I've been to a blaze pizza before and it's always be nice with friendly staff. Now this place was bizarre. The roof was leaking and most the tables were wet. One of the workers kept interrupting me as I was ordering just to talk to other staff. The other staff looked annoyed as well. At one point she looked me dead in the face and said "idk why I get such bad reviews, I've seen you before, am I bad" it was so strange and we are new to town so I've never been to this location before. Worst service I have ever experienced. A friend and I went into Blaze to have a pizza and salad. When we walked in there were 3 gentlemen waiting and had been waiting so long that 2 of them decided to leave. My friend and I decided to talk with the one guy standing in line. He said he had been waiting approximately 8 minutes and this wasn't his first time waiting that long or longer. We knocked on the window to the gentleman rolling dough, his response was there was another guy handling that station. We waited and then the guy behind the window finally came out and gave us a dirty look and took off his gloves then went into the kitchen. We just decided to take off rather than wait any longer or get anymore dirty looks. I can only hope that they can get it together and have better service there. read more

Eat there a lot but recently I was in line and the person making the pizza for the people in front of me sneezed all over the ingredients on the serving line. The person did not even stop making the pizza. The people who were waiting were sitting down so it was not seen by them. I however, saw it and the person did not even change gloves. Of course, I and two other people walked out. So, I guess watch your food if you can trust them maybe they did not sneeze on it hours before you got there to order? Extremely slow service. We waited for over 30 minutes to place our pizza orders, very stressful ambiance. That doesn't count the time spent waiting for them to cook in the oven. Efficiency of how the kitchen was run was dismal, there was a line growing behind us the whole time of hungry customers waiting. When it was time to pay, the staff member ringing us up was extremely rude, and was upset we didn't come up to the register when she called our name the first time, but it's because she'd been pronouncing it wrong. Blaze'n it up with the quickness! I guess I just missed the rush as the place was almost packed but I was the only one in line at about 6:15 PM. Took about 10 minutes to get my pie after I choose my toppings. For $8.45 +tax it was one of the better priced pizza. The pizza was good but I wish the crust was a little crunchier. Each slice packed a punch of tomato, cheese, and heaps of the featured ingredients, such as meats, veges, or basil. The pizzas were cooked just enough to provide a nice little smoky crunch. This Blaze was a bit disappointing. We have one near us in Westlake and it's amazing. We stopped at this one on our way through town. They were out of Spinach and basil which makes no sense. They hardly put any veggies on the pizza unlike the one on westlake which is piled with topping that I request. This is not like the other Blaze I frequent. read more

This is my favorite new place. Please don't get upset Chipotle. I have a few concerns one is a very major concern to me and that is cross contamination. These 18 to 20 year olds seemingly could care less about the product that they're about to serve they are really rushed, quite pushy, and just want to move you down the line. When I told the girl she would have to change your gloves and wash your hands I got an eye roll. They either need to use tongs or one person needs to deal with the meat and cheese and another one with the vegetables and that's not just because I'm a vegan but what about people with a dairy allergy? Or any allergy for that matter because they take their hands literally from start to finish and dig into each one of the ingredients and then into the other. It sickens me as a vegan to see them touch the dairy and the meat and then the vegetables however I'm wondering about those who have actual allergies to certain substances but would still enjoy having a meal here. Plus they don't change their gloves frequently they will go from wiping down the ingredients area to making a pizza with the same gloves. The pizzas all end up in the same area like a big diaper changing table with a bunch of babies laying on it rolling into each other. Love this pizza, hate their low cleanliness standards read more

Tried out blaze for the first time and it was a good experience. The young gal assisting with the order was very polite and nice as was the one doing my toppings. They were generous with options and the result was pretty good. I liked the thin crust and pizza selection I made. Loved that machine that flattens the dough! Wish I had one of those at home for my pizza oven:) The items on the pizza seemed fresh and the people manning the pizza oven seemed to know what they were doing. It didn't take very long but it wasn't real busy. I will definitely try it again for a different type of pizza and see if it's consistent. So far, so good! read more

The sense of urgency was not a priority for the 3 staff building pizzas. They were not acknowledging the customers in line and were moving like slugs. Highly disappointed and will not return. This location is understaffed and under trained. There is a clear lack of direction from management and poor customer service in person. Waited in line 30 minutes without being helped and watched a group of customers get their order taken before us. We did not end up sticking out the line simply because we did not have the time. In addition, there were only 2 groups of people in the store and 2 people in front of us yet 5 online orders were processed before we were even addressed. Do better management. read more

So I tried it again 3 years later. Still the same and I have been to other Blaze pizzas. This one is just not a good one. I start make my create my own pizza. I get to the meat toppings and I'm told they don't have bacon and haven't had it for months. This is the only Blaze I have been to that doesn't have bacon. Which is the only meat I add to my pizza. I didn't even want to pizza after that but it was already half made. They burnt the pizza on top of everything else. This place is disappointing. read more

We stopped here for dinner. When we arrived the line was long but it took about 20 min from the time we got there to the time we got our pizza. In line, they have rack cards that tell you what they have. When we got to our first lady, she was super friendly and asked if we had been there before. Since we had not, she explained it to us. Basically for $8.25 you can put whatever toppings on your pizza you want. Or they have specialty pizzas already thought out for you. You can add, subtract, etc. The first lady takes your order, then the next adds the sauce and cheese, the next person adds the toppings, then the next asks if you want anything else and takes it to the cashier. Think of it as a subway for pizza. But this pizza is so much better. Loved the thinner crust. For you thick crust lovers, they have that too for just a little extra. Loved the service and loved the pizza. This will now be my go to pizza place. read more

I looked up 15 minutes later, and they were still in the same spot I left them. #2 The Caesar salad and pizza tasted like water. It looked good, but did not have any taste at all.
