Some of the worst pizza we've ever had. We were visiting from Colorado, visiting my parents and decided to order Blaze Pizza for dinner. First off, it was $82 for 2 large (14") pizzas. We got one called the Meat Eater and the other was a build-your-own, with pineapple and Italian sausage. I'd have to say that pretty much any frozen pizza from the grocery store would rate higher than the pizza here. Both were over sauced and there was no simply no flavor. I would not recommend getting pizza from Blaze, even if it was your only choice. You'd be better off eating some chips or something. This was a very disappointing experience and a waste of $$. read more

Great new pizza place. Line was long but we got our pizza within 10 minutes. Employees were all super friendly. Many different variations to make any pizza how you like it. Seating outside as well. Cushion seats so that's was pretty nice. read more

Worst Blaze location I've ever been to. Horrible customer service from employees. First they question about YOUR order, asking if two cups weren't enough when you order two more. Because we were a group of 5. Like are you kidding me?!!! Then employee called me by the wrong name, after correcting him he still went ahead and called me by the wrong name. Then once we got our pizzas and sat at our table, my daughters pizza was burnt, it was a cracker, no joke. The pizza was stiff, I will not ever think of going to this Blaze ever again. The service was not that great. An associate named Luis who helped us with our pizzas had a terrible attitude and did not seem to want to be there. We ordered build your own pizza and they were adding the bare minimum of their toppings. Also when I asked for an extra pizza plate or an extra paper for my kids to split the pizza he said you can use napkins. I asked again for a sliver pizza plate and it was kind of toss to me. I work not too far from here and for most of my lunch breaks I stop by to get a pizza or salad. The customer service is great!! I know most of the staff by name at this point and I love seeing their happy faces. My order has always been correct and the employees have all been very friendly and mad cool. The food is fantastic! The experience of watching a pizza being made is kind of cool. You start off with just a doughy frisbee and you can build your own pizza however you want. And then they just fire that bad boy up right in front of you in a pizza stove. Your mom could never. The entire store smells like fresh pizza and I wish it was a Yankee candle. Also they have beer. Gave this place another go and am digging it. I used the online ordering option - so easy and I don't have to watch my pizza get put together. Because I'm a Blaze rewards member I had a coupon for a free pizza with a drink purchase. Based on this my entire meal was under $3!!! I tried the high rise dough which is so much better than the regular dough. So light and fluffy. They got my order right and it was hot and ready when I arrived. Blaze is great! At least this one is. I've had build your own pizza before but what I loved the most was the staff. From greeting when I walked in, ensuring I felt comfortable with the process, making my pizza EXACTLY how I liked it to even taking my money. The entire process was flawless and deserving of a second visit but probably more. The staff ensure the bathrooms were clean, the lobby was well taken care of and even the farewell was noteworthy. I've had mixed experiences. Wait time does not bother me. I DoorDash-ed Blaze for the first time and it was disappointing. I called to speak to someone directly about the mishaps, and with no response and a challenge to leave discreet feedback on the website so here I am. Half, not exaggerating, half of the toppings were missing as well as additional buffalo sauce not requested which made one pizza inedible for friends and myself. No proteins as ordered on pizzas. It's too bad for a good product not to be executed properly. I don't feel comfortable spending money here. I wish there was someone I could talk to in order to rectify the situation. At the end of the day it's pizza, and I'll go somewhere else. read more

Started out by getting yelled at first thing asked was how many pizzas we are getting as I said one he walked away, and didn't ask if we were ordering anything else. Server was trained horribly kept yelling not only to his employee, but also to the costomers about what size pizza they ordered and asking questions already answered at least three times. This location needs a good cleaning and the teenagers behind the counter need some direction and training I ordered a the art lover- which is the artichoke pizza, but could not find the artichokes. I asked for a fork and knife, I know you shouldn't eat Pizza with a fork and knife but... it was pretty soupy with the ricotta and red sauce however they did not have any... I have been here twice now. My only two times at a Blaze pizza. It was actually pretty tasty. Both times, I ordered the exact same thing..the half pizza and salad meal..except first time I also ordered the garlic knots. I ordered the pizza that just has mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and the salad with buffalo mozzarella, red peppers,tomatoes...both very delicious. It would be nice to have a little more toppings on the pizza..but it is flavorful. I like the light fresh acidity of the sauce. The salad has a nice balsamic dressing. Compliments the flavors well. I also like the aqua fresca drinks..blood orange lemonade is nice. Also had something tropical. Forgetting now what it was..but always refreshing. Will definitely be back! read more

