I enjoy a great quality fire roasted pizza and blaze seemed to check off those boxes. The service was quick and easy like any other made to order pizza places your let the pizza maker know what toppings you want on your pizza and they do the rest. They send it to the fire and about 10 minutes later you have a fresh out the oven fire roasted personalized pizza for your liking. The pizza ambiance of the restaurant was pretty nice and chill, parkijg isn't bad even during the lunch hour rush. The price was decent and you can get full off of the half of pizza. Their blood orange lemonade is excellent so make sure you get the largest size possible of that.

Portion of toppings was very skimpy. I had my daughter order and pick up, but texted her exactly how I wanted my pizza. I asked for extra pineapples and tomatoes and as you can see in the picture, they didn't even give a regular serving. The quality of this place has declined, significantly. I used to love their pizza. I am so disappointed and will not be back, at least not to this location.

Took the family here for some late-night pizza and overall it was a good experience. The only real complaint I have is that the pizza was a bit too burnt for my liking. The flavor itself was actually really tasty and definitely hit the spot. We paid about $37 for two people, which I think is a little on the high side, but the quality was still solid. If they had taken the pizza out just a couple minutes earlier, it would've been great. There was a bit too much char for me, as you can see in the pictures. That said, the staff was really friendly and overall it was still a good experience.

Blaze Pizza was a win. I did a custom-built pizza and loaded it up with a ton of toppings, and it was still cheap, flavorful, and super satisfying. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, even as I kept asking for more and more topping: they never made it awkward and were really friendly the whole time. Great value, good flavor, and solid service. Definitely coming back. The ambiance was chill; nothing really special or crazy as they all look the same.

I really enjoyed my experience at blaze, the overall was nice. Although it was pretty busy when I was there the crew greeted the customers as soon as they walked in and Isa helped us all create our pizzas while helping me pick out toppings as it was my first time! I really enjoyed the taste of the pizza also the crust was the perfect texture and the speed of service was great only taking 8 mins overall! The area we were in was nice and clean and the tables were placed in a spacious way for us to be seated comfortably!

Fast service, asked about specials and was told about the app. Make sure to download that and order in app! The manager, Phil, was also nice enough to allow the meatball on my pizza on the side for my boy blue and even gave us a bowl for water instead of a cup I love nice people!

Pi day a fan favorite. We've enjoyed blaze for many years offering a full pizza for Pi. This year the line wasn't wrapping around the building and down the block. It was much like a regular day buzz. Only offering a bogo for $3.14 offer which explained why the crowd wasn't there. This visit our pizzas had a lot of burnt bottom crumbs from a little too much flour or cornmeal. Nonetheless we enjoyed our dinner. Still a great deal! Service was excellent. Inside was organized and clean. Tables and trashes cleared and wiped down. Inside or patio seating areas.

It's kind of disgusting how much I love pizza. Blaze is my favorite franchise for these types of quick, made-to-order sort of places. I always get the high-rise dough with extra olives. I think the regular crust gets overcooked. The service station can get a bit messy with all the toppings flying around, but I keep my pies pretty simple. I've been able to resist Blaze for a few months, but I'm overdue for a few slices... read more

Came in with the kids after a evening at skyzone and loved all the options blaze had. Rather than order each kid a different pizza they allowed us to do half pizzas so each kid got exactly what they wanted on their half of the pizza. We also had pizza to go home. read more

I love blaze! And no it's not comparable to the other custom pizza guys, it's MUCH better. The ingredients are fresh and there are so many to choose from! The service is also a lot faster than the competition. The servers are generally also very competent in customer service. read more

After attending my daughter's annual celebratory movie at the Riverside Plaza - for a quick dinner treat We go to Blaze F-F'd Pizza. - she does NOT like eating any other local pizza. I've been to a handful of Blaze and I used to love it. I also hate to leave reviews but I came here over the weekend and had the worst experience. The girl making my pizza seemed a bit rude but I didn't really think much of it. However, it was sooooo embarrassing when I had to pull MULTIPLE hairs out of my pizza as I ate it in front of my friends. Then I offered my friend a slice and it had hairs in it too..... they weren't the same color as mine/my friends and it was all up in my pizza. Literally in every slice! So gross! It was so many I wondered if they were put in there on purpose since the girl making my pizza seemed annoyed to be at work. I love blaze and I come here regularly and tonight me and girlfriend decided to come grab a pizza after the movies. As soon as we walked in the music set the entire vibe of our dining experience!!! It was crazy how each song that played perfectly fit the vibe of a late night pizza run! The customer service was awesome!!! The cashier was so kinda an awesome!! We asked him if it was possible to get the playlist and he was so kind and helpful that he went out of his way to give us the the playlist which is AWESOME!!!!! Shoutout the night crew! read more

