The food and the customer service is fantastic. However this place does nickel and dime you to death. They asked my kid if they wanted whip cream on their mocha blast & of course she did but they NEVER said it was an add on for .80. Keep in mind, not too expensive BUT they don't tell you any of this! Then I got a sandwich and instead of a bagel got a Croissant, minus the egg and they charged me for a "substitution" of croissant BUT Definitely did not take the money off for minus the egg. A lot of places will do that, they charge you to add something but when you take something away they never decrease the price.. funny how that works. Do not get me started if you want to add onions to anything, thinly sliced and barely there but they do charge you an extra .30! I was going here at least once a week and now it is maybe once a month. I even told friends to go there and they had gotten the order wrong, so disappointed. Customer service was off the hook here! Online orders and drive thru is the only options available right now but the staff is quick and very nice! I got stuck in the line after picking up an online order but a female employee came out and moved the cones for me so I could exit the line after she brought my food out to my car. After doing some retail therapy at the outlets, we drove by this part of town and the s/o said, "Whoa, a bagel shop with a drive thru?" I made a u-turn and just had to check it out! We walked in and the inside is cool, plenty of tables and kind of reminded me of Panera or Starbucks as far as decor. We get to the cashier and look at the menu and they serve up a nice variety of sandwiches, served on of course, bagels! But, you have the option to go for a premium bagel, croissant and ciabatta (I think?) for like $0.25 extra or something. I ordered the California Turkey on a Jalapeno Pepper Jack Cheese bagel (Which is a premium bagel.), the s/o got a pizza on an Onion bagel, and we were offered to make our meals a combo, which came with chips and a drink. It came out to $14.00 and some change, not bad at all. Our food came out pretty quick and was totally delicous! I like how the bagel was light and fluffy, not heavy and bready like Noah's. The bagel sandwich was delicious and provided for a nice lunch time meal. The s/o's pizza looked good, but wasn't quite filling for the s/o so the s/o got a bagel dog and was only able to finish half. I hope they open up a location up in the SF Bay Area, or at least by my work or home! Until then, if I'm back this way, I'll be sure to grab a dozen bagels to take home! read more

As of the time I am writing this, I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for 2 bagels and 1 drink. I never write reviews, but while I waiting I will take the liberty to tell everyone my experience. It's Saturday morning and there are about 3 other people in here with me. There can't possibly be that many orders that it is taking this long. On top of that, I asked a lady who has been waiting just as long as I have what she was waiting for. Her reply was that they messed up her order and continued to mess it up. I love the New Yorker from here. Lox capers onions and cream cheese. Of the bagel places I enjoy their lox bagel the most. The bagel selection is good and they also have open face bagel melts which are really tasty. Their a tad bit pricey but probably because lox is never cheap. Great service!!! Stopped here after they closed and the lady was very kind and didn't rush me... Funny thing was I asked if they had gluten free bagels - long shot, but I much rather have a bagel sandwich than crappy fast food! They didn't- but the girl was so accommodating to my gluten and health preference- I asked if they'd make the Chicken BLT minus the bagel! She said no problem- and made it with any other extras- i added avocado and red onions!! It was so Fresh and delicious!!! Clean kitchen, friendly (owner) and even after closing hours on a holiday week. Also, let me eat it there as they cleaned up the shop! So awesome. My lack of stars is for the amount of time it takes to go through the drive thru. It is ridiculous how long it takes from start to finish at the drive thru. Well, I've always passed by when they were closed. Today I am off and it was calling to me as I drove by. :-) Cheese bagel is good. Their pesto cheese looks awful but my cheese one is soft n yummy. The plain cream cheese is just that- plain. Some cream cheeses do have a small flavor to them but not this one. Not sure I will order it again. The black iced tea is good. You can get it just about everywhere. Its hot outside & I needed to cool off. They do have a nice selection of mixed mochas & smoothies but they cost too much IMO. The cashier was semi-friendly. The woman running the cash register had her mask over her mouth but not over her nose. The woman who came around the corner with my sandwich had her mask under her chin. A fairly new resident to Gilroy, I had been wanting to try Blazin Bagels, finally did! I went through the drive through about 1pm, it did not look busy, I was the only one in line. They have a lot of choices which is nice, I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich bagel on a poppy seed bagel with all the fixings. The Asian gal at the window was very friendly. I got home and unwrapped by bagel-wich. It looked yummy! It was too, the bagel was fresh, soft and tasty. All the ingredients tasted fresh and the sandwich was well made. The prices are reasonable as well. $6.50 for a bagelwich and a Coke is not bad. Yum! read more

Clean, fresh and friendly. I've been coming here regularly for almost a whole year now. A group of us mom's along with our kids under 3yo converge upon this place weekly and they still haven't kicked us out! When the kids are out on break, we take the place over with 5 adults and 12 kids. Nuts. They are so accomodating here. While most of us order the b-fast bagels, they will also prepare a side of egg or sausage without any hassle for the little kiddos. Lately I've been ordering my b-fast bagels without the bagel, I guess it's my version of the protein style. The coffee is Seattle's Best which is okay, but there's a Starbucks across the street if you like your coffee thimck. Staff are super nice and the regular sandwich bagels are just as good too. This is the best bagel place in Gilroy. If you need to use the potty, just ask for the key at the cashier. read more

Love love love!! The Super Seed bagel is the best bagel ever. I say this every time I bite into one. Yuum. You have to get there early because they run out. Some times I am tempted to try other flavors but I chicken out. The inside is comfy. I wish they would play some music...little TOO quiet.
