I wanted to give this place another chance after a bad experience first time, and I can confidently say I won't be back to this location. I walked right up to pickup and was the only person in the whole line including new orders but was ignored despite 4 people being up front. Not only was I not greeted, but after 5 minutes I was just handed the pizza without being asked about condiments or being told have a nice day or thank you etc. Very poor sense of hospitality and brand reinforcement. Tell me why when my order for delivery was messed up we had called to get it fixed and the manager James goes "not my fucking problem" and hangs up. Then when we call back they answer with "what do you want?", not a polite greeting or anything. I ask for the owners name and number and Jayden a shift is talking back and forth with James and says "ya I don't have to give you anything". I went with a trifecta of sauces: Tomato, Alfredo and Pesto! Cheeses: Mozzarella, goat and Gorgonzola Meats: Just chicken this time. Veggies: Spinach, basil, garlic, mushrooms, kalamata olives and halved cherry tomatoes . Topped it off with a few pinches of sea salt and oregano. I have been a pieology lover since ever since, but then they changed their crust to non vegan so I tried Blaze and I am sorry I waited so long. First pieology is trash compared to blaze. Their crust is vegan and I love all their veg options thy have. Plus, I love that they have tofu and soyrizo to add as toppings with no additional charge. They also when I visited had seasoned broccoli which said only for a limited time but it was delicious so they should always keep it. Passing your dough to the next person they begin to apply your sauce and toppings. This time around I ordered the simple pie and had the classic sauce added with dashes of the garlic pesto. It's been some time so decided to try again. Got takeout large made your way pizza. Selected the spicy red sauce and wow was it spicy hot! Not enjoyable at all. Ordered 7 toppings on it and some slices had one ingredient and others were loaded. They must have a shortage of pepperoni as my two slices didn't have any and there very few on other selves. I got half of a slice of olive and one slice had sausage, ricotta, and roasted garlic piled high. I asked for napkins, red peppers, Parmesan and got nothing. I can only give one star this time. Been wanting to try this place...i can almost walk to it it's so close. It's another build your own thin crust pizza or order their signature pizzas. This is the chain that LeBron James owns an interest in, like 10 restaraunt or so. So you walk straight in to an order line. We decided to go with the bbq chicken signature....chicken, purple onions, gorgonzola cheese, yellow pepper slices and of course mozzarella. They cook it then drizzle bbq sauce over it. Now here's the twist...you still walk the line of ingredients and you are asked if you want to add anything to it...no extra charge. So we added extra mozzarella and mushrooms. Honestly I think we should have left off the gorgonzola due to it through off the taste of the mozzarella. But it was good. You cant go wrong for $7.95 plus tax. I used to really like Blaze and would frequent this location a lot. I feel it has progressively gotten worse in regards to the quality of the end product. Our most recent visit left a really bad taste in my mouth with very undercooked pizza and skimping on the toppings for the bbq chicken pizza. It was like eating undercooked dough with a bit of sauce and a tiny bit of cheese and chicken. The worst experience ever tonight terrible service, slow, not friendly, and even worst food like how do you run out of salad. Literally over a dozen workers but they can't get it right. Absolutely no management presence. The person who took our order didn't even tell us where to go what to do how to pay. We get to the end we have no number no nothing we stand there for 5 mins the cashier completely ignores us and the person boxing up the pizza ignores us. We sit down and guess we are supposed to pay when the pizza is ready. I tried Blaze Pizza for the first time last week. I utilized a deal, where I got a large pizza, order of garlic bread and 2 drinks for $20. The pizza was decent, I requested extra well done, however, when I got home, I noticed they forgot the arugula. I don't think it was extra well done either. The arugula is pretty much a staple ingredient, so I'm not sure how it was forgotten. I most likely will give them another go next week. I used to love coming to this blaze pizza because the manager amber was always very welcoming and an enjoyable person. Now they have a new manager named James who is not so great. He seems very incompetent at his job due to the fact he walks around like a lost child and always smells like cigarettes. When I came in on Pi he was having a disagreement with a customer and cursed at him out loud repeatedly. The unprofessional behavior aside the food quality has gone down hill, the cheesy breads now look awful like something you'd buy at an airport. I'd much rather take my business somewhere else like pieology or vail ranch. read more

For a $9, 12", build-your-own pizza, I find this to be a pretty good deal because there is seemingly no limit as to how much you can add to customize your pizza. As an added bonus, you can top off your pizza with a few additional stuff, like sauces after it comes out of the oven. I love having that option. You also get to choose between their usual thin crust, their "high rise" (thick crust), or gluten-free (but it's an extra 3 or 4 bucks, unfortunately). I ordered the regular thin crust with spicy red sauce, pepperoni, roasted garlic, spinach, Italian sausage, gorgonzola, some herbs (I can't remember whether it was oregano or basil), and mushrooms. I then topped off my pizza with some pesto sauce and fresh arugula. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with all of the toppings I was able to get without having to pay an arm and a leg. The crust was nice and crispy and the whole thing tasted pretty good. I also sampled my friend's gluten-free crust, which is made from cauliflower apparently, and it was pretty good as well. I was surprised and impressed at how much the taste and texture was just like a normal crust. I'll definitely come back here because I feel like the value for what you get is very good and we also had very good customer service. Service was ok pizza was eatable but I was less then impressed as I was looking forward to the fire'd pizza but I guess the Fast part just doesn't do it right.
