It is expensive, but with coupons and deals, it can become reasonable. If you've never had ricotta dollops on your pizza, I'd recommend you try some. My family and I walked over to pick up our large DoorDash order here on July 30, 2026 at 9:15 PM -- three large pizzas, cheesy bread, salads, and desserts, around $131. Food was fine. The service my sister-in-law received was not. Our order included napkins and utensils. When she asked for them at the counter, the employee was visibly annoyed, short, and dismissive with her. She was polite the whole time and was asking for things we'd already paid for. I was standing next to her and she was the only person in our group treated that way. It was noticeable enough that we talked about it afterward. I'll leave it to management to look into why. Two stars. read more

About twenty years ago, restaurants specializing in mass customization of pizzas became a thing. A lot of entrants in the category came and went. Blaze Pizza (as a brand) is a survivor. I have never eaten at this location before; if I had a previous experience with the brand, it has been more than 15 years. On this occasion, I ordered their signature spicy pepperoni pizza ($13.99) and a canned beverage ($3.79). With tax ($1,82), my ticket was $19.60, before gratuity. I have to admit I didn't pay much attention to the pizza's description. I picked off the jalapeño peppers, but the brine and capsaicin still gave the pizza a bit of a zing. I enjoy pizza in all its forms and styles. This particular pepperoni pizza wasn't the best I've ever had, but it also wasn't the worst--it was just "ok". The store's location is good, and the dining area is comfortable enough. However, I ate there in the evening and couldn't help but wonder why two-thirds of the interior lights were turned off. Blaze pizza has been our favorite lately. This is the 2nd time we ate Blaze pizza this week. This time, we went to the one on Rosecrans in Hawthorne. The staff were friendly and they had a lot of toppings to choose from. We always get the build your own pizza which is a great value. You choose any toppings you want for like $13.99. this is my usual blaze and for the most part i've had a good experience when it comes to ordering in person. the one time i ordered online, the order was wrong and missing many toppings. this most recent in person visit was also a bit lacking. service was subpar. initially, the woman making my pizza was very thoughtful in the toppings with both placement and portion but then it was handed off to a an older man who wasn't as generous. whenever i asked for a topping, he'd grab maybe 3-4 pieces and toss it on one side of the pizza. when i asked for extra of anything, id have to ask maybe 3 times for just a regular amount any other person has ever put on my pizza :( tone was bad, attitude poor, ruined the rest of the experience read more

They have regular and spicy marinara and if you like your pizza thicker you can get it that was as well. The vegan cheese is good and I really like both versions of the sauce. They don't skimp on toppings even if you do build your own and add a little of everything. We had a bit of an issue only one time with the wrong cheese but they fixed the issue quickly and didn't seem to mind at all they just wanted happy customers. The parking is easy and the interior is always clean. The workers I've interacted with have all been nice. Come check them out. read more

A new day, a new Blaze. Love checking out all the various Blaze location while I am traveling around. This location has a big parking lot and it is right off the Freeway. Very easy to get in and out of and back on the Freeway. Been here a number of times, always have had a good experience. I order from the App so my order is ready when I arrive, so not much interaction other than the pickup. One guy did ask me why I was taking pictures through, actually the first time anyone has ever asked me. The guy behind the counter was friendly, got me extra oregano and chili flakes and my order was perfect. I like how this location actually cuts my pie into more slices, a small thing, but one I like. The decor is similar to most other Blaze pizza locations, so theme and concept, open and clean with lots of seating options inside and out. Decided to change up my order a bit today, regular crust, spicy red sauce, the fresh mozzarella and roasted garlic chunks, soo good. No vampires are getting near me. Enjoy! read more

I rarely go to Blaze but every time my daughter comes to town we always end up there . And I have to say that I am never ever disappointed. The service was fast but yet still very courteous. The restaurant was busy (it was a Friday , early evening) several families and some young people , the atmosphere was a really nice vibe . Our pizza was ready with a quickness. Normally when your pizza is ready they ask if you'd like any additional toppings. This was the first time that no one asked us , we had to ask for the toppings. They did it without hesitation but I think they would've been fine but having to do it and to keep their assembly line lining right along. It was my first time trying the cauliflower crust and I LOVED it!! You really couldn't taste a difference. Even though the lot is shared with several other businesses in the strip mall Parking is pretty ample . It's a pretty busy intersection/area but it's no biggie All in all it was a great experience If they'd offered us the toppings at the end I would've given 5 stars but since they didn't and we had to ask I'm deducting one star read more

Blaze Pizza Hawthorne sucks - I should have checked the stars & ratings before going - I ordered a build your own and wanted to add strawberries to my pizza - the guy in charge Chris denied the request- but get this they'll sell you a pizza with pickles . I guess now a days they'll let anyone be in charge -not to mention the wrong people. On a positive note Linda who made my pizza was super nice - as a matter of fact she was the only one who greeted me with a hello and a smile - she should give the rest of them lessons. RIP "One Topping, One Price" Pizza :(... Just tried to add a few extra mushrooms to my pizza--next thing I know, I'm being charged like I ordered truffle shavings flown in from Italy. I stopped by after work to use my free $5 from T-mobile Tuesdays. The only thing that is completely covered by the $5 are their chocolate chip cookies, s'mores cookie, or brownie. I skipped the pizza making line where I was a bit turned off by their cookie cutter looking crust. Something just appears in fresh and unexciting about that. The employees were a bit distracted and inattentive when I walked up to the register and I had to stand there awkwardly for a minute. Then I got my cookie with my coupon. They offered to warm it up, but I declined. And I walked off and enjoyed it at home. It was delicious :) they put salt chunks which perfectly compliment the sweet chocolate. I participated in a school fundraiser in trying this restaurant. I've passed by this pizza restaurant so many times and I am happy that I came here for the fundraiser. The restaurant was clean, upbeat, and very welcoming. Upon walking in, the workers are so welcoming and helpful. They helped me out when making the pizza and providing guidance. I also could not make up my mind and, the worker informed me that I could do half and half for my pizza. So, I had half pesto and half regular marinara sauce. I added sausage, pepperoni, onions, and bacon. I have to say both sides of the pizza were really tasty and the crust was great too! I also enjoyed that it didn't take long for the pizza to finish. I would recommend to take your time and look at all of the toppings that they have because the variety is large. I will be coming back to get another pizza soon. read more

I should've read the reviews first. The staff was unpleasant, zero customer service. The supposed meat lovers pizza had only 3 sparse not fully cooked looking meats on it. The cheese got solid very quickly after only 10mins on the table. I will never go back or recommend this place $45 for a large pizza that was a 3 on a scale of 1to10. Ahh, just as their namesake goes, they produce and fire up pizzas in a blaze of time. This happened to be on my delivery app choices of lunch time local eateries. Liked the prices and possibilities. Rolled with simple mozzarella, garlic and arugula for me. A fam member insists on having pineapple and olives on hers. Was diggin'mine for lunch and leftovers for dinner. Tasty! Fam member though is an avid fan of her other go-to corporate pizza place and isn't so open to places that are different from what she is accustomed to. Couldn't get her to be a fan of Blaze.
