For fast food Pizza, Blaze hits the spot! I love adding all my favorite toppings with arugula and pesto drizzle at the end. I have ordered online before but they add very little toppings and sometimes forget something so I find that going into the store and telling them what you want is best, plus you can tell them to add more! Service has always been helpful and kind. They are a bit understaffed so if you order online, the wait will be longer. They have great deals on the APP plus points you can get for every purchase. My pizza always comes out delicious, it's definitely a different vibe than the classic Pizza. When my order was incorrect, their manager personally reached out to make sure I was satisfied with my next order, thank you! I also ordered their cinnamon toast dessert and it was a bit burnt, but still tasted great for the price. Lots of cinnamon and icing on top and a great size for sharing. Plenty of seating indoors although not the cleanest tables, but it's fast food PIZZA in the mall :) convenient and tasty!

This Blaze pizza is inside Ontario Mills, it is very spacious and was clean when we went. Service was good and efficient. The pizza was good. This is a perfect place to eat with kids since it's very spacious and comfortable to take a break from shopping. Overall good experience!

This branch is always busy but the employees tey their hardest. I will say that it can be super slow so you have to be patient since they get alot of online and in person orders. They are very short staffed. The food is great, I thjnk they limited their pre made pizzas like the "Art-Lover" pizza. That was my favorite! I love the ricotta cheese and the pesto drizzle is so delicious. The place is always clean as well.

Blaze is my favorite place for build your owns. First time at this location though! It's located inside ontario mills, and they had outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating as well. The employees were fast and efficient with the pizza making, which was great because my toddlers were hangry. I found all the ingredients fresh today, but one of our pizzas came out too burnt. Even so, the pizzas are usually crispy and delicious. I love that you can choose all your favorite toppings for the build your own, and you can always ask for a little more, if you want more of something. If you're considering prices compared to fast food pizza, it's definitely not the cheapest considering it's more of a personal pizza. But I love the thin crust and fire oven, so it's still one of my favorite pizza places.

Always love Blaze. We came here while in the area and was happy of the new addition to the menu, meatballs! The meatballs are huge and its is very tasty with generous amout of ricotta and sauce. I love dipping the cheesy bread on this. Their pizza is still legit and has been consistent in all locations. The only thing I can say of the Blaze ontario mills location is that they need to fill up the utensils, refill the ice on the drink machine, and refill the ice teas. Other that, I recommend this place for a great tasting pizza!

Arrived at the blaze pizza. No greeting from the employees. I noticed that they had a lot of mobile orders, so I understand they were busy. A simple, "we'll be right with you" goes a long way. After 10 minutes, they finally greeted me and started taking my order. Customer service was bland, but effective. Tried to use my rewards from the app, but it wouldn't work(first time this is ever an issue). Ended up paying full price, since nobody knew what to do. Food was ready, and I was waiting to put my sauce drizzle on top. Took longer to get buffalo and ranch on my pizza, than it did baking the pizza. Finally received my food. I will say, that was some great pizza. The food itself was really good, but the service needs work. Ambiance was nice, the place was clean and the music wasn't overly loud. Tables were clean and trashcans weren't overflowing. I would probably return since it is located in the mall, wish they would do something about their service. Also, they charge for sauce on the side but not for the exact same sauce on the pizza. That was a bit confusing, I guess they are charging for the plastic cup?

The man in charge making the pizzas (an older man) has real problem with customer service. He refuses to listen to the clientele. He insisted that he was right. When all he had to do is listen when a question was asked. He was very dismissive and rude. Then came to our table and to yell at us like little children. This was on 1/6/26 at 2pm. If this is ok with your establishment you have a real problem long term.

We were shopping at the Ontario Mills mall and got hungry. My friend was craving Blaze Pizza so we came here to grab a bite. We had to walk a full circle around the mall to locate it tho. Service was alright. We both got the Take 2 with half pizza and half salad. The pizza was a lil burnt, but overall the flavor was pretty good. They were a bit stingy with the toppings tho, asked for extra and they only gave a lil more. Salad was not bad, like how they provided double dressing without asking for it.

