Love the pizza and will return, but they need to reconsider their policy and making pizzas in order in which they received the order. This puts preference to online orders while I'm standing in line forever watching them continue to make pizzas. The others can be pushed back a few seconds...I was the only one in line. When I was about ready to walk out after the tenth pizza the two people were making (that's right, one couldn't do online and the other help me), someone came over. They got my name and asked what dough, then turned around and started on another pizza for someone else. If the other guy hadn't jumped in to help me right after O would have walked out. I get the doing them in order thing, but it's BS to make a single customer stand there for that long in preference of people who are literally not here yet. Follow-up: tried to give me the wrong pizza, then suggested another that wasn't mine and looked at me like I was the problem. Reconsidering coming back, at least to this one. read more

My family come to this location often, however after our last order where they screwed up the order and never replied to us when we brought it up to their attention will result in us going elsewhere. I placed a to go order and my order was for half pizza and a salad, my husbands order was for a full pizza. My husband placed the order online and paid for it, I went on my way home from work to pick it up. I got home and my husband tried reaching out to them to let them know they messed up his order. Of course no one answers the phone so we emailed the complaint. The only response we have heard was from corporate. And since this location is a franchise we probably won't hear from them. I was not impressed with quality of Pizza for price. Ordered the thicker pizza dough on a two topping which I thought was 8.95 . They charge 2 dls plus for the thicker dough which after cooked was spongy . Worst pizza ever for the price . Charge two much for extras . I though Oggies was over priced but at least theirs was always excellent ohh and no extra charge for xxyras like mushrooms or other veggies. I won't be going back. This review isn't for the food as it was great but about the employees. I'm pretty sure one of the employees is the same one a previous yelper mentioned. So let's start, ordered my pizzas and let me tell you I've been to many Blaze pizzas. What I noticed right off the bat was the bad body language I was getting from the guy working the oven (same guy I am sure from prev yelper) and I'm going to assume the manager tonight at 5pm. It was like how dare I come into their establishment and interrupt their socializing. So my pizza gets in the oven and by this time 5 girls plus who I assume is the manager are by the cash register just talking. Pizza oven guy starts yelling at one to start cutting up my pizza and no one and I mean no one not even the manager stop taking and so this goes on for awhile and my pizza I swear sat there for 5 minutes and then one girl finally did it but she did not look to happy. I usually don't do not write reviews unless I have not received unfavorable service, which is exactly what I got. I came here last night and in comparison to other locations I've been to, this one has the worst customer service. The girl employee with the nose ring and covered in tattoos who was helping me did not bother to look up when I was talking. The employees pushed my pizza to the side before I could request any more toppings. To top it off my pizza came out burnt. This location needs better staff training and management. My husband and I have been coming here for about a year now and we love it! We live near by and this one of our favorite sports because it's fast and affordable! One of my favorite alternatives to fast food. I love the build your own option because they have so many great options for toppings. I usually order a high top (double crust) because the original is a thin crust and I prefer a somewhat thicker crust. The ingredients are fresh, the line moves quickly, and the the price is great.
