Look before I comment I want to let everyone here know that I'm a very patient and understanding and I never leave reviews for places because it's not worth my time.. HOWEVER this place lead me to leave a review because of the horrible experience. I placed my order for a pick up at 8:15pm I was told my order should be ready for pick up at 9:15 I get there at 9:10 I was told my order wasn't s ready so I said cool whatever's I came in early anyways. 9:20 came around.. I said "hey what's going on.. "told me they were still working on it, it's cool it's busy for them. 9:30 came around I talked to a manger she advised me that there system was giving them issues and they were getting orders in until later Which is cool I understand I work in the same industry I can wait... than 9:50 came around order still not ready I spoke to the a kid up organizing the pizza's and he let me know the order came in at 9:00 and that it wasn't there fault because of there system.. which is fine... however it's been a whole 50 minutes since they got my ticket for my order. It shouldn't take that long for a simple 11 inch pizza. I than waiting a couple more minutes.. I than requested to speak to a manger and requested a refund she than came and said she will honor my refund however for future reference stay by the area where they set the pizza down, so that way her staff knows to work on it.. basically she's blaming me for her not being able to control her staff accordingly.. I told her I still don't understand how it's my fault when I already spoke to her I already spoke to her staff they knew I was waiting so why didn't they just hurry my making my pizza. Literally she made no sense... its not about me standing at the right section it's about her not getting on her staff accordingly and having no control of them. anyways she honored my refund but didn't offer anything else..it was such waste of time waiting over 50 minutes for a basic pizza that I didn't even get. I was definitely avoid this place.. A lot of kids that work here that don't take accountability or have no initiative. read more

My brother and i llllllloooooovvvvveeeee pizza and I would say this place is pretty dope and delicious!! The service was quick and the food was great! I got the meat eater which is one of their special pizzas and my brother got the "create your own" and made it Hawaiian! Overall we loved the place and give it five stars! read more

I came here with my husband and my daughter your employees have the worst customer service ever but most of all this place is very dirty and disgusting. Your employees cross contaminate. I watched your employee, making the food walk outside give a to go pizza to somebody with the same gloves, that he cuts the pizza with he never changed his gloves the vegetarian pizzas got cut with the same pizza cutters as the meat pizzas. This place is disgusting. I'm actually going to call the health department on this place. I would not recommend you eating here unless you do not mind cross contamination you do not touch the front door of the building with the same gloves that you are cutting your customers pizza and also pulling boxes out of the plastic making boxes and still no glove changing disgusting. Since the first time we tried Blaze we love coming here. This location has been awesome as well. Beware the weekend lines get pretty long especially for dinner. One particular time they had 2 people call out and the staff was still doing an amazing job. I couldn't believe the teamwork I was seeing even under the tremendous pressure of hangry guests. I have been in the service industry for a long time and it was nice to see people like Eileen who kept there cool and still maintained a smile with every guest. Megan has done a great job as well. With the build your own pizza concept I was a unsure of this concept at first. I decided to give it a try and it wasn't to bad. I like that fact that they have several varieties of sauces, cheeses, meats and vegetables some chain pizza doesn't offer. The fresh mozzarella and the ricotta alone were a welcomed surprise along with the fresh basil, simple ingredients but a staple for my pizzas. Building your pizza within a few minutes and only baking in the oven for a few more makes this a quick and satisfying meal. keep that in mind because even if there is a longer line it doesn't take that long once you get to start your order. read more

