My husband and I are at Ontario Mills at least twice a week for our volunteer work and we always eat at Blaze! Of all the food options at The Mills (which mind you, is very limited *cough food court cough*) you get the bang for your buck at Blaze and the pizza is always consistent. We've tried everything from the regular, cauliflower, keto, and high-rise crust and the only one we didn't like was the keto crust. Even though it's packed with protein, the taste and texture just didn't do it for us. So our top picks are original crust (well-done) and cauliflower crust if we feel like being 'healthy' that day. We usually ask for extra mozerella cheese, pepperoni, basil, and roasted red peppers and boom! We have our favorite pizza to order at Blaze. The employees here are all really nice (shoutout to Angel and Christina!) and the app allows you to collect 'Flames' each time you purchase a pizza. By 120 'Flames', you get a pizza for free. (or 60 'Flames' for a drink or dessert) Knocked off a star as it can be a little pricy for the personal size, however, i'd say they're pretty darn awesome for a fast fire oven pizza joint. I tried Blaze Pizza for the first time, which is located at Ontario Mills. I tried to place an order on the App. that would give me 15% off if I agree to get text messages. When I tried to make a purchase, the app informed me that I needed to do a timed order. There were too many orders being made at the time. I decided to go inside to make an order. I saw two other customers ahead of me. When I was helped, I asked the young lady if I could still get my 15 % discount. She went to check for me. I had a supervisor come to talk with me and said it could be discounted. I was helped by a young man, and he seemed like he was just not the friendly type. My pizzas came out about 15 minutes later, but the gluten-free stayed another 5 minutes before it was taken out. I went and showed the pizza to my friend, and she said it was overcooked. My daughter loves blaze. We've been coming to this place for a couple years now we always have excellent service from Mari! She's the best she makes the food excellent every time. Easily one of the worst experiences I've had at a blaze. Normally I love Blaze Pizza, it's quick, easy & always tastes good. However, my most recent experience was awful from the moment we entered. My wife & I entered and walked up where 2 employees were behind the counter talking to each other but didn't acknowledge for almost 5 minutes until there was a line of people behind us. The guy started prepping or pizza dough before taking our order or even acknowledging us and then got irritated when I told him we wanted to do the high rise crust instead of the regular. After he builds our pizzas & charged us we sat down & waited for our order. When they called our name my wife went up and pick up the pizzas & they had stacked her heavier pizza on top of mine, causing the box to smash down onto my cheese and pull at least 2/3 off of it when I opened the box, I scraped the cheese off the lid anyway cause I didn't want to cause a problem & then while eating my pizza, I came across a small, thin slice of metal in my crust. I immediately stopped eating and took it up to the front where the guy who was serving up the pizzas looked at it and said "that's not from us" and then turned away & went back to work like I wasn't even there. I don't see a lot of Blaze Pizza around, so I was quite surprised when I saw that there was one inside the Ontario Mills Outlet. The place was quite empty on the day that I was there, maybe because the business hours listed on Yelp and Google were actually not correct. It was showing that they had closed at 7pm already. However, when we got there at 7pm, the place was still open. I got the customizable pizza, where you get to choose whatever you want on your pizza. They had all sorts of ingredients to choose from. If you are willing to pay like $4 extra, they even have gluten free and keto pizza crusts. I chose the regular pizza crust because it seemed a bit ridiculous to pay $4 extra for a special crust. You can choose as much meat and veggies as you would like, as long as they fit onto your crust of course. If you are getting lots of ingredients, like I did, I recommend that you tell them that you would like the mozzarella cheese at the end, on top of everything. The cheese will melt and help you retain all the ingredients that you get, so that you get more for your money. LOL... If you you hungry, one whole pizza will definitely fill you up. If not, one pizza could be good for 2 people. read more

There is a young lady Nicole. Every time I go in she is busting her butt. She always has a smile on her face. This is what customer service is about. The place will be busy and she is handling everything while her coworkers are goofing off and not being productive. She makes you want to come back. She always prepares my order correctly. DO NOT ORDER PICKUP OR DELIVERY. Both times that I have ordered items came wrong AND entire portions of my order were missing. My pickup order was completely missed and I had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be ready... and when it was each of our 3 items was incorrect... wtf? Delivery is even worse because complete items will be missing and you're not even at the location to have anything fixed. It is extremely frustrating because you cannot call the restaurant for a refund, and the website is impossible to navigate (they just want to send you to various forms/surveys... annoying) I am missing 1/3 of my order and I have no way to request a refund. Also, when I picked up my order last month, I also complained about the pickup area being disgusting and covered in old food waste. Floors were sticky. Racks were sticky. I truly hope that was also addressed. This place was GROSS. Overall, this place just sucks. I hope everyone else that ventures in has better luck getting the assistance they need. We had lunch here last Friday, as the BJ's just outside of the Ontario mills parking lot was pretty packed. We arrived in a group of 5, and placed our orders at the counter. All of the food came out within 10ish minutes. I happened to share a meat eater's pizza with an order of cheese bread with a coworker. Let me say that the staff here was fine, but the pizza was just not good. The edge of the pizza was a bit burnt, the toppings were very sparse, and the flavor was quite bland. The cheese bread was a lot better than the pizza, and I found the high rise dough much better than the thin crust pizza. The passion fruit tangerine juice was refreshing, but it was also quite bland. It does have a light flavor, and I believe it's naturally sweet. I hate to say it, but I'd much prefer Pizza Hut, and that actually says a lot. read more

I came here after doing a job interview in the Ontario Mills. For an individual pizza, it's $8.95. I usually get crumbled meatballs, artichoke hearts, basil, chopped garlic, roasted garlic, sauteed onion, goat and ovalini mozzarella with spicy red sauce. It cooks quick since the dough is so thin, the pizza can get soggy if you wait too long. All their lemonade flavors are pretty good. My two favorite are the key lime mint agua fresa and prickly pear agua fresca. Their original lemonade and blood orange lemonade are good. I also got their s'more ($2.50) the last time I was there and it's pretty ok, way too sweet for me. They take card and they have plenty of tables. read more

Nice place away from the busy food court. The customer service is friendly and helpful. I always do Build your own and I they have a lot of different and unique topping options. The crust is thin and cooked just right. I love the pesto drizzle option, but they are inconsistent with it as they sometimes put the pesto with the sauce and sometimes on top of the pizza after it's cooked. I prefer after, as gives it more flavor. Overall a good place to build your own pizza the way you want it with better ingredients and quality than other pizza places. read more

I ordered with iPhone app, went to store in Ontario to pick up, but the store checked it and said they did not receive my order, and asked me to placed an order again through app,( as it is a special could only be order online) and I did, after waiting for about 15 min, their system still did not show that the order went through, and suggested us to go to another location 10 min away in Rancho Cucamonga, we followed and successful got our order.