This was my first time out to eat at a dine in since COVID, the staff was friendly and the young lady named Lauren went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable cleaning and sanitizing everything in the dining room, this put my worries at easy. They doing a bad job. It's because they don't have black olives and they forgot to squeeze mozzarella to keep away the wet liquid. And they forgot to replace the light bud near the drink flavor. So I can't see what flavor to drinking, because it's too dark. I suggest y'all please don't go blaze pizza. Also, custom people are unfriendly because they forgot to flush the toilet. They're always so stingy with the toppings compared to other locations, and the last time I went they made me wait forever. Everyone was ordering and getting their pizzas before me. The guy asked my name, but when my pizza finally came out, we silently put it to the side without calling it, and left it there for 5 extra minutes. read more

This is my usual go to for pizza, went in today and was not happy at all with the service. Most of the employees that I interacted with were not friendly whatsoever besides Alison, she was great. Besides the employees unfriendliness my pizza was completely burnt, didn't notice it until I got home and was completely disappointed. I'm a 30 minute drive from the location so there was no way I was driving back, I hope that the next time I give them a try that they have better service. read more

Never been a big fan of pizza...until now! First, Blaze pizzas are thin and crunchy (not greasy, like typical pizza) and the fire they cook them over gives them this amazing smokey flavor. The build-your-own pizzas come in personal sizes and large sizes and have a HUGE selection of toppings. I chose the white cream sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic cloves, applewood bacon, jalapeños with arugula and an olive oil drizzle. Did you miss the part with ROASTED GARLIC CLOVES?! I am in love! I even had some leftover for the next day and was just as amazing, now wishing I had ordered myself a large. read more

Blaze Pizza, this place is always a solid place to go for your custom order build your own thin crust pizza. Personally i've been to different blaze locations, but I feel like the service at this one pushes it to being my favorite one. As most people already know, this is a chipoltle style build your own pizza establishment, where you just tell them what you want on your pizza as it passes down the line and they Fast-Fire it in their oven and you get your pizza and devour it. They have a great selection of cheeses, meats ( even a vegan popcorn chicken option) and veggies and toppings. There are many different ways to customize your pizza, and it starts with your choice of sauce to the types of cheese to meats and then to veggies and etc. This blaze pizza has great customer service as the workers are friendly and willing to come pick up your empty boxes or whatever trash you have and check up on you to see how you are doing. They were even willing to get me extra artichoke when I asked, since I love artichoke. Overall, Blaze is pretty much my favorite fast restaurant to go to in Riverside plaza, and as a thin crust pizza place it is super solid. read more

Came in tonight and there was a line out the door. Only 3-4 employees working, they looked overworked. To whoever is the manager, needs to schedule more employees to make sure customer service is great and the dining room is clean. The pizza line looked like a mess and disgusting with the amount of cross contamination.I used to always come here when the dining room was just as packed. Line out the door, but an employee was working every station. It just isn't the same service anymore. I will start going to MOD pizza now. read more

When I think of making it right, I think of Jesus. Just got pizzas with my friend and the service was incredible! Julianne made our pizzas and was kind and helpful! Cassidy topped us off with the sauce - she asked if I needed any finishes and I had no Idea that was even an option - I never actually been asked before! Usually I love blaze pizza has always been a great experience love creating pizzas there but today was just overall annoying and the female employee that was pressing the dough she was rude I walked up to counter didn't get greeted until waiting for five minutes mind you the dinning room was empty she continued doing work while seeing me stand there then comes and says what can I get for you the salad o received tasted so old like it's been sitting for hours and the pizza was just okay won't be returning the guys cooking the pizza and calling to get them were very nice and attentive. read more

I actually had an awesome experience here. Ordering was easy due to enthusiastic staff who were very friendly. They made sure you got what you wanted. Food was prepared quickly and came out quite nicely. There was a guy who even came out to check on people to see how they were doing and if they needed anything. Given this service isn't expected there I very much appreciated it. All in all a very good experience! read more