3:30 pm, 07/03/25, also no Coke syrup or cherry Coke syrup out, carbonation out totally Blaze Ontario, franchisee disgraces to the chain ..
    Mike M.

This is the dirtiest Blaze Pizza I have ever been to, not to mention no reasonable customer service, like wadda you want? Please obtain a new franchisee, this is a disgrace to the name; Coke was out, Cherry Coke was out. Carbonation out across all fountain drinks. Lemonade, both varieties, out, see picture. This was the day before July 4th at about 3:30pm. When I told the staff that Carbonation was out, one male changed out the CO2, never told me he did do. Still wasn't working. Another female staff member ran all of the fountains until carbonation was proper. But, she knew Cherry Coke and Coke syrup was out, and in the 30 minutes I was there, regular and cherry Coke was still out. You know, I get better service and business appreciation going to 7-11 for 2 pizza slices and a large Big Gulp for $4. This is what happens when franchisees leave the business to employees who don't care, and come in to count money at the end of day.

I visited this location today and it's not my first time here. Today by far was the worse I order 3 pizza, one of my pizza I ask for extra cheese and extra chicken. Well I had to tell the guy making my pizza 3 different times to add more chicken and that's on top of my saying extra chicken please. Well here is what I got. Extra cheese and extra chicken. The guy was rude when I ask for the third time to add more chicken he literally only took a piece of chicken and with a smirk on his face he added to the pizza. I ask to speak to a manager and they literally yell at Joel but Joel never came out. Then the guy cooking the pizza offer me to speak to the same guy making my pizza

Build your own pizza at the mall? Count me in. So happy to have a blaze in ontario! Service/wait: - came around 4pm on a Sunday, was fairly busy but tables were still available - from lining up to receiving my pizza took about 20 minutes - restroom available Pizza: - crispy and delicious - docking off 1 star because all 3 of our pizzas did come out more burnt than other locations we've ate at

Well this message is for corporate not the staff following the rules. The customer is the only reason you have a business. Being flexible for your customer is the only way you stay in business. Let's talk about basic unit economics. These are assumptions, but it's designed to prove a point. An average bowl at your establishment will cost you about $3.00. You are going to charge me about $10 before tax for that bowl. That's $7 in profit. If your rule is only two base ingredients, and a customer asked for a third (arugula)... give it to them... you have enough margin to absorb an $0.11 handful of arugula. Why risk angering the customer? Especially when the customer didn't get all the options they could have gotten, no dips, not veggies, just base (leafy greens/rice) and meat... meaning my bowl probably cost you sub $2.00 oppose to $3.00. You have plenty of margin to give me a handful of arugula. Regardless of the unit economic numbers being accurate, you have plenty of margin otherwise you could not operate. If you can't afford to give the odd customer an extra base here and there, close your doors and go back to business school. The customer is the only reason you have a job, keep them happy and coming back. Remember that. I have been coming to Cava locations across California since 2017. I have spent thousands of dollars across that time at Cava. Some weeks I'd eat at Cava 5 to 7 days in a row. And I've never had a problem getting the bowl I desired, until now. This one experience has lost you the future thousands I would have spent there with my family. All over an $0.11 handful of arugula. I WILL NEVER GIVE MY MONEY AGAIN TO A COMPANY WHO DOES NOT VALUE BEING FLEXIBLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS... You don't want to keep your customer happy, you don't want my money... I hope for the day I read the headlines that Cava is closing locations and is going out of business.

It's easily some of the best in the area. * Tabouleh: So many places use too much bulgur, but Mezzaterranean does it right. It was a bright, herbaceous explosion of fresh parsley and lemon that cut through the richness of the grilled meats perfectly. * The Extras: It all comes together with their fluffy rice and warm pita.
