The girl that made my pizza is the Gm and her name is Kiera. She was going so fast and did a terrible job on my pizza. I used to work here 3 years ago so I know what a good pizza looks like. She was rude, and barely put any toppings on my pizza. Also because my coupon couldn't scan they charged me full price when I had a bogo. That didn't bother me as much as my pizza not looking the way they usually do. I've been getting the same exact pizza for the last 3 years. I was looking forward to trying Blaze and I choose the pick two. My choice for salad was the Greek. I was bummed the person playing actually had yo scrap the salad into the container to fill it to serving size, it was definitely the last serving, the lettuce was wilted and there was so much of the lemon and oil on it. A build your own pizza place, I'm in! I love these concepts! So I got a side Caesar to try and make a pizza with a regular crust. For cheese, regular and the Ovalini (yum!) then for meats, sausage, pepperoni, and Bacon (of course!) with Mushrooms and lots of roasted garlic! I tried a couple of sauces: Buffalo and Buffalo/Ranch. Stopped in for dinner, and the line was to the door. Waited about 20mins to reach the point of ordering. Building your pizza is through an assembly line, similar to the various sandwich shops your probably used to. Very nice selection of dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings. I was impressed with the cost of the two pizzas I ordered. Overall the pizzas were ready fairly quick. And handed over piping hot, and very tasty. There are better pizzas in the Treasure Valley, but none better in Nampa. Was disappointed in the drink options. Settled with the blood orange lemonade, which seemed a bit on the sugary side. Next time I order, I will try the thicker crust option. read more

This was our first time ordering from this company. We ordered delivery and ended up waiting for over an hour, I understand and want to be patient especially during COVID as it's taken a toll on all of us. The girl who delivered to us was very polite and delivered a contactless pizza! However I was really disappointed in the pizza itself. The top was very oily in some places and very dry on the other. The dough seemed a bit mushy and not as cooked as it should be. My boyfriend actually had a few stomach problems after eating it. The customer service was great! Not the first Blaze I've been to... this experience was not a 5 star and I'm not certain it warrants a 4 star but I do love their pizza. As you can tell from the photo, one side of my pizza got a little too much of the "fire'd". Although the young boy who cooked it did ask me if it was ok, I had no choice. I was limited on time. Negatives: not traditional crust pizza but more flat bread style; charged two bucks per pizza to "double stack" to give it thicker crust which ended up just being two flatbread stacked up; skimpy on the cheese and had to pay extra to get decent amount of cheese; tomatoes for pizza were cherry tomatoes and not sliced larger tomatoes; crust had a slightly burnt flavor and charred edge, really lacking in sauce. read more

I literally have never had a worse experience at any establishment. We walked in at 5:45 and got our pizza out of the oven at 6:40 (I'll let you do the math). The customer service couldn't off been worse and the employees showed zero care for our business. The manager was yelling at her employees leaving behind all care for having any sort of professional establishment. I wouldn't come her if you expect to get your food within 1 hour. It's no secret that I am obsessed with the pizza at Blaze, so when I found out that the new location in Nampa had opened up this week I had to go check them out. My expectations were fairly low since they just opened this week. The entire crew blew me away. They were all very helpful, they had great attitudes, and prepared my pizza perfectly. The lobby was clean and well stocked. There were no negatives! Even though this location is further away than the Eagle location, I wouldn't hesitate to make the longer drive. The customer service & attitudes of the crew members here is significantly better than the Eagle location. Perhaps they can train the Eagle store. The parking lot is kinda a pain & the address is different than what's posted. I got a little confused getting here, but I found it. The building is very clearly marked. I don't spend a lot of time in Nampa so I was totally dependent on my navigation. read more

I've been to a few locations around the country but this one takes the cake....or should I say dough? I have been to this location a few times and it's actually below average compared to the location in Meridian which I recommend. I've been to this location maybe 3 times. The seating area is always messy, trash is always overflowing and the drink dispenser is always filled to the brim with ice. Not to mention the prep area to create your pizza is ALWAYS A MESS. This most recent time was especially bad. CLEAN IT UP. So after asking them to drain the water out of the handful of bell pepper that was barely left I get my pizza fired. Get the pizza and get arugula. It's WILTED AND BROWN. You're kidding me right you just threw those murdered leaves that are brown onto my pizza? Seriously?? I actually asked him to remove that and told him it should be throw away. On a side note for how dirty everything else is the bathroom is very clean! This is disappointing. I want to like this place and the staff are always polite and usually younger workers. But management needs to show them the way and provide guidance. read more

Wow, our secret favorite pizza place is out. Yes, this is our new favorite pizza place in Nampa. The pizzas are very tasty with the right price. I started out with the "meat eater" and then the "BYO." I have not made it past the BYO. I always get stuck with the delicious meats for my pizza. We have yet to try any of the salads. If it was called Blaze "salads" I do no think we would have tried this place. This is a great addition to Nampa and is a nice place for a quick lunch or dinner meal. read more