Hello! I went in here on a busy night and while ordering my pizza I accidentally said I wanted jalapeños instead of pepperchinis and the really nice girl who helped me took the jalapeños off for me with out me having to ask and that was very cool. Normally when that happens, it's just my fault and I would have to eat the jalapeños but in this case, I got the food I actually wanted. I didn't get her name but it was Monday night the 25th and she had short purple hair. Thank you so much for that I very much enjoyed my pizza. read more

Joe and Alexis were so welcoming when we first entered the restaurant! Went here for lunch. Not worth the money. The chopped garlic is more like hunks of garlic. They barely put any sauce or cheese on your pizza. Surely, they have enough ingredients to go around, there weren't that many customers there that day. And if you ask for more sauce or cheese, the employees have a sour attitude. Salad is overpriced and lacks flavor. Take your money to Mod pizza instead! read more

I went to Blaze Pizza since I was craving for pizza. The employees were doing their job and gave me an exceptional customer service. Especially Destiny, she was very friendly and suggested on some tips on what she has tried before and so I tried her suggestion and WOW that pizza tasted 10x better with pesto crust. I really enjoyed it and she made sure I had a smile on my face. I'lo make sure to come back just to see the employees that makes my day. read more

Today was my first time here, the staff was really friendly I ordered 2 build your own pizzas they were done in like 5 minutes which is great because I was on my lunch break. The portions were good and there toppings were fresh. The girl checking the lobby was very nice and attentive. I'm only giving them a 3 stars out of 5 because the crust was burnt and the place needs cleaning you can see the dust build up in different areas. read more

When they're good, it's really good pizza. However, the last few times I've ordered it, the pizza dough has been near raw and they don't actually include cheese. There were places on my pizza that was literally just raw dough with no sauce, toppings, or cheese. It's unfortunate, because as I said before when they do a good job with the pizza it's really good. I have only had Blaze during COVID. read more

The stars of the show may have been the potato salad and the pasta salad. All and all everything tasted fresh and delicious. I stopped because they nerfed the coupons and rewards system at some point and it wasn't cost effective anymore. I was excited to get another 50% off coupon recently. The menu is largely unchanged from the previous years, with the addition of like 2 or 3 new plates. There is a lot to choose from with a good chunk of those options being high protein. There's just much more variety than other meal prep services and the meals don't get as boring and repetitive. I was a little annoyed that my order arrived about 40 minutes earlier than scheduled, so I had to rush home from the gym to get it. My impression was that several of the plates felt quite light and looked to have suspiciously tiny portions of protein. You can tell by eyeballing that the provided macros are... optimistic. I couldn't be bothered to weigh every plate, but I did weigh the most obvious offender. The Southwest Chipotle Chicken Bowl claimed to be 411g not including the bowl and it weighed 366g with the bowl. I definitely don't trust the labels, as there's simply no way there's 25g of protein in like an oz of diced chicken. Food was fresh (other than the seafood, which I absolutely do not recommend) and tasted good. Overall, I would sort of recommend for the convenience, but be sure to weigh your bowls so you can make sure you're getting what you paid for.

