These people are the bomb.com when it comes to to-go orders. We placed our order online but I had forgotten to add some crucial ingredients, but it wasn't an issue at all! I called them and they fixed the situation right away. When I showed up, they not only had everything prepped and ready but they also reassured me that all the ingredients made it on the pizza. Always been a fan of Blaze Pizza. Getting to micro-manage the making of your pizza is a guaranteed way to get what you want. And it only takes 5 or 6 minutes to fast-fire it. I've been waiting an hour for a fast food pizza. The line was extremely long, partly because they are so slow. There is a serious lack of management, they are understaffed and the current clearly system isn't working. They also had no gluten free crust even though it's on the menu. Very, very poor customer service. Lots of young, hip teenagers working looking busy, but none of them seem the least bit concerned with customers standing there confused. Apparently the pickup system consists of a young woman yelling out a name. If you do not hear or understand what she said you may wait another 15-20 mins like I did. Blaze Pizza - Salad Near Me - La Verne, California

Always a terrific taste and experience when it comes to both food and staff respectively... but I have a definite concern since this location reopened post-COVID shutdown. This business allows for customers to dine-in and by the looks of things, has done an excellent job of adhering to (and exceeding) the guidelines set forth re: sanitizing, etc. In that regard, I feel both safe and comfortable as a patron. What I don't understand is how any establishment which is serving dine-in food and beverage cannot offer restroom access to its clientele. Not only does this seem unreasonable but in fact during our last visit proved problematic for one of my children. Indeed, were it not for the near proximity of a Target that DOES offer public restrooms, we would have dealt with an "accident" situation! We have recently patronized a number of food establishments in the local area, and this is the ONLY one that does not offer restroom access that I can find. Even grocery and clothing stores do!! The question is: why doesn't this restaurant? If it means additional cleaning procedures be effected, then that should be a process worth undertaking for the greater good of the public. And lastly, if the restrooms are closed... wherein do the employees go when nature calls? I call for ownership or management's prompt reply and speak for a number of friends/family when I say that we will not continue to patronize Blaze in La Verne if, when dining in, we are expected to travel to a different location to use the restroom before, during or after our meal! read more

Husband and I love Blaze pizza but DO NOT go to this location. We wanted something quick to pick up on my way home from work. Husband calls and orders for pick-up. Came about 30 min later to Blaze and asked for "Seth's" order, the guys said it's almost ready. 15 min later, he calls out order for "Stephanie". I followed up again and apparently there was no order for "Seth" which he could have told me 20 mins ago. Basically didn't help me at all or try to figure out the issue. Called my husband and apparently they got his first and also last name wrong. Our order was under "Stephanie" And after all this, when I got home they got our order wrong. It was missing the sausage. If you want apathetic employees who couldn't care less and gets your order wrong give this place a try. read more

The service was so slow. There was one person in front of us ordering only one pizza and it took precisely 10 minutes to even get someone to acknowledge us. My dad was set in Blaze Pizza so we didn't leave but we should have. The employee started writing our order on the papers but then walked away and we had to wait again for someone to actually take care of our order. This has happened to us at the Blaze in Whittier too. They also burned l2 orders in front of us. And the people still had to wait a long time for their pizzas. There is no manager or assistant manager managing the employees. Employees kept walking away from me when I was waiting to order. They were really disorganized and you can obviously tell. Pizza took forever. There was so sense of urgency at all. Also they didn't clean tables. There was left over food and trash still on tables. There was definitely enough staff to take care of customers AND clean tables. The atmosphere is awkward. All the TVs are silenced and there was no music. read more

Do not go to this Blaze! The service is absolutely terrible. I was reluctant to review this at first because service can vary. But I've been to this location multiple times and the service has remained the same. They're out of ingredients, the prep table is messy, they never refil the beverage station. But worst of all there is absolutely no urgency. As I stood in a stalled line waiting to order I assumed the employees would have started to hustle to get things moving. Nope, I watched a cashier play on his phone and other employees stand around as we continued to wait and wait. I waited 50 minutes before I even placed my order. I've come to enjoy Blaze as I've been to quite a few locations. And I was excited to see one open in La Verne. However, after reading some of the other reviews complaining about service 6 months ago it's clear the owner has no intention of improving. read more

My pizza was good as usual. I always go to the Claremont location but was in the area and was craving pizza. It was pretty empty around 12pm I was second in line. They do an amazing job every time I come to this location. I've been here several times and I keep coming back because they are especially nice and accommodating at this location. The assistant manager is an all star. A perfect example of excellent customer service and professionalism. She's always made my pizza perfect and I'm pretty particular. Abi is also a great new addition to their stellar team. He's very attentive and you can tell he cares to do a good job. When employees perform this well I take the initiative to learn their names so I can point them out so management is aware specifically of the awesome crew members they have. I highly recommend this location as a very discerning customer. They will always go above and beyond and treat your order with care! read more

Tonight was my first time ever going to blaze, I live across the street and just wanted to grab a quick pizza for dinner, first off as soon as you walk in there it's super clean and the aroma is amazing! Secondly I was immediently greeted and helped by Sonia she was so helpful and full of suggestions, and had no problem explaing everything to Me! She was very personable! Gilbert made my pizza and he was so full of energy and gave off so much good energy he really set the tone for the whole resturaunt and even made me laugh a couple times! Lastly they have beer on tap!! Whhhaaaatttt!!! And good beer too like hefinweizen, angel city, blue moon! I'm so excited to go back this will deffinetly be my family's new go to spot! read more

My pizza comes out yet my wife's was done before me. So I get it and I can see her paper still on the counter. 25 mins pass again, I go ask, kid says well I still have paper so it must be in the oven still ok so I wait. 10 more pizzas go out but not my wife's, come to find out they lost or gave out her pizza? However, doing a online order and the system says your pizza should be ready at 12:57 and it isn't even in the over or made until 1:08 there is an issue with staffing and online ordering.
