We just moved to the area and we're looking for something to eat! This place was on the list. We were greeted by the owner whose name is Mark. Super friendly guy. Welcomed us. He informed us of the menu and gave us some recommendations. He always mentioned how they do like a trivia night with a DJ or something along the lines every week so that was nice. The inside is really nice and well kept. We ended up ordering the combo pizza and wings! The pizza was really good and fresh. You could tell the ingredients were good. I hate eating pizza and it's salty. But this was just perfect. I'm not a big pizza fan but this pizza was good and I would come back again! Overall you should give this place a chance and try it out! My wife recently picked up a phone order from Go4 Pizza, and it was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. She walked in, politely said she was there to pick up an order, and when asked whose name it was under, she immediately gave her name. The owner then asked whether it was a phone or online order, but before she even had a chance to answer, he abruptly cut her off and said, "I need to know if it's a phone or online order," in an impatient and rude tone. After she told him it was a phone order, he claimed there was nothing under her name. He then checked the online orders and again insisted there was nothing there, all while continuing to speak to her in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. Believing there had been a mistake, she stepped outside to call me and confirm the order location. While she was on the phone, the owner came outside and told her they had found the order. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, he immediately began lecturing her, saying this was why they needed to know the name on the order. She calmly responded that she had given the name from the very beginning, yet he continued talking down to her instead of simply acknowledging that the mistake was on their end. What made the situation even more upsetting was that there were several customers inside who witnessed the interaction. My wife said they looked visibly uncomfortable and appeared shocked by the way the owner was speaking to her. It was obvious she wasn't the only one who felt his behavior was unnecessarily disrespectful. To make matters worse, there was no apology, no thank you for our business, no offer of napkins or plates, and they even forgot to include the ranch that came with our order. Customer service matters just as much as the food. No customer deserves to be treated with impatience or spoken down to, especially after providing the requested information from the very beginning. There was absolutely no reason for my wife to be treated the way she was. Unfortunately, the food itself was mediocre and certainly not worth enduring that kind of experience. We will not be returning, and I sincerely hope the owner learns that showing customers basic respect is just as important as serving pizza. read more

Ordered a Cheese Pizza for my son on takeout. The support team was very helpful in getting the order placed. For a 10" pizza it only took 30 minutes. The pizza was full of sauce and cheese on top and crispy on the bottom. The crust is both bready and crisp. Like a good quality bread. We will be back. We ordered a medium go 4 pizza combo, a go 4 pizza salad and 6 piece lemon pepper wings. The food came out pretty fast! The salad was one of my favorites. I have loved Go4Pizza since they opened, but last 2 times pizza has not been that good. Has something changed in last month or so? Skimped on the sauce, very little cheese, and did not have the taste and quality I expect. Ordered a cheese pizza one time, and the meat lover the next. My other favorite is the Rancho chicken, if that one has also fallen in quality, it will be my last visit. The people working did not seem to care if they worked. Only pizza spot near Anatolia area. Next closest is about 5 miles out. Pizza isn't bad. I've never had a real complaint about the pizza and all my toppings were always good. Pizza is always fresh to-go. I've never dined in. The only thing that makes me not want to go back is customer service. I've only ever ordered pizza from here for dinner. But there never really seems to be any customer service. Bartenders seems to only care about their bar customers, too busy chatting with them. BOY was it something We first were treated almost as if we should have known everything they had to offer as if we were regulars but in reality we were passing through the area. There was a very flamboyant fellow who spoke to us in such a rude matter it was as if he had an immediate hate for us. He was very quick to snap and basically rush us with any questions we had. I work nearby so I ordered online for pickup; love that their online ordering system allows for you to order before they open. Super convenient considering I have a limited amount of time for lunch. I just got a thin crust 10" with pepperoni and it was better than a lot of big pizza chains! In the notes for my online order I asked them to arrange the pepperonis in the shape of a heart (I said no worries if they couldn't) and they actually did it! Friendly local pizza place. I come from a family of 7 gluten free people. It's hard to find a pizza place we can trust and tastes good. We just moved into the area so far one of our first orders of business was to find our pizza spot. It was not difficult. Walked in and was greater by the employees. Place had families and kids running around which I loved. Bar had ciders and the menu had two types of gf. They promptly let me know one of their overs were down and they were out of one of their crusts. I decided to take the one they had and knew the wait would be a bit. One of their staff came over and asked all kinds of questions just getting to know me. She also knew everyone's names who walked in. It felt like "Cheers" back in the day. We have come here multiple times over the years and the service has continually gotten worse. The owner, on several occasions, spoke to our kids rudely and treated us and other customers very poorly. They lost our business, our kids sports team events and any work related events. Reading the comments, this appears to be a theme. Pizza is eh, maybe 3 stars. Not worth it. Reply to Donna: appreciate you reaching out, however seeing that other comments discuss this as a theme dating back a while, I'd say your company isn't hitting the mark. I get home and open the box and all there was on this pizza was the add on's with no meat. This is ridiculous. They really could give a darn about what you order and bring home when you open the box.