The restaurant was packed, and it actually surprised me because I don't usually see that many people at restaurants in Riverside. The energy inside felt lively but still comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the fresh tortillas. They come out hot and fresh from the oven, and you can literally watch them being made right in front of you, which made it even better. And the best part is they're free. We ordered the carne fajitas and chile relleno. The fajitas were incredible, the meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfect smoky sear that comes from being cooked fresh on a hot skillet. Everything came out sizzling and stayed flavorful with every bite. The chile relleno was also really good, with a nice balance of savory and slightly creamy filling that paired well with the sauce. It was actually my first time trying fajitas, and I can confidently say I'll be ordering them again the next time I come back. The food may be good, but the staff is AWFUL and the management is greedy! the generic employee that you'll speak to will seem disinterested and annoyed to have to speak to you, I've watched dozens of them walking to work with bloodshot eyes still smelling of the marijuana that they smoked moments before they clock in or heard them talking about management requires them to empty the trash in pairs so they don't light up a blunt in the few minutes they're out of the kitchen. I understand that they are minimum wage employees, many of which are still in school, but it is ridiculous when many of them are arrogant and incredibly unhelpful; even the supervisors in charge spend a large chunk of their shifts on their phones and speaking down to the customers. I cannot say what this means about the management of this establishment, who continuously hires people like this and puts no stop to their actions but I can say that they care very little about the customer and more about how much money they can sap out of your pockets. My 3 main pieces of evidence for their management team being cruel and non-law abiding are: 1) continuously more and more inferior products are bought and given to the customers with no calorie indication stating that the recipes of the cheese, crust, sauce, etc. have changed so that they can take advantage of being able to buy cheaper products (example: I've noticed they keep changing the recipe for the lemonade by continuously adding more sugar so they can save money on juice. When a costumer asks if the recipe has changed after noticing a different taste to consult possible allergy issues the staff will again and again insist the recipe is exactly the same or refuse to show an accurate ingredients list). 2) I have heard on two separate occasions months apart employees speaking about a pipe in the ceiling of the back kitchen that randomly will squirt unknown liquids on to the food prep table. Obviously no action has been taken to rectify this to meet health codes or basic customer safety because fixing this issue would likely take time and money and it is easier for those in charge to ignore the problem since customers are not aware of this and it is likely random enough event that it has made it past all health inspections. 3) DOZENS of times I have heard their employees referring to how on their schedule they are only given 4 hours a week (likely the minimum they are allowed before the employee is able to take legal action), but when they arrive to work they are only kept for two hours at the absolute most and sent home with no explanation in an attempt to get them to quit without directly firing them. Yes their staff obviously is not the strongest, but this can be considered un-justified termination. read more

Sunday, April 3rd, I came into Blaze Pizza with my girlfriend. We waited in line which wasn't bad at all. That was until we went to order a pizza, I could already tell the girl who was making our pizza was annoyed. So I tried to be polite as I possibly could. my girlfriend was telling her what sauce or cheese she would like, my girlfriend then said she would like to add something but responded "never mind" The worker said "what" in the rudest way and we were both taken aback at her response. my girlfriend then said "never mind" once again and the worker passed the pizza over to another person, but as she passed the pizza we both heard her murmur "stupid bit**". we both could not believe what she just said. My girlfriend and I felt very uncomfortable that she would say something like this about us. I did not get the workers name but I know she has purple braided hair in a ponytail. I have never felt the need to yelp ever. But my service here today was so great that I made an account just to leave this review. Shay and Maria were so funny and made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. I love to see people happy and enjoying their job and helping the customers enjoy their wait. Not only were these two girls wonderful, but Dasi on the oven thing (don't know what that's called) was so helpful and suggested cool "drizzles" and made sure that everything was PERFECT! From her uniform, looks like she was a manger. Good job at making management THAT great. I love it. I will come back FOR SURE!!!!! Food is amazing btw and my pizza made me cry because it was SO good! This visit to Blaze was exceptional from the moment I walked in they were playing my favorite music as I was welcomed in by the team. The line was long, but the music was entertaining and I moved fairly quickly as the team worked to service customers as quickly as possible. I went down the line and built my own pizza (unlimited choice of toppings) for which there was a great variety to choose from. The team guided through each step of the process and after I paid it only took 4 minutes for my name to be called for the pizza! I finished my build your own with a pesto drizzle, mmmmmm definitely recommend that finish! I will be back here for date night with my partner before the movies. Visited 1/11/19 Placed an order on the blaze app at 1pm same time i walked in the door because i noticed it was pretty busy, said it would be ready in 10 min. Waited and waited and noticed people who just stood in line actually getting there pizza before me. Bottom line they arent very quick and efficient with the app service, i was better off standing in line and just ordering there i walked out of there finally receiving my pizza at 1:30pm. Also when i approached the register the young women taking orders kind of brushed me off, didnt acknowledge me and was really rude when i asked her a question, like if i was bothering her. Upon Arrival the food was never prepared they said we stop taking online orders at 10. Frustrating to find the payment was already out of my account and they were out of the chicken that was suppose to be on our pizza and salad nobody was at all interested in accommodating us with our order not to mention the chicken was clearly very clearly in front of them! I guess, They already decided that it was the end of their shift before we arrived there was nothing but teenagers working. Like I said 5 stars on food. The glutenfree crust has this place at a 4 star rating. I love pizza and not too many places carry gluten free. The restaurant was crowded, but the ordering line moved fairly quickly. Almost a subway style, like making a sandwich and picking you filling. Here you pick every aspect of your pizza. Amazing concept and absolutely love the quickness from the time you create your pizza and its out of the oven in your hands. I had glutenfree crust, red sauce, mozzarella, parmesan and goat cheese. With mushrooms, olives, roasted garlic, red onion, cheery tomatoes, ham, pepperoni, sausage and pineapple. Fun experience and pizza was great! Highly reccomended. I love coming to blaze pizza with my mom. Shes gluten free and it's the best place my mom can get a pizza but today while we were ordering our food I noticed the girl ringing up was wearing gloves from serving customers, then came and started handling our food without changing her gloves or washing her hands after handling money. She proceeded to turn and wash her hands when she noticed me staring, but didnt washing them for more than 10 seconds. I work in the food industry so I know proper food and money handling procedures. She was not following the recommended 20 seconds of scrubbing and towel drying. Here's to hoping we dont get sick from you handing cash then adding toppings onto my pizza. read more

