Tried this place for the first time after a long day. We walked in to a very long line and almost walked out but we were too tired. Boy am I glad we stayed. They were friendly and efficient. They moved through the line in no time and we got our 3 Pizza's and dough knots in a matter of minutes. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We tried the regular sauce and were surprised to find it had a nice little kick to it. We also had the whits sauce and enjoyed it very much. I'm conflicted on how many stars to give, the people that helped my mom and I today were super nice and helpful. As we were finishing lunch we watched an employee take a pizza out of the oven and hand picked off all of the banana peppers they had put on and tried to mash the areas back together like it was never put on and served it like nothing happened. ok so I ordered through the ap. 3 pizzas and two drinks. It said they would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up 25 minutes after ordering and they aren't finished. I get the first pizza and let me just say if you are vegan, don't bother coming here. dry has heck, no vegan cheese that I could taste or see, sauce was so light it was completely evaporated. asked for olive oil drizzle as a finishing topping, it wasn't on there. The toppings were ok, but one just couldn't really call what I was served a pizza by any stretch of the imagination. It tasted like roasted veggies on top of a dry pizza crust. 5 minutes later the second pizza I ordered is finished (this person is there with me to eat and the third one is to go, for a co-worker we are taking it back to). his pizza comes up and they say we didn't order a drink with it. He comes back and tells me I forgot to order him a drink. I go up and show them the receipt and the guy says you only ordered one drink. I say no, it clearly says two drinks and charged me. Point it out to him and he goes...so what are you saying? I say what the heck do you mean what am I saying? give me the other drink I paid for. I also have one more pizza and I need to get going. He doesn't say a word, just hands me another cup. That's pretty frustrating because it's like...does this dodo understand I paid for two drinks or does he think I'm some jerk who paid for only one drink and is trying to get another one? Very frustrating. This guy is the one taking the pizzas out of the oven. young chubby hispanic dude. whatever. We sit down to eat our pizzas and about 5 minutes later they call out our third pizza. Some dude goes up and takes it and I'm like...I think that's my pizza that homeboy is leaving with. whatever. he comes back and i'm like yo that's my pizza. So anyway, the service is a joke, everyone stands around at the counter and wonders if the pizza is theirs because the guy calling them out can't enunciate the names he's calling, no one knows what is going on, the pizza sucks (the other two pizzas my co-workers got were bad too, one said he would never get a pizza there again which is my same opinion), the orders are missing stuff you paid for... Terrible service. The entire staff is a bunch of young adults and all they would do is stand around in a group and talk instead of work. They seem to just be hanging out the whole time. Don't get me wrong I'm all for a place that hires young adults but the environment seemed more like a hang out spot for them rather than work. Very unprofessional. They forgot my salad twice even after I had already asked for it less than 5 minute ago and the pizza was burnt and hardly had anything on it. Terrible service, the employees all seem like they are upset to be working there and miserable, nobody smiles and nobody is eager to help you or in a good mood, I hate going here just because of how they make you feel. When you ask for extra they get upset and literally grab one more piece of chicken, it's a really bad experience and that's too bad because blaze pizza tastes so good, but I would rather go to the habit to avoid the employees attitudes. read more

I came in the other day I was amazed with the customer service and the pizza. This worker name kianna helped me through making my pizza very generous with topping portions and very helpful when making my vegan pizza. She was very kind and polite cause I have trouble speaking English. I would definitely go again if the customer service in blaze is always like this. read more

Typically a delicious lunch stop but today I'm pretty unhappy with my visit today. I asked for the "Build your own" with bacon and pepperoni for the meats but they put sausage instead. Before I could even stop him he threw it in the oven. He didn't ask if I wanted anything else. Not only that, but they got my order mixed up with someone else. When I told the guy that I didn't get what I ordered, he said he was sorry but offered no solution to make it right. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. The workers at this location were absolutely atrocious, they completely ignored me and my daughters, and barely gave us the toppings we asked for. We left disgruntled only to immediately drive back because these idiots burnt our pizzas! My attempt was to support my community, but this establishment doesn't deserve my contribution. read more

