She explained to me that they had just ran out of garlic pesto sauce but she accommodated me by drizzling the pesto they use for the cheesy bread instead. I really wish I would've gotten her name, as my second encounter wasn't so pleasant! Unfortunately the second time around, a young lady named Veronica was extremely aggressive when asking "what else" I wanted on the pizza. Not only did she have an attitude towards me the entire time she made my pizza but when I tried to tell her I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me, she figured giving more attitude and arguing would somehow fix the problem... I appreciate the supervisor on site who apologized on her behalf but it's a shame she couldn't do it herself! I showed up at 4:55, and waited 25 minutes, the pizza came about 10 minutes late and was just sitting there getting cold while the bread sticks showed up 15 minutes after the pizza. WORST BLAZE PIZZA!! BY FAR!! We came in around 3p and there were 2 workers in the front, doing nothing. They saw us walk in and still took about 5mins to come help. This guys was so freaking slow, a sloth could have been faster! We repeated everything to him MULTIPLE times! He had to keep stopping to process what it was we asked for. We both ordered the half pizza order, one with knots and one with a salad. The salad wasn't even green and very little was left, I asked if I could have fresh salad and he said yes, of course... well, in the middle of my order, this girl comes out giggling from the back room and noticed multiple online orders printed. At least 9, and they all start laughing as they realized none had been working and all of these were backed up. SO, on top of this guy being slow on helping us, it was even worse now, because all these workers from the back came forward (who knows what they were doing in the back, I know they weren't working) and started all rushing around like chickens without heads! When we went to pay, he then tells me (as he barely remembered mine came with a salad) that the salad isn't ready and would take 20 mins for a new one... A FREAKING SALAD! I even questioned him! However, the last two times we have been waiting for curbside pickup for over 10 minutes passed our designated pick up time ( they weren't busy). First time, I had to go in to get our food as it was just sitting there. Today, pickup was for 5:15, called at 5:13 to let them know and they said they would be right out and it was ready. Meanwhile, people are coming in and out of the establishment- leaving with their orders. 5:27, we called again, and are told that it JUST came out of the oven. 2 minutes later the employee comes to the car and says they just got busy. So some of the people who work here (particularly the guys), are friendly and caring to their customers. A couple of the girls on the other hand were extremely rude and made it seem like I was doing them an inconvenience when I was simply telling them what ingredients to use when making my pizza. To make matters much, much worse, they are terrible at keeping their ingredients separate from each other. I asked for some parmesan cheese on my pizza, but turns out I ended up getting some of the feta cheese that's near it, which I'm allergic to, and so my lip started to swell. We had to immediately run to the pharmacy late at night to get Benadryl to deal with this and I couldn't eat the rest of my pizza. (June 19, 2022 - Fathers Day), we went to this location. We arrive around 10:40am and the doors were unlocked. The sign on the door said that they opened at 11:00am, but I opened the door and and asked if they were taking orders. The employee who was working by the oven simply said "We open at 11." And that was it. So we waited outside as a few people and families waiting for the 11:00am opening. Needless to say, my party (me and another person) were the first inside of the restaurant. Initial observation: - Restaurant wasn't clean - The "spit guard" that covers the "fresh ingredients" was filthy with dust past nights/days food (no idea how long it was there) - The "fresh ingredients" didn't look fresh, but I could be wrong? The employees who were taking the orders were very polite and made the two pizza's as requested l. There were no issues there at all. When it was time for payment, I noticed that under the payment machine, it was filthy. Dirt, dust, food particles, etc that had been there for days. I had used the restroom (mens) and there was urine all over the base of the toilet. There was no cleaning that had been done to start the day. As we are waiting for our food to be cooked, we got our drinks. My observation... - There was syrup that had been sitting there for an extended period of time that was on the counter. - The beverage area was generally dirty. Our two pizza were ready, picked them up and all looked good. Got home, both of us had a couple of slices. Tasted good overall. Later that evening, we had the rest of the pizzas each. **** Caution for the following information . Monday.... I was sick to my stomach. I spent the majority of the morning in the bathroom praying that the expenditure of Blaze Pizza would end. After my 5 times visiting the toilet, my partner had a (delayed) similar experience. Much of what we ate and drank on Monday, quickly excited. So.... End assumption. The gut feeling that the toppings were not fresh, possibly (probably) had an outcome of our Monday feeling. We WILL NOT be going back to this location until a competent manager is onsite and addresses and fixes the issues I've pointed out. Stay away I will add that if there is a competent manager there they are failing. Each and every single day, the restaurant should be inspected from top to bottom. Window sills are filthy. Bathroom (mens) is disgusting. Spit guards are covered in old food, drink area is dirty, the windows on the doors separating the back to where food is served are caked with filth. Floors are dirty. Dust on the light fixtures that are hanging over your table.... The manger should be fired and a new management staff should come in, close the store for a week and implement cleaning protocols. read more

First time here, met my son here for lunch. Place was clean, staff was helpful but felt kinda rushed. They added my sauce faster than I could say easy sauce and cheese but the sauce was spicy and good so I guess it was ok. The pizza came out quickly and the toppings tasted fresh but the crust was soggy. I also had one of the s'mores which was pretty good. My son ordered the thicker crust and said it was good but we both agreed there was something missing. I think we both agreed our drinks and desserts were better than our pizza. I had the lemonade mixed with the passion fruit agua fresca delicious and refreshing. He had the coconut agua fresca and added coke. Sounds funny but he swore it was good. Lol! Not thrilled with this location. These are tough times, delivery and pickup are still viable options, thankfully. That said, we have ordered delivery twice now within the past 2 weeks. First time the pizza arrived fairly hot, despite the DoorDash driver admitting he had the wrong location address and taking about 30 minutes longer than originally planned. This time, we ordered and had the delivery all within a span of, I kid you not. 30 minutes TOTAL and the pizza arrived basically cold. Both times, the pizza was seriously skimpy on toppings. Come on, people. In times like this it's especially important to take pride in your work, lest you lose even more customers. I see why the rating is less than the other 2 locations in the area. The gal who greeted us had her greeting down pat but there was no feeling in it. Robotic. Teetering on the verge of rude. Said only what she needed to say to us and was not friendly in the least. Coke and Dr. Pepper were weak, both needed syrup. My pizza was burned, there's a photo here somewhere. I told her the name and she kept repeating it wrong till I basically yelled it to her which I understand ( masks and all ) then proceeded to start my order without asking what kind of crust I wanted, which was keto , but I had a question and she just put me off with someone else . She was just sooo rude , I didn't get her name due to no tag , She said she asked me what I want, if that was the case it would've been what I wanted! Needless to say , I turned and walked out! I like Blaze but if you don't mind driving a couple extra miles, go to the Ontario location because the service here is...not worth it. Curbside pickup is nonexistent, they actively don't answer the phone or the phone line is busy; or you could play a fun game where you park in curbside pickup, call the restaurant to tell them you're here and watch them through the window as they do everything except answer your call. Then when you get tired of that game you can go inside to get your order where your food is likely to be room temperature/cold, not ready, or somewhere other than the pick-up shelf/counter. read more