I came in on Saturday night with my family and I was surprised they were quick even though it was very busy due to the band playing outside. Our pizza was good and the service was great! I would like to point out that a worker by the name of Jesus was always focused and fast making our pizzas. When I asked for extra toppings he would say "Of course no problem" and ended with a good smile! My wife and I loved this from him! When it was time for us to pick it up in the finishing section, his timing upon cutting and placing them in the plate was precise and very excellent. I had a disappointing experience at this Blaze Pizza location. The staff was generally unfriendly, especially an employee named Aaron. When I went up to politely ask for ranch, he gave me a dirty look, sighed, and handed it over without saying a word, even after I said thank you. He was also unnecessarily rude to my friend who was just trying to get a soda cup. The pizza took forever to come out, which made the poor service even more frustrating. The only bright spot was one employee with slightly longer hair who was actually kind and respectful. Unfortunately, Aaron's attitude really soured the experience. The food was good, as always. However the service can use some work. When I came in, one of the employees greeted me, but did not come up to take my order. This employee also had an AirPod in his ear while working, which is not professional. When a second employee finally came up to take my order, after 3 minutes of waiting, they were not very accommodating up front. I had to initiate adding toppings to my order, which I've never had to do at other Blaze pizzas. Overall the food is consistent, which is good. I have come into this store numerous times to enjoy a pizza here and there after movies and such, tonight had to have been the absolute worst experience I've had. shout out to autumn for being great though despite everything else. theres a shift here named michala la garage and she is terrible. she gave attitude and yelled at employees and not to mention my pizza was BURNT!!! First time being here and the food and quality is really up there. They move you fast down the line and the oven cooks the pizza just right. My only issue is they are kinda stingy with their portions. I had to ask for extra in all the meats and cheese because they only give out a few. I've been missing Blaze Pizza so badly since my college days. I got the chance to come by yesterday since I was visiting friends who still live in the area. Me and my family usually go to MOD pizza but today we decided to get Blaze and we did not regret it when we walked in we were greeted by an employee named pablo he took our order fast and simple and was very polite and enthusiastic we went thru the line fast and when our pizzas came out they were cooked perfectly and I believe the boy who made them was named Jacob he was also very polite when we were done eating pablo also cleaned our table definitely coming back for another visit! read more

Let me first say that I never leave reviews, but after today's visit, I need to. This place is always clean, staff is friendly and you get out quick with a great pizza! One of the staff named Hadiyah gave some of the best customer service that I have ever received at a fast food place. She is very kind,attentive, was a helpful hostess, she helped us navigate through the restaurant and asked us several times how we were doing. She is a very valuable asset to your company! read more

I came in around noon-ish and I did not see my usual employees, but I did have to deal with this awful manager named Mickey, she yelled at everyone and kept snapping as well as talking to everyone like they were her kids, it gave me a very bad taste and if this is what I'm gonna see when I come in for lunch I would rather not come anymore, on the brighter side though the boy who took the pizzas out of the oven was sweet and helpful. I really like Blaze and the concept here. I kinda wish the dough wasn't as thin and a little thicker. I think the food is quick and extremely filling. Last time I went, I asked for them to top it with the pesto sauce, and I highly regret it. It was soo soo oily, and had very little flavor. I felt sick after eating half the pizza. I didn't finish it...kaybe that wasn't a good mixture of oil and pesto but to play it safe, I won't order that again. read more