This is the best blaze I have truly ever been to. The rest rooms are clean, tables and seating is always available and not to mention the service. Specifically Victoria/Vic made me feel more than welcome right when I walked in the door. She has great customer service and serves you with laughs and smiles. Ive been coming here for the last week and im very happy with the pizza! Its really good! The most impressive person there is Cody! He is AMAZING!! He dressed my pizza a couple of times and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond. He even asked how i would liked my pizza cooked. That might be little but to me he was paying attention to details plus.. Ill have to update that portion of the review at a later time. ...back to where I was at...I was hesitant to come in based on the most recent reviews bashing the food & food preparation. Even more than that was the reviews on customer service. It seemed like 8 out of 10 reviews was about the horrific customer service The unprofessionalism and some even pleading with management to hire staff that is more knowledgeable, more personable, etc. I was not going to come in, but being a "pizza guy" , I had to try it. I had to come in and see for myself. Upon the line reaching the counter ...I was greeted very professionally and asked what I would like to order. I then asked the gentlemen to please be patient with me as this is my first time in here ordering. ... This is when the real true "customer service" and "professionalism" introduced itself at the next level. The gentlemans name is Blaine. Blaine walked me through the process with ease. With the line filling up and all bodys busy, Blaine streamlined the process covering all of thee important need to know parts. Blaine is a natural. While streamlining to maximize time efficiency etc, I never once was made to feel as if he was rushing me or himself, forgetting something, or just cutting corners. He was able to seamlessly on the fly make thee adjustments to keep the line moving, while helping AND explaining everything to a new customer. Not only did Blaine not forget anything or make me feel rushed, but while doing all he was he actually made me feel more engaged and more "serviced". The guy is pure class and a talent. Blaze Pizza- dont waste this guys abilities. He literally could and should be the face of Blaze. I am familiar with big business etc. My two cents- Based on those poor reviews that I had referenced reading earlier - I would have Blaine teaching classes to your employees of all levels, I would have him going to differnt stores and reviewing the customer interaction, etc etc..... I cld go on and on. Im always pretty much disappointed with customer service at take outs, I mean who isnt? Ive given this location too many chances. I love the Palmdale store for the cleanliness, fantastic customer service and quality of pizza. This store seems to be the complete opposite. Bad attitudes, Horrible customer service, and bad quality of what comes out of the kitchen. Ive been to this lancaster location 6x since they opened and have had bad experiences each time. Maybe they should've focused on training before opening. read more

I walked in @ 7:20pm on 02/07/19. Check your cameras if you would like. I was wearing a black hat, black sweater, blue shorts. My wife and I visited to grab a quick dinner. I was greeted by John when I walked up to order. My wife and I ordered. As soon as we told him our order, he said, and I quote "Someone else will make your pizza. I'm on break now". Then proceeded to walk away. We waited for 5 minutes and Bre then helped us. She is very very stingy with toppings. I had to ask for extra pepperoni 3 times. She was annoyed. I didn't care. Nicky was the cashier and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. She never gave me one. I had to ask her for one and remind her that she initially asked me. All the while Irma had her head down into her laptop. We ordered a salad. We got the salad when we were half way done with our pizza. It's my second and last time visiting this location. Went to get pizza for lunch and it didn't turn out that way. when it came time to pay the cashier told me that her register shut down and was rebooting. she said if I waited, she would call me up to pay when it was ready. when my pizza was ready, she told me that they can only except cash. The manger or GM that was there didn't seem to care or apologize for the inconvenience when I told them that I didn't have cash. They said well what do you want me to do my system isn't working. And when I told them that they went ahead and started to help the next person as if I wasn't even standing there. Not to mention the person that ordered their food before me got their pizza for free because of this. The staff was very rude didn't seem to care or have and sense of good customer service when it comes to things not working for them. I was very disappointed in this location once again.
