We LOVE Blaze pizza!! It's affordable, great tasting food, and conveniently located at the SC Outlet mall with lots of easy parking. All of the staff there is amazing! They said our online order of 6 pizzas would be prepped to be cooked at 6:55 & ready to go within 5 minutes of our arrival. More than 45 minutes after arriving, we are still waiting...Totally chaotic, disorganized, poor customer service-- cashier was short with me & he didn't even acknowledge me when I approached the register. First we were given 2 pizzas, then we asked where the other 4 were, then we waited 40 minutes, then were handed FIVE pizzas (where's the sixth? Isn't this your brand expertise--getting pizzas out in a blaze? what gives?). I'm extremely hungry & 70 plus dollars out, & everyone else who walked in first is now eating their pizza. We will give them one more chance because they ultimately comped us for the pizzas, but still disappointed in the poor customer service. They need to figure out a much more organized system for prompt service since that is what they are promising their customers. read more

This place was always super good and consistent when it first opened. But the last 3-4 times I've gone there the pizzas have come out half burnt. It's like one side of the pizza is right next to the flame and gets burnt and crusty but the other half is alright. I'm not a huge fan of burnt food so it's kind of annoying. read more

I just briefly skimmed through all the reviews and it reminded me of a saying that my wife says; Some people will complain, even when they are hung with a new rope. Where else can you get a real tasty pizza, that you can choose all the toppings you want, fresh and hot from the oven for $8.95. The staff is well trained and very affable. Courtney, the manager, keeps the operation running like a Swiss watch. Plus, she remembers and welcomes you by name. Ninety percent of the times we ordered online the wait was pretty close as advertised, 10 minutes while they were baking it fresh. The other ten percent was either football night, or some other especial event, and the lines of people ordering (walk ins) went to the street. Even then, the wait was no longer than 20 minutes which was reasonable, considering the volume of people. Keep up the great job Courtney and team! read more

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. They lost my food and made it out to be my fault somehow. I wanted to speak with manager cuz this little boy with tattoos was working the cutting of pizza and was just RUDE. I think the policy for hiring there is the more tattoos you have the more rude you can be to the customers without punishment. Got a partial refund for my pizza only and the manager offered me no help and allowed the employee to be disrespectful and then the employee tells me see here's your pizza even though he told it wasn't in there. Oh boy here we go. First of all, I have NEVER left a restaurant feeling the need to immediately shower. This location is by far the filthiest most disgusting Blaze I have ever been to. Secondly, there are signs that warn customers of a long wait due to staffing regulations, I waited 15 minutes before I was helped though there was only one person ahead of me and at least 2 people on the line that could have helped pick up her slack. Now let's talk about the real reason for this review. BROOKE should be fired. The way that she spoke to her coworker was so unbelievable I almost walked out. Poor PATRICK was asking her a question and instead of teaching him (he even said he was new to the register) she belittled him and was condescending and rude. She also did not let him explain himself and took matters into her own hands which made things worse for the customer in need. After being humiliated by Brooke I noticed that PATRICK never came back yo the floor, probably banished to the back. PATRICK kept his composure and was definitely more polite than I would have been in his situation. I felt embarrassed for Brookes awful attitude. People like BROOKE should not be tolerated. The entire staff looked miserable and it affected the whole vibe of the restaurant. We've been to the Blaze Pizza at the Mall, but this was a WONDERFUL experience! We ran through their doors 10 minutes prior to closing, and all 3 Employees greeted us with smiles! (They even took a couple that arrived after us!) The girl (I'm sorry, I have blanked on your name) - she helped us with making our "build your own" pizzas. She was so sweet and asked if we had dined there before. We chose a regular crust and a high rise crust. We both got different sorts of toppings. She even asked if we would like to dine in! They were closing! So kind, but we took ours to go :) The Gentleman running the oven was very nice when he was packing up our pizza, made sure we got cheese and peppers on the side! The pizzas turned out PHENOMENAL! YUM! The lemonades and juices they have are delicious! The only two bummers I have about this place: #1: I wasn't able to tip them via credit card :( And they SUPER deserved it! #2: We ordered 2 smore's, but those got lost in the excitement, and we didn't get them with our other items. Love blaze veggie toppings and the fact you can do two sauces, love the original thin crust but to be fair haven't tried thicker yet. Yummy blood orange lemonade and hip decor make it a family favorite. Tyler was very friendly, helping me box up my leftovers and confessed he still loves the pizza, even though he works there! I was in blaze on the 1st around 9pm and I had a horrible experience with one of the workers, Marissa. My boyfriend asked her if she could do it to go and she exclaimed back how he needs to wait because she was cutting it, then continued to call him man. Names should never be said, especially man coming from a girl. It is simply not professional. She then slammed our pizza box on the counter and didn't say a word. Not a "thank you have a good night" or anything slightly respectful as a employee should do after a costumer spends their money there. We left and then decided to call back expressing how disrespected we felt and she said word for word "I don't care". My boyfriend got pissed and told her how rude she was and that she needs to change. She then said "fuck you" to my boyfriend and hung up while he was talking. It is never okay for employees to be that rude and disrespectful when they get irritated by a costumer. While the choice of toppings was varied and creative, the foods used seemed to have very little punch to them. Add to the fact that the very high dome makes for one of the loudest dining environments yet devised by man (with lots of young kids making lots of young noise), and you have a very uncomfortable place with mediocre food. Food is good, customer service is mediocre, but the cleanliness is definitely something that needs to be worked on. It's not normal to walk into a business around opening hours to find the place dirty, floor mats haven't been vacuumed, the bathroom floor is filthy especially under the sink (I've never seen the bathroom actually clean here). Horrible service. I was in the same line with Denise. They took my order of 2 pizzas. They made my first pizza and it was ready before they started on my 2nd pizza. The worker Tia was using the trimmer cutter instead of the actual pizza cutter cause she said she liked it better, my pizza was not cut all the way through as she was using the wrong cutter. Whoever is the current manger should have a talk with her and show her how to properly use the equipment. She also gave my second pizza to a different customer when the liner clearly stated my name. The customer brought my pizza back and Tia then apologized to that customer for giving her the wrong pizza but not to me for giving out my pizza to a different customer. Tia didn't even offer to remake it. It would of probably taken another hour to have it remade. I walked out of there with just one pizza and $12 down the drain. read more