Ordered two 11 inch pizzas tonight and most times they are very good, tonight not so much! Not only was there hardly any sauce but there wasn't many toppings either and when the arrived via delivery THEY WHERE COLD!! Not like luke warm but COLD like someone had let them sit outside for an hour or so. It's been a very rough and stressful couple weeks for me and I just wanted to stay in and enjoy some of my favorite pizza but it was literally AWFUL!! I was very very disappointed. my son and I ate here last night. food is great and the staff is super nice and friendly, which is what you expect when you're out dining and spending your money at a business. the 1 star is for the rude manager who seems to hate her life and makes sure everyone knows it. I ordered our pizzas and stood at the register for 5 mins waiting to be rung up, nobody approached me so I proceeded to go sit down with my 2 year old and wait until they called my name to pay. the manager yelled "RACHEL!!" and rolled her eyes as we approached the register. she quickly and rudely reads off our order to confirm and rings us up. as I stuck my card in, she walked away . never said thank you or if I would like a receipt. while we were waiting at out table on the other side of the restaurant, we could hear her micro-managing the poor new kid training alongside of her. I think the whole restaurant could hear her loud mouth critiquing his every move. apparently, he was ticketing things "wrong" and handling the pizza spatula "wrong". the way she was talking to him was horrible. he did so great, not sure why she was loud mouthing at him. poor guy. before we left, I needed two large pizza boxes (not the half ones on the floor). I walked up to ask for them and she purposely turned around to not help me. I asked her kindly for two boxes, and she practically threw them at me. again, no thank you or have a nice evening. We were in line for over 30 minutes and there were only four customers in front of us. Save yourself some time and drive to the Meridian location. read more

Fantatic change of pace for the pizza market in Nampa. You can watch them build the pizza and by the timw you are done paying, it is coming out of the oven. Our 3 daughters each had something they could eat and were very satisfied which is hard to get 3 kids happy for dinner. This is a little piece of Italy right in the heart of old downtown Nampa. We drove around wishing there was a nice restaurant in Nampa that wasn't fast-food and that had some ambiance. We didn't want to dress up for Brick 29 (name?) and saw Little Italy or Italian Food To Go. I've been to Europe twice and this brought me right back there. The food was delicious , perfectly prepared and our server (Heather) was professional and delightful. Definitely will be a regular there. They take reservations and get really busy . Seating inside is for approximately 20 and in nice weather there is outdoor seating . Only wish: Italian music should be playing , but they had cool music on. read more

We enjoy the Blaze Pizza in Meridian, so while visiting Nampa we thought this would be a good stop for a quick lunch. Walking in, we immediately noticed that the dining room was not maintained, numerous tables were dirty as was the floor. Approaching the ordering line, we noticed that the food prep area was not well maintained. There was a lot of food spilled around the various bins for the toppings. The Cesar salad was just about empty. We had to ask twice for the Cesar salad we ordered because they did not have sufficient salad prepped and ready. The manager bit my head off and said they were making it from scratch the first time I asked about it. Then had to go back again to ask for it after our pizza came out of the oven. This was at 2 pm on a Friday, there were only three tables occupied in the dining room and numerous employees who should have had a better grip on things. The beverage counter was messy with spills and supplies such as lids were sparse. Due to rude employees, substandard attention to cleanliness and mediocre food, the only thing that got fast fired up here was my temper. We won't be visiting this location again, sorry! Too many options close by that offer better value, cleaner facilities and friendly service. Step up your game! read more

This is a wonderful, fast pizza place. Because of road construction it is a little challenging to get to right now, but totally worth it! Wide variety of toppings, including vegan "cheese" and tons of veggies (whole basil leaves, too). I liked the cherry tomato halves-- it's different from the standard tomatoes at other chains. I love this place. It reminds me of a Mexican grill like Qdoba or Chipotle but with pizza! You walk down the line and tell them what all you want on the pizza and they cook it right there at the end. I love there blood orange lemonade too. My only complaint, which isn't really worthy of knocking it down a star is the fact they close at 9 on a weekday. I was a reoccurring customer at this establishment until I realized how horrible the manager Kiera treats her employees. They are all just teenagers probably most of them their first job. On more than one occasion I've seen her make girls cry. It wasn't until I noticed every time I went and she was there everyone looked so depressed and miserable. The days I went she was not working everyone greeted you with a smile and seemed happy to be there. It's unfortunate the owner is more concerned with revenue than their employees and customers. I'm not the only one that has started going elsewhere because of seeing the mistreatment that goes on. The turnover of employees during the months dining there was ridiculous. While waiting in line to order would have conversations with other customers who were seeing the same things I was seeing. The owner needs to wake up or going to end up with no employee's or customers! read more
