Awful customer service. They just opened and they dont take phone orders. So the girl says order through the website. I informed her I attempted many time and if she could please take my order. She asked her manager- so whichever manager is working now at 8pm on 7/5/18 has horrible customer service. I appreciate the girl on the phone at least asking. Then she said I have to download the app and to order through there because they aren't online yet validating my issues. The time it took you guys to go back and forth with me you could've taken my one pizza order. You already don't deliver and no phone orders. I would prefer to drive out of my way to the Claremont location than deal with people like you who could care less about one person. read more

The pizza here is really good for fast food pizza. They have a $5 lunch special that is just enough for one. The toppings taste great. I love the garlic herb oil on my pizza. Also, the last time I went there I ordered the $5 half pizza and they started making it but they started making a full size pizza. Since it was their mistake they gave me the full pizza for $5. read more

My boyfriend and I have been coming here consecutively for the past couple of weeks and we really like the pizza but what makes the experience so much better is the excellent customer service! We're always greeted by Sonia and her crew as we walk into the restaurant. They are super nice and and go out of there way to satisfy your hunger needs. Definitely our favorite place to dine. Just like anything, it takes time to make a good pizza. Even when there's a rush of customers, I feel like the time is reasonable considering the fact that is rush hour. Clean, good portions, awful service :(. About 5 customers in the whole store I waked in and probably waited a minute and watched the whole staff just look at me from the other side of the register. Came to La Verne location for first time. It was uneventful. One of the workers was bubbly and nice, explained the process. The other woman was skilled at the oven, but lacking in people skills. Great oven technician, but did not know how to smile or lighten up or joke around. The pizza was too greasy for me, but the customized build-a-pizza concept is what draws in customers. Some of the ingredients looked like it was sitting out a long time. I could have gotten same if not better pizza from any pizza joint. This is a GREAT place to get a MADE-TO-ORDER pizza. I like the fact that they will confirm the toppings and the serving sizes before moving on to the next steps. Their food is fresh and tasty. Today they were out the blaze is losing the customer and we are completely mad right now. Please updated the food and you're a damn pizza place. Had a pizza! First of all the place is roomy with music to listen to. Had the pesto sauce which was yummy on it with Spinach and purple onion and chicken and mushrooms and fresh garlic and it was cooked perfectly the right crisp. It takes way to long to order. The service as others have pointed out is super slow. The whole setup makes no sense. One guy takers orders and the whole thing gets bottle-necked by the building process. There needs to be more people making pizzas so the toppings process takes less time. Also I don't need to be asked after every step if the toppings are good. Make a standard and follow it. That feedback step makes everyone else wait longer than needed just to prevent a minimal feedback item about poor toppings. If people don't like the topping amount they will speak up. POOR Customer Service!!! Order placed at 1:28pm. I have a 4:45pm pick up time. OVER a 3 hour window. Now, I arrived at 4:44pm. I went to the counter and I told the worker that I am there for an online/ internet order. Without asking my name, his response was: We are preparing your pizza's now. When I asked why the delay, he proceeded to tell me that they were very busy, very long line. I told him I ordered the pizza over 3 hrs ago... he replied with a giggle and apologized. I understand a pizza takes 12-15 minutes to bake. I understand we all get busy and things are delayed. I understand that patience is a GOOD thing but when you order ahead and also PAY ahead, you expect to be ahead of everyone else and pick up your order on-time. read more

There were literally only 3 people in front of me today at 4pm on a Friday, and I waited 10 MINUTES and STILL hadn't been helped. Something needs to be done. I have been to this location before and most of the time it has been a good experience. Tonight I just had the worst experience I think ever at a restaurant. We ordered online, they charged our credit card. They called us and said they were out of all the pizza dough that we requested. The guy there told my husband he will just have to go to a different place. My husband said well what about the refund? This guy tells him he's too busy right now and he'll have to call back. That is the worst customer service to tell the customer that he's too busy to help a customer after they have already paid. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. The guy doesn't put me on hold and I can hear him talking to two other guys in the background saying that someone wants to talk to the manager and the other guy says tell her I'm busy . When I told him that's unacceptable and I need a refund the other guy starts talking bad about me. I've never seen such unprofessional staff anywhere . I told him that I could hear him and all of the guys in the background and then he cuts me off and just put me on hold for a very long time. Then someone else picks up the phone and asked me what I want. I told him I just want a refund an email showing that I got it because I already bought new pizzas from a different one. He then puts me on hold and never answers again. I still don't have a refund and they took my money without giving me any food. I'm just shocked at the poor customer service. I run a business and if my employees acted like this they would be fired. So disappointing. read more

I went here and waited 15 minutes to get my order in which is fine since they seemed low staffed and these five girls in front of me were taking forever to order. I was even patient when I waited over 20 minutes for my food to be ready. What was not acceptable was how badly they burnt my garlic knots and the guy clearly could see it but he handed it to us and pretended he had not and we opened it up and pointed it out but we were already crunched on time and did not want to wait another 10-15 minutes for new one and rather than offer a refund for them the woman working there gave me two coupons (one for a free pizza, and another for a discount) but when I got home and really looked at these coupons I realized they were both expired. This is unacceptable. I love Blaze Pizza and have never had a problem with any location except this one. I will never be back to this location again. read more

This is one of the restaurants I try to support during the height of Covid. This location and several others. Unfortunately the location is so tied into it's crappy app that ordering becomes very problematic. Rewards points for almost a year but can never redeemed them. When I hit redeem it always says not available for this order I really only want a soda and thought that I had earned it by buying many pizzas. Today after going through the menu and picking my delivery time... ASAP and adding my credit card because the app has not saved it from the previous eight times and attempting to redeem my points at the very end I was told that the asap time was too busy and to pick another. I did even though I was sitting in front of the restaurant. unfortunately all the information including the order and my credit card info. Was now gone. I am no longer sitting out in front of Blaze pizza and I probably won't ever again. The pizzas here are pretty good but not good enough to fight a bad app read more

Their pizza is very good. 1 pizza is The perfect size for 2 people or one very hungry person. The toppings and ingredients are fresh and the price is pretty good. The only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars is because the employees at this location clearly don't like their jobs and aren't very friendly or sociable. With the exception of the girl preparing the dough, she was very sweet and did her job with a smile on her face. I would definitely eat here again. read more
