We order from here for pizza regularly, but more than half the time the pizza tastes burnt. When it's not over-cooked, these pizzas are delicious. I wish that they could figure out how to take the pizza out of the oven at the right time. That would make me a happy customer! read more

They make the pizzas really good here, my only complaint is they have been "out" of onions on the app for months, which makes no sense as onions aren't in short supply at any market I've been to. Also trying to call the store directly is no fun, as you get routed to a call center who is zero help. But employees at this location are great, they go above and beyond and I've been back a dozen times in the 6ish months I've lived in Temecula :) read more

I actually was pretty impressed with this personalized pizza place. It's a pizza bar. You order your type of crust (Keto, cauliflower, regular) and then you add your toppings or select from their signature pizzas. I ordered a pizza with cauliflower crust and it was delicious! Thin crust, crunchy and I didn't miss actually pizza crust. All the toppings were fresh. From basil, to roasted garlic, to roasted peppers, onions and tomatoes; a wide variety of meats sausage, pepperoni, salami, and bacon. Your options are pretty much endless. You also have options of sauce: pesto, red sauce, spicy red sauce, white sauce. It tasted great! Salads were good too. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept, the men's bathroom was out of order though. Friendly staff. Good place to have a personalized pizza, with a reasonable price. read more

Do not order for delivery from this store. I ordered 4 pizzas. They delivered 3. I called the store and they told me they could not deliver the item they left behind, and that if I wanted it, I would need to pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up , I would not have payed for delivery. Moreover, they will only reimburse me the next day because the manager was not there. read more

Dropped 2 stars as they removed their gluten free crust from their menu. Cauliflower is NOT a good gluten free alternative...many have allergies. They said it is just a test in a few locations. Replace the gluten free crust and we will be back. read more

It was okay. I had the half pizza and salad. The berry salad with goat cheese was really good. The white chicken pizza was just okay. It need some flavor, so I dumped red and black pepper on it. The place indoors and the patio is large. Clean inside. Staff was pleasant. I'd go to Vail Pizzeria or Pizza Press next time though for better tasting pizza. read more

We politely asked if it would be possible to move to a different table. We completely understood if there wasn't one available and didn't mind waiting longer, but the host's attitude made us feel like our concern wasn't valid. We ended up waiting another hour before being seated elsewhere. If the restaurant knew the odor outside was that bad, they shouldn't have been seating guests in that area. The smell can make it impossible to enjoy a meal, and the way our request was handled left a negative impression. Hopefully, they can improve both the seating arrangements and the customer service in situations like this.

I recently visited this Blaze Pizza and had an extremely disappointing and unpleasant encounter with one of their employees, a teenage girl named Ayla. Firstly, Ayla's disrespectful attitude was evident from the moment I approached the counter. She seemed disinterested and gave off an air of superiority, making it clear that customer service was not a priority for her. To make matters worse, when my order was finally ready, I discovered that Ayla had intentionally taped my entire pizza box shut. This bizarre and unprofessional behavior left me feeling confused and frustrated. It seemed like a deliberate attempt to inconvenience or humiliate me as a customer. I would strongly advise against dining at this Blaze Pizza if you value respectful and professional service. Ayla's behavior was completely unacceptable, and it is clear that the management at this location needs to address these issues promptly to prevent further instances like mine from occurring. read more

Today i had the best gluten and dairy free pizza! I know, I know, how can this be? Lol my husband and I decided to start incorporating more plant based meals in to our diet.....possibly going vegan, we shall see. Gluten and dairy free is hard to find, so when I called and they said yes to both, I got excited! I was craving pizza all weekend!!! They had a really good spicy red sauce which gave it that kick. Just your typical build your own pizza place. Nothing special about blaze. Sure they may have a few extra special toppings such as ricotta cheese, and kalamata olives however they are EXTREMELY stingy with their toppings. For the 7.95 price I would expect a decent amount of toppings. Both times coming here I only got 5 pepperoni's on my entire pizza. Seriously ? Even after asking for extra they only add in 1 or 2 pieces. I won't be coming back. Vail pizzeria is where I will be going. They give hefty servings for the price read more
