The pictures on billboards and on the menu made no reference to the strips being anything other than plain. I don't care for buffalo sauce and I had a hard time getting thru them. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'm not going back for a 3rd time.

Yesterday was what you could call a double flagrant foul. I called in an order for 2 burritos. I arrived a few minutes later, paid and took my receipt with me to a seat near the counter. And so I wait, and wait, and wait. Maybe I was too patient, but I respect that it was busy and likely had a few orders ahead of me. That's 25 minutes turned into 30 minutes. I just decided to see how long they could go without calling me up to the counter. So finally 40 minutes after I placed my order it's the point of which I decided to go up and inquire and of course there it was sitting there, and I told them that I have been sitting at a nearby chair, not very far from the counter and caused me to wonder OK maybe they called my number and I didn't answer so they wonder why a single person has been sitting there near the counter with no food for half an hour I don't know anyway after 40 minutes. I finally got the food and left. You would hope that would be the end of the story but, alas, my sorry tale is not yet finished. As it turned out my practice of eating the Monarch Burrito in thirds turned out to be potentially injury, preventing as I took my third of a burrito and settled down to eat as I opened up my third of a burrito something odd was sticking out. It had an odd color though. Maybe it was a stray pepper or an onion, but it turned out that... There was a METAL WIRE inside a red plastic covering. Happy the wire had no chance to cut the inside of my mouth before I discovered if. I'll spare the boring details of the next several minutes, what's the price to say while I did eventually get my money back for this particular burrito it was a parent that here like many other small local businesses employees are not empowered to truly make things right and make an effort to truly apologize and went back loyalty of the customer. I understand it was an intentional and certainly a very rare occurrence, but despite that I feel that it should be a lesson for businesses and no matter how large or small but when these things happen, it really helps to treat a customer right because bad news always spreads quicker than good news and it's always harder to get a new customer than to retain a longtime existing customer. Am I going to completely ditch Cali Tacos? No, probably not as I have other family members who like this place even more than I do, but I just hope that someone's listening.

The guy points to the cups next to the register so apparently we were supposed to grab our own cups. The water from the soda fountain was good, didn't have that tap taste. That's a plus. We didn't share the soda, which I felt we were silently being accused of doing. The fries are hot and fresh and were really good. The grilled cheese was nothing special, smashed kinda flat so not super cheesy and pretty much like one your babysitter makes you at home. But that's a good thing so no complaint. My friend said the burger was really good, and the thousand island style sauce was superb- he said it tasted homemade and had a nice kick and took the burger to a higher level. Anyway, it was just an annoying experience that would have been a lot better if the guy showed any sense of friendliness and if he simply said "go ahead and grab your cups". Will I come back? No idea. Maybe not during a heat wave. I'd like to try the burger myself.

My husband and I went to the Orange Circle for a nice getaway and to enjoy all the circle has to offer and have lunch. Upon entering the Blaze Orange location, my husband and I went in line to order. I had to use the restroom and he decided to follow not wanting to order without me. I went into the Women's marked restroom which was down a long corridor and no other people were near. I went past a young man employee in his early twenties sitting on a table on his phone. When I exited my restroom, my husband stated the men's restroom had a lock on it that needed a code. Since no other customers were near, I stated I would watch the door and he could quickly use the restroom. Around 30 seconds later, the young hispanic man with a mustache aggressively came at me and swung the door open hard. He then proceeded to beat on the door of the stall my husband was using. Mind you, we are both in our late 50s and don't pose a threat to anyone. He yelled at my husband to get out and invaded his privacy. I then asked him if we could have the men's code and he said absolutely not since we used the women's. No customers should be treated this way and felt like their safety was in jeopardy. He refused to get the manager on the phone for me. I see that there are other complaints for the same reason. He told me the manager's name was Corina. Hoping she will reach out to us since I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. This incident was harassment for sure. read more

Blaze has always been my favorite quick service pizza restaurant. It's sad the customer service is so poor here. While in line to build our pizzas the employees verbally fought over the correct way to write pizza and salad on the order sheet. Shortly after they called our order to pick up and it was the wrong pizza and this employee had the audacity to tell me it was my pizza. I enjoyed coming to this Blaze on New Year's Eve because of the friendly team members they had that day. There wasn't a line when I went, the employee(young man) helping me out was patient as I chose my toppings. The pizza smith, Gabby baked the crust really well, enough to hold all the cheese I got and still having a nice crunchiness to it. i have been to other blaze locations the customer service so so in comparison to other locations. Food is tasty and consistence with other locations and it seams to be the the front line staff here don't seem to be enjoy there work and most certainly it rubs off onto customers. Other than that, place great. I suggest some coaching be taken place with staff that interact with customers. read more

Im huuuuge fan!!!! You can add as many ingredients you want, without extra charge. First create your pizza, chose dough, than ingredients, than pizza goes to the brick oven. I've never been told I cannot go or don't belong at a Wienerschnitzel. I chose the drive thru this time because I could not bear to seen by the staff. I feared they might sense I am one of the lesser Yelp Elites by sourpuss disposition. The drive thru lady was pretty chill on the intercom, & she took my milkshake order. The ambiance of the drive thru is Miami Vice sexy except that it does not look like a cool TV show scene or feel sexy. The staff took no time to make the dietarily heinous beverage. Shake in hand. I sipped to forget the agony of defeat. I closed my eyes, and I let the cold liquid chunks of Twinkie take the wheel. All those narcotic levels of sugar tainting my veins & arteries. A trash parade rolling through my circulatory roadways. I finished the shake in less than a mile of driving. Sometimes the only way to forget a terrible moment in the past is drive one's self through an even more frightening moment in the future. Thank you Wienerschnitzel for letting me roll by. Please don't let the posh & popular diners make you feel bad about yourself. No one serves addicting shake liquids quite like you, Der DoggySchnitzels.

Yelp just deleted my 3rd 1 star review this week. Putting it right back!…read more To summarize my deleted review. I call in order and arrive for pick up. I am told it will be ready in 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I inquire to the same person what's taking so long?! He informs me my order has been ready since I got there. No apologies, no offer to make it right. Just hands me my ice cold soggy pizza. Even cold and soggy I have to admit it was a really good pizza.