I have never had to deal with seeing such rude unprofessional act from a manager Alan. I hope I received the name correctly because I had to call to ask the name of the person whom was giving out the pizzas tonight. He belittled the ladies in front of others and customers. For a member of management if there an issue you should be able to delegate to make the line run smoothly. After all that he said to them. Then to talk bad about his staff to the customers as if that is not his team. You are a image of your team and company name to hold yourself at a better standard. I applause the young lady that did not choose to argue with him and continue to take care of business and asked for him to please do not speak to her for the rest of the night as should. I love this place and I understand first hand short staff and new employees learning but as managers you are a imagine of your leadership so if they are doing wrong so are you. Got in before the evening rush and scored the one topping pizza for 6.45! Made to order, the line crew was friendly, fast and efficient. The interior is modern, simple and basic. There's plenty of seating and fountain drinks ( coke products), blood orange lemonade and original lemonade. The service and experience first time here was stellar!! I enjoy trying new restaurants. I could not recommend any place without trying it first. Saw an ad in the paper about the location on Eastern...about 3 miles away. As luck would have it I received a free coupon in the mail for the one on ring road at the Galleria mall. This was about 4 pm on Wed. Walked in and there was a very small line which moved very quickly. Believe it or not there were 12 employees behind the counter literally shoulder to shoulder. Placed my order with the first person..who then moved the plate to the next person about 1 inch away..she placed the sauce ..then moved it to the next person..another inch away..and added the cheese...then to next person another inch away..to add more stuff...then again and again. They need to get rid of half or more of these pizza movers. The quality ?? What quality ??? Burnt edges..lack of taste. On the low end their product cannot even compete with a frozen product. Oddly enough the best pizza Napoli Pizza is located very near by. I would crawl on my hand and knees to go the distance from Blaze to Napoli. Additionally Napoli offers a large pie for the same price and a ton of lunch specials for $7.95. I can honestly say that I would have felt ripped off if I had to pay. Thank you for the free coupon. I'm a big fan of these make your own pizza spots. I was excited when I saw Blaze was coming into my neighborhood. I came during lunch. There was a short line but it moved quickly. I got a BYO Pizza, S'more Pie and Blood Orange Lemonade. For my BYOP I picked shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, mushroom, olive and garlic on regular crust. If you are like me and only get a few toppings you can ask them to put more on. My pizza was a little sparse. Still delicious but I could have used some a few more toppings. I understand why they do it. They don't know if I am going to add 20 more toppings to my pie. They heated up the S'more Pie for me when they baked my pizza. I thought that was nice. It wasn't anything special to me though. I would skip it next time. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Seems like they have a great staff. read more

My fiancé and I visited Blaze for the first time yesterday . It was amazing from start to finish !!!! We walked in and were serviced immediately . The greeter explained the menu with ease and guided us through the process . I requested a soft crust on my Meat Eater pizza (which they call "blonde") it came out great !!!! Our pizzas were out to us so quick ! Pizzas were $7.95 with endless toppings . They only make personal pizzas , which I loved ! Makes the ordering so easy. I also ordered a brownie - It was LIFE ! Friendly service. Reasonable prices (~$7-9 per pizza depending on toppings) for a pizza that is a little too big for one person. I liked the sauce and the super thin crust. Good selection of varied toppings for build your own pizzas, as well as some suggestions if the toppings are too overwhelming. Fast. (duh) A handful of decent pre-made salads....but I wish they made them to order so I could add chicken to the beet salad...for instance. I'm disappointed. The garlic knots were awesome. They were cheesy and flavorful. I got a pepperoni pizza and it was greasy, soggy, and had way too much sauce. We got a bbq chicken 11 in pizza and it was crunchy and had a great crust but was very bland with exception to the banana peppers. We gave it a shot, but we probably won't come back, unless for salads because those looked super fresh and probably pretty tasty. Value relative to price though? We heard they had good gluten free crust and the wife loves her some pizza. I have to say the pizza here is great! There is a big menu board with toppings, crust, ETC and they have some signature pizzas. The wife said her GF pizza was very good. I had the ART (artichokes, ricotta and tomatoes) and it was delicious. Pizzas came out in less than 10 minutes. The staff is super friendly too! The decor is very laid back and modern. EXTREMELY disappointed. We ordered food and we didn't get our entire order, all of our garlic knots are way undercooked, and they completely messed up the one pizza we did get(we ordered 4!!!) Tried contacting Blaze pizza immediately after delivery and a call center answered and said they could direct our call. After 3 attempts of them trying to reach the restaurant, they said they weren't allowed to connect us anymore because no one was answering the phone even though the restaurant was open for another couple of hours. I have gone here numerous amount of times and I have never been disappointed. All of the staff is super friendly and care about each of their customers. I have also never had any issues with how my pizza is made. I love how they make your pizza in front of you and make sure everything is exactly what you want and how you want it. I have brought a handful of friends here for lunch after we'd be out at the mall and they love it too. The last thing I want to add is the vibes I get while there. I LOVE how I feel when I am in there. It's so peaceful and laid back and that's my favorite when it comes to going places to eat.