We went in on Jan 23, 22 at 5:30pm and there was not one customer in the store. That should have been a clue about the store. I told the young man behind the counter I'd like a 'build your own'. He turned around, made the dough, returned to the counter and put the pizza dough down and just looked at me, never said a word. After an awkward 30 seconds, I told him red sauce which he put on the pie, then just looked at me again. Thats the way the whole process went. He never said one word to me the entire process. I fault management for not training thier employees how to interact with customers. This Blaze franchise has really gone down hill since it opened and customer service is why. I am done with this location, I recommend that you drive down the street to Jersey Mikes sandwiches. read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! I went in at the time the app said my two pizzas would be done, and I expected to maybe wait a little longer, but not for over an hour! Regarding the online orders the two gentlemen working the ovens didn't seem to have a grasp on who's pizzas they were making as I noticed there were other people waiting for their online orders long before I got there. There were finished pizzas just sitting in boxes on top of the ovens, so they were making pizzas, just not ones anyone ordered. They did however manage to make all the walk-in orders. They finally got around to making my 11 inch but it sat there for another 30 minutes while I waited for my large. I did my best to be patient and not be one of the many people bothering them but I finally asked where my large was and would I get my food faster if I just got in line? The man at the oven replied "probably yeah". So I got in line, just for half the toppings I already paid for to be gone for the night. I finally got both my pizzas and went home just to discover my large had a hole in it. I was so disappointed by the whole ordeal I couldn't even enjoy my pizza when I got home. I wasn't offered a refund or any type of compensation. I loved the pizza here so this pains me to write. If and when I decide to return to this place I will definitely be doing a walk in. read more

He asked us if we wanted a pizza and he said well youare going to have to wait. It was a very lengthy process with only one person ahead of us. When we got home we realized we were given the wrong pizza. Occasionally you can run across issues with your service or something was wrong with your order. When this place first opened, they had a lot of issues. I Started writing this review then, because even 3 or 4 months after they'd opened, the service was horrible. You'd order a pizza for pickup, and it wouldn't be ready until 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I originally started writing this review as a 3 star review, listing all the problems they have. But, it's been a while now, and they appear to have gotten their act together, and they are also just not nearly as popular as when they first opened (or maybe they're just better at dealing with that popularity?). I routinely order a "kitchen sink" style pizza, with almost all the toppings, and they never bat an eye, and it's cooked perfectly 90% of the time (which is hard to do, so I forgive the 10% when it's not). This is my go to pizza craving spot, and I'm really glad they're there. read more

Visited on 6/12 around 8 PM. THE FOOD-the pizza is good, and it's great that you can build your own. I'm a fan of thin crust pizza, so this was a plus for me. The arugula was wilted, but the other ingredients seemed fresh. Food gets 4 stars. THE SERVICE-very unfriendly employees! In spite of my kindness to them (asking how their nights were going, etc) they treated me like I was an inconvenience just by being in the restaurant. It was a really uncomfortable experience. The restaurant itself looked like no one had come out to clean or restock in a while-no straws, trash on the floor under the tables. This has got to be the worst pizza I have ever had. We thought we would try it after shopping since we have never been there before. I got the BBQ chicken pizza with gorganzola cheese. I also requested mushrooms. Well I needed a magnifying glass to see any of the toppings. The tomato sauce was very bland. We got a brownie to share that was as hard as a brick. We could of built a wall with it. Most of the dinner went into the trash. We had to drink our sofas out of a beer cup because they were out of drink cups.
