves us perfectly content. I've eaten here a few times. The parking has never been an issue. As you walk in you're usually greeted if they're not busy that is. The line has never been busy. They ask you if you're familiar with their ordering method. It's simple. You choose your dough size and they just walk you through it. My advice - don't feel shy. If you want more cheese just ask. If you want more meat or other toppings just ask because if you don't repeatedly ask you get very very very little! Even when you ask them to give you more of something they still give you just a little tiny more . I'm sure it's just the way they were trained to keep the cost down. So, again, just keep asking! I enjoy my pizzas. They come out pretty good. The place is usually very clean. I usually avoid sitting outside because of the darn flies! One thing I don't like about this company in general is their reward system. You need to download their app! Why can't it be just like other places where you just give them your phone number and everything is there?! Last time I was there I mentioned that to the manager and she said they were aware of the problem and the corporation was working on a better and simpler way to reward their returning customers other than their cumbersome app. So that made me happy.
